Family ski resort with 3 restaurants Enjoy the slopes and an indoor pool at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa during the winter, and return in the summer for a round at the resort's golf course. Grand Geneva Resort & Spa offers 384 air-conditioned accommodations with laptop-compatible safes and complimentary bottled water. Pillowtop beds feature down comforters and premium bedding. 55-inch LCD televisions come with premium cable channels and pay movies. Guests can make use of the in-room refrigerators and coffee/tea makers. Bathrooms include designer toiletries, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryers. Guests can surf the web using the complimentary wireless Internet access. Business-friendly amenities include desks and phones; free local calls are provided (restrictions may apply). My family and I stayed at the Grand Geneva to celebrate my Little One's 3rd birthday. The Timer Ridge Lodge waterpark resort is only a mile away so we wanted to be able to enjoy quiet time and fun at the waterpark so we had the best of both worlds. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Especially, Chloe the manager, she went out of her way to ensure my son had a great birthday! We truly appreciated her kindness.

The resort seems beautiful, but we were told the day before that the entire mountain top was closed but the room was non refundable. So all the things we planned to do their we could no longer do and nothing was offered in its place. They also gave us an activity schedule and it seemed to be incorrect. They claimed to have the Evolve bar open with a dj until 2am but when we walked by around 11:30 it was empty and closed with all the lights on and no one in there. The indoor pool was nice and rooms are comfortable. Not much to do there though, you’ll have to go into town.

Our stay itself was fabulous and no fault to Grand Geneva, but we had a neighboring room show back up at 3:30 to party the rest of the morning away. If we did not have our kids with us it wouldn't have been such a problem but the loud music and noise from the balcony woke everyone. As I stated i do not blame Grand Geneva as they did send staff to speak with them.

The serenity of this resort is unbelievable, we went in December and got lucky with excellent weather, but in summer this place must be a gem. Highly recommend this resort.

I loved our stay at the Grand Geneva. Easy check-in, amazing lobby and bar area, super clean, wonderful dinner at the Chop House, relaxing massage at the spa, friendly staff, and outstanding holiday decorations.

I got married during this weekend of October 28th through the 30th and my new husband and I had the Time of our lives the property was safe, clean and top-notch service. I will forever be grateful for the experience they created for us.

From the moment of check-in to check-out we couldn't have asked for more attentive and caring staff. Clean, comfortable and the amenities were outstanding.

Short walk to buildings for food, exercise and swimming pool/whirlpool.
In our Villa, the fireplace didn't work, furnace didn't work, no hot water, one tub drain was plugged, one shower head would not work and some areas not visible on a walk through, were filthy (closet ,furnace area, floor vents).

The room service food was not great, per my wife and child who ordered it. Also, could not reach front desk when I tried to call 2-3 times. Well maintained hotel with lots to offer.

Everything from the approach to the exiting the building was excellent. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Both pools and whirlpools were clean, and in great shape. Plenty of towels for everyone. The Geneva steak and chop house should honestly, be rated a 5 star restaurant. The meal that we had was absolutely no doubt in my mind, 2nd to none. Our server Hugo, was polite, quick, attentive to our needs and professional. Even for the price of the resort, my wife and I will be back. We didn't even utilize half of the options that the resort offered, and we were more than content.

The facilities at Grand Geneva were wonderful including the golf, fitness center and the pool. Our room looked recently renovated and the bed was comfortable with very nice linens. We hope to be back!

The rooms were decent and beds were comfortable. The property is tired and needs updating. The pool deck was ample but the pool is too small. The hot tub is in disrepair- jets didn’t work. The service was friendly overall. For the price, we wouldn’t stay there again.

My complaint is I called and said I would be bringing my dog. They put me in a room next to an exterior door in a main hallway with kids running and screaming down the hall all day. I was told my dog was barking too much when I was at dinner and had 8 minutes to get back or my dog would be turned over to public safety. I almost lost my mind!

I first stayed at this resort in 1970 and my company held a convention in 1971. It's fun to go back and remember the fun we had over 50 years ago. The wait staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the music in the bar area. Unsure if there is still a show lounge on the second level. Rember seeing Frankie Valley and the four seasons and later Ricky Nelson. A vegas type experience.

The outdoor pool was dirty. The indoor changing rooms were filthy and tiny making it difficult to use. The staff was friendly. Andra and Brandi at the outdoor pool bar were wonderful!

We had an awful stay at this property. While the room was nice and clean, the pool was dirty. The kiddie pool barely had any water in it, not enough to reach the skimmers. Still water, ankle deep. No fun at all. The main pool was closed on a Sunday because there was poop floating in the water. On a Saturday night someone pulled a fire alarm at 11:30 pm. That alarm went off for 30 minutes, disturbing our sleep and our toddler. The only solution the front desk offered is to leave the property until it was silenced. How unprofessional. The food at the pool area was awful, just disgustingly awful. I won't be back and do not recommend this property.
