It's a nice stay. Clean, no noise and a good breakfast with a good rate. My only comment is that the room as dark. The big light in the corner didn't work.

Some items were a little dingy (the vent in the bathroom in the room I was staying in), but breakfast was hot and good and staff were friendly. Walkable to fast food and across the street from a Dunkin and a Starbucks very close as well. Good stay at a reliable chain

Morning break fast was excellent. On the other part room was stinky and bathroom was not soo clean.

This hotel is a real gem . They have really upped their game from the last time I was there. They have renovated and done a really nice job. The beds were so comfortable and coming off a long drive trip that was like heaven to fall into them. Bathrooms are really nice lots of counter space and water pressure was good. I only wish that hotels would put in hand held showers . The continential breakfast was amazing. We left with our bellies full and made it to our destination without having to stop. keep up the good work.

We had a warm welcome from the woman at the front desk and were checked into our room in just a few minutes. The room was nice & clean. The only thing missing was hooks and/or towel bars in the bathroom. There's no place to put clothes, a robe or the towel you want to use after a shower. Otherwise everything was very good. We'd definitely stay there again.

It is a good place to stay

Very nice, in fact one of the nicest hotels we stayed at recently. Very nice staff. Beds nice and soft and slept like a dream.

Staff refused to allow early check in even through the entire parking lot was empty. The rooms had a musty damp smell. We had 3 rooms and they all smelled like that.

Your cleaning staff needs to clean toilets better under rimes especially

Only problem was we found a dirty wash cloth hanging over the shower when we arrived. Otherwise, clean and comfortable

Shower had a few hairs and curtain was dirty.

Long hall walk to room only one ice machine and one first floor! Carpet was dirty and stained! You can hear everything out in hallway from the rooms and huge gaps at bottom of main door. Customer service was great pool area is nice bed was comfortable! Was a lot cobwebs in room ! Otherwise was a ok stay

Room had dog pee 3 places on carpet comforter smelled like wet dod

Breakfast was good, but nobody turned up to change toiletries and towels during our stay of 2 nights. Also place wasnt clean enough

Just that we ended up with a queen bed and not a king .

Room was spacious and well equipped (frig, etc.). Seemed reasonably clean. Breakfast was great if you want heavier stuff like sausage, waffles and danish and meh if you want something healthier. Bananas were all over-ripe, for exampe. Location was good, near highway, near food options, near parks.

Nice hotel. The sheets was not clean when we arrive. But we ask to change it and they did it.

Nicely updated since our last visit. Great breakfast options. Easy to get there from the I 81 highway.

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast had bananas that should have been replaced. I have had better breakfasts at other IHGs

Great hotel stay.

The property was very convenient for where we were going. The front desk staff were very helpful and polite. The only thing is I didn’t realize it was a dog friendly property else I would’ve asked for a different room.

Clean, hot water, air conditioner-heat worked well, nice complimentary breakfast. Personnel was friendly and helpful

Huge spot on the carpet next to the bed. Sticky stuff on the bathroom floor, came right up when I used a wet facecloth on it. Since it cleaned up so easily, why wasn’t it done before I got there? Otherwise okay property. Breakfast was decent as far as free breakfasts go.

The smell ove pot in the allway was verry strong and it got me verry scared...

Nice property. But, in the morning the lobby TV was off. I had no company on that side of the lobby, but i wasn't allowed to watch Fox News because its "too controversial:. Give me break. I'll find a more accomdating hotel next time.

There are lots of other good hotels nearby - don’t waste your time here!! I arrived on a quiet Saturday afternoon a little after 2:00 to check in. The parking lot was virtually empty. I asked if I could check in early - the clerk said the check in time was 3:00 and that we would have to wait. I asked if really none of the 71 rooms there was ready for check-in - that I didn’t care what style it was. He repeated smugly that check in time was 3:00. We sat in the car until 3:00 and then walked back in. I got our room keys and drove the car around to the side entrance to unload our bags and help my wife into the hotel. When we got to the side entrance I discovered that the key reader had been disabled. There was a sign in the door stating that the side door was an exit only - and that the only access to the hotel was via the front door. I had to walk to the front of the hotel - around the pool - to get access. On the way past the desk I mentioned to the clerk that I didn’t think that disabling access to the side doors was a very good policy and that I would never be back. Another smart-alec hotel employee - maybe a male housekeeper - behind the counter said he thought that would be fine - that they didn’t need my business!! I asked the clerk when we checked out the following morning who the owners were and how to reach them. She refused to tell me, suggesting that I could just call the manager at the hotel’s listed number. I’ll never be back..
