I don’t understand some of the lower star reviews for this hotel. It’s an older building, but everything was very clean and appeared to be well maintained. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful and check in was easy. The bed was comfortable and I slept great. The entire hotel smelled good, too - very clean (not like they sprayed something, but legitimately smelled clean). I don’t usually eat hotel breakfast, so I can’t provide feedback there, but I would absolutely stay here again.

I booked two connecting rooms with two queen beds with no stairs, for my two disabled daughters. When we got there after midnight, we were told that our rooms were on the second floor and the elevator was broken. I never received any notification that our special request could not be satisfied and there were no rooms on the first floor with two queen beds, connecting or not. We ended up taking the rooms on the second floor because we had no other choice given the time of night. My girls had to struggle to get up the stairs which caused them an immense amount of pain. Would have been nice to know ahead of time that the elevator was broken so I could book another hotel.

It was disgusting and messy, mold in the shower, stains on the bed, hair on the bed, stains on the carpet and couch. smoke smell in a non smoking room. I asked for new bed set and they didnt have any clean ones (surprise), but they assured me it was cleaned. Pictures say it all

On hotels.com check in is at 3pm but don’t be fooled, checkin is at 4pm. Just an inconvenient way to start my stay when you show up at 330 to then be made to sit around till after 4. Other than that beds where good, breakfast was good just don’t wait long to eat because there slow to refill stuff or just don’t and water didn’t get very hot for a shower. Lastly hotel is in a direct flight path so you’ll hear planes but not a huge inconvenience.

It’s ok. Not bad but definitely not the best. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. It’s not your budget motel but a high end one. It’s just enough so you’re not fight the rats and roaches from the hood ass hotels.

The only reason I would stay here again is for the in room jacuzzi tub. We stayed in the bridal suite, and it had the biggest jacuzzi tub area I've ever seen in a hotel room. However, the hotel is very outdated, dingy, and we spotted a cockroach on the table & in our BED!! Of course, that killed the experience for me. I was so worried a cockroach was going to crawl on me that I couldn't sleep. Beds are very comfortable though. Breakfast was okay, but free, so won't complain too much. The main issue were the BUGS :(

At check in, girl at the counter seemed bother because she had to get off her cell phone to check us in. She literally threw the room keys across the counter. Staff after that first night very friendly. Hotel does need updates, rooms have a nasty smell and they are dirty. There is dust everywhere.

Excell t customer service. The General Manager made it a point to introduce herself. Despite the plethora of properties in the area, the customer service experienced sealed the deal to return.

There is an unexpected 100 dollar deposit at check in. It smelled like smoke Ri over nights was rude. She make check out seem like a long process. The morning guy was extremely helpful and nice.

The property was a decent price and actually in a good location. It was nice to have breakfast options as well. The main drawbacks for me were the smell in the facility (in the hallways, room, and stairwells) and that the carpeting appeared dirty throughout. The staff was nice enough.

I was here for a rather lengthy extended stay and my overall experience was great. My only complaint is related to thebreakfaatserved and the coffee dispenser. When an item runs out they simply put an "out of order" sign on the dispensing machine, rather than refilling it. The sign will be left there for days too. Same with coffee dispenser. Great place and great breakfast otherwise.

Hotel was above average. A/C in room didn’t seem to cool properly but room was still comfortable. Staff friendly but was given third degree by cleaning personnel about asking for towels after not requesting cleaning in our three-day stay. However, overall pleased with the stay.

The TV wouldn’t work so we had the front desk person come to help. It was so complicated that we couldn’t even change the channel. The AC was so loud it sounded like a garbage truck outside our window every time it came on. We left the hotel exhausted from no sleep. The breakfast was a joke! Just a few things available and no napkins! We will never stay there again.

My stay was an overall great stay. There was no microwave in the room and there where odd holes all over the carpet and furniture. Friendly staff.

We arrived at the hotel around 9:30. Check in was quick and easy.
Once we checked we became uncomfortable in several aspects.
As soon as you leave the lobby you are hit with a wall of heat. The hallways, elevator and even our room was suffocatingly hot.
Our room was not able to cool off enough even by morning.
As soon as we reached the second floor we were hit in the face with the smell of marijuana. It was strong and everywhere. The rooms have no smoking signs but it was apparent that rules are not followed. We have two young children and our oldest started to get a headache from the smell.
At breakfast options were beyond limited. The cereal selection had three containers but each container held the same type. The waffle maker was broken, biscuits under cooked and the gravy was white colored water with random chunks.
We are a very easy going family. We didn’t make any formal complaints, but definitely disappointed and won’t be returning to this location.
