Stayed the night in an Accessible room. The room was clean, had a fridge and microwave. The only complaint is the room was abit small making it hard to maneuver with a wheelchair or scooter and had a tub instead of a roll in shower.

Our rig got broken into overnight and when we told the front desk, they said it happens all the time.

There was no hot water, the hot tub was not working,the floor in are room was full of dog hair, breakfast was cold eggs, and key cards quit working had to go get them reset

I didn’t stay at all! I had booked for the 12th and when it was all said and done the Hotels.com app put my reservation for the 13th! Very shady. So I called the hotel to see if there was anything that could be done. Meaning they would not refund my 115$ that I put towards a room that the Hotels.com app billed me for and switched the date in which I needed. As nothing could be done as the app uses a third party and they could not refund my money. I just booked the night I needed through the actual hotel itself. I will not be using this app anymore!. Now I have to try and get my money back from the stay that was booked that I did not use.

I’ve stayed here many times still one of my favorite places to stay just wasn’t happy with the cleanliness of the room. There was a big stain on the comforter and just didn’t look like the floor was vacuumed well.

I called in advance to check on the status of the hot tub and they said it was working, i booked the room right after but when we got there the front desk said it was out of order (this is only 15 minutes after i called) the whole reason i wanted this stay was for the hot tub. The lady at the front desk, was very unprofessional and dis curtious. She was very rude. If i had known the hot tub wasnt working, i would have not booked this room which was non refundable. She was very rude and unpleasant to work with. Waste of time and money considering i called the hotel 15 mins prior to arriving and was told the hot tub worked. Now we are out $90 to stay in a room that is very flithy and has broken applicances, and out a hot tub due to a staff member lying. Needless to say i am very disappointed.

Not pet-friendly. Took our money but wouldn't let us stay there with 2 cats. Advertised as pet-friendly on Expedia. Fine print said only dogs. At least they should have refunded reservation fee and recommended another hotel in town that accepted cats. Had to call around. Nice clerk at another hotel recommended Red Lion as cat-friendly. This hotel couldn't be bothered to help. Just greedy to take our money for noone using the room.

Not very clean, wallpaper peeling off the walls, smells of marijuana. I called ahead before I booked asking if they have fridge and microwave in the room and they said yes. Got to my room and there is neither. Plus the room was freezing because the heat was not on and it is 1 degree outside.

Sleep Inn was solid. Wish I had made it to the hot tub. Breakfast is similar to other chains of this sort. Staff is very friendly. Heater worked well enough to fight extreme cold, and bed was comfy. Room was small, and so was shower. Yet the space was used efficiently. It didn’t feel cramped. Would stay again next time I’m in town.

Good location and price but the room was small and the grouting around the shower was badly in need of repair and the toilet lid hinges were rusted. The breakfast was good / lots of choices.

The place has a bit of wear on it but it felt pretty clean. My front desk, check in person was awesome. I wish I could remember her name but she was great. It was a quick in and out for me so it served it's purpose and depending on price I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The property that we seen was good. We checked in but didn’t go into our room right away due to activities we were heading too. When we finally did get to our room, the room was not cleaned from the previous occupant(s). This was disheartening due to me booking the room and promising my boys we would be able to swim. The front desk attendant verified our room was not cleaned and called her manager to get housekeeping in to clean it. Unfortunately it was late at night and housekeeping was off so they booked another motel since the motel was full. So after reassuring the front desk clerk this wasn’t her fault and stuff happens. Of course I paid more than usual for a room at this motel, but didn’t actually get to stay at it. Moral of the story, check your room and bring this to the attention of the front desk asap. Other than that, experience wasn’t had.

I read a lot of budget friendly hotel reviews for Missoula, and found the reviews for Sleep Inn to be more on the positive side so I gave it a chance. I found the hotel to be clean, the staff to be friendly, and it even came with a decent little breakfast!

The property is dated and the that comes out in the smells from carpeting that needs to be replaced. The new paint and bedding is nice but you can't get past the odor. The location is great, so many places within walking distance.

flooring last cleaned----never. hallway door lock mechanism missing screws. bathroom door squeaked and squealed like it should have been in a haunted house!!!

TV ‘s we’re miserable to operate. Had staff up twice for assistance. Sink drained very slowly.

The room, service, cleanliness, staff and breakfast all were excellent.
Our only disappointment was finding out that the pool was not open due to maintenance. Happy the hotel is taking the necessary time to upkeep the pool just wish Expedia had informed us when we were booking.

The heater/cooler was loud and not very condusive for sleeping. The bedspread was dirty near the foot of the bed. Toilet paper holder not very secured to the wall. Kleenexes poorly stocked. The room was too small. The carpet didn't seem to be overly clean. On the positive the lobby was nice and the breakfast was good.

Pretty expensive for small rooms, low service as I dislike it when our key is not working properly to get into the room because staff doesn't configure it correctly, then doesn't care, small area for poor breakfast selection.

Im quite concerned about the user friendly aspect of application of cancelation in a quick manner, instead of calling customer service.
I understand its a time consuming and costly update.
Please consider for bettercustomer service and customer relations with better problem solving time.

Very comfortable and easy to relax. Had a room that had a door that connected to the next room and they’re kinda loud but not bad enough to make a big deal. Paid a bit more than what I would expect for a 2 star hotel but I would stay there again.
