Place was lovely, staff was very friendly and helpful. The room were big and very clean. My mom was able to maneuver around in her wheelchair fine. The bathroom was big and having the bench in the shower was too tier. There are a couple of issues I have with this chain. The breakfast always seems to be very bland! It’s like serving yourself hospital food. I don’t seem to understand why nothing comes seasoned? I understand some people have health issues but come on the turkey sausage was bland and rubbery. This has always been the case with this chain. The other issue I have is that when people were coming in from the pool they left water everywhere the only working elevator had a huge puddle in it and when I got up to my floor I saw about 5 teenagers/ young adults dripping wet. When I dropped my mom off to the room and then left to get something out of the car a few minutes later another group came out of the elevator soaked no one not even the first group had towels with them. And the most important part of it all was there was NO WET SIGN warning in the elevator. Someone could get hurt.

We very much enjoyed our stay and this will be our go to hotel when we come to town . Room was very clean free breakfast was amazing with lots of choices staff was very helpful and friendly from the front desk check in to the kitchen staff. Only down side was the bathroom light has a sensor and goes off after 20 seconds which is a little frustrating water pressure is low but that’s common in a hotel not a big deal

It was extremely loud being on a busy street with very thin windows. Plus kids screaming n the pool until 10pm. Would not stay there again due to the noise.

Checkin took 20+ minutes no other guests checking in. Card reader down clerk spent time stumped. Then handed me a complete hold harmless notice to display in our car. That after i noticed a guarantee of happiness noted at the checkin counter. To say this did not make me completely happy. O explanation of the dangers of parking at this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend single woman staying as something not good available in the parking lot..

We only stayed one night to attend an Eastern Star event but the hotel was very clean and we had a spacious room that was for disabled, which was why the bathroom was larger than normal. The location was out of the way from a bunch of other buildings which is good. The breakfast is more than sufficient with eggs and other protein and waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit. A nice place!

Very accommodating staff who work here, including the front desk, maids, and chef. The breakfast was the best ive ever seen, and even included whipped cream and toppings to sprinkle on top the waffles. The hot tub and heated pool were perfect temperature and very clean! This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in, and the best value too!

The property is easy to find. The rooms were clean, spacious and hygienic. The hot tub and the gym are very well maintained. Special mention to that breakfast spread. We loved and enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inn. The only thing we felt was lacking was a restaurant/eatery nearby.

The Hampton Inn Vallejo was an excellent choice for us. Even though Vallejo is not known for being upscale, the hotel felt that way. And we felt safe within the confines. Everyone from the front desk staff to the breakfast and cleaning staff were wonderful.

Chris at check in was great! Walk to six flags, but it’s a good 15 min to get to the gate. Save 50 bucks to park at hotel Clean hotel and rooms.

The hotel was functional, clean, comfortable. Breakfast was varied and wonderful. Proximity to everything was great. Parking was difficult due to a small parking lot. I hope the area that was fenced will become additional parking at some point.

Wonderful place to stay with quite a few amenities (gym, pool, hot tub). Breakfast was more than a continental breakfast with a few different choices every morning. Staff was helpful and friendly. The only issue was that there were no glasses in the room. Understood why, but thinking we're in the wine country. Thanks

Only one entrance to hotel, inconvenient for loading luggage and pathways were noisy in front of our room. Neighborhood not the greatest but it was walkable to six flags

This is an example of a well run hotel. It's a small family hotel with resort-like attitude. I had to congratulate the general manager for an outstanding control of all items in the property. It's very clean, organized, work excellent options in the breakfast buffet and a very friendly staff.

I requested a quiet room when booking my stay. I also reminded the host upon arrival that I needed a quiet room. They acknowledged my request and said, ‘oh yes, I put you on the third floor’. Late into the evening the room next door was filled with parents yelling at children, and children crying and screaming. The morning brought the same experience. The guests were utterly disrespectful. I understand that the hotel cannot manage the behaviors of guests. My request is that you would kindly not place a family with young children in a room next to a guest who has specifically requested a quiet room.
