Place was clean, bathrooms were updated so nice our last visit. The bathroom door latch was not working. Old wallpaper peeling off.

It was a pleasant experience, we, together with family friends stayed during the weekend and we enjoyed our time there. Place is clean and well maintained. Our unit is big enough for the family of four. We were supplied of what we needed.

It's a good deal for the price. Complete kitchen, spacious and cozy. Nice fireplace and balcony. Housekeeping help us set up the chairs and tables outside so we could grill and eat our lunch outdoors. 12 mins from the village. There was enough snow on the property for the kids to enjoy.

In the woods. Private road. Like at home. Very affordable prices. Will definitely come back Gd willing. Just a heads up, bring appropriate winter tires or some tire chains in winter season. Thanks again the family loved it.

We stayed on 1-5-2024 at the Torrey sections. Wasn’t sure what to expect since I’ve never done contactless when booking and checking in, but I must say everything was smooth and communication was excellent. Everything inside looked like the photos online. View from our balcony was nice. Overall, we had a great experience and when we come back to Lake Arrowhead we will definitely book there again.

No complaints. Check in and out easy. Wifi works. We loved our stay here. All the basic things we needed were here. The place is lovely and quiet. The water heater, stove,fridge and tv were all working. Will choose this place again the next time we go back to Lake Arrowhead.

The place is really run down. Our bedroom had torn carpet and broken dresser. Wall paper was separating in the kitchen. The water was shut off without any warning!

Room was great, very spacious with an awesome fireplace and all for a low cost. They do state not to adjust the thermostat which is pretty low for the cold weather, but the fireplace kept the whole place plenty warm over the weekend. Easy access, centrally located, fully furnished, super hot water,

this was a little hard to find no thanks to GPS, after we found the property there was no signage for our room #(others had sign) we found after some time, the room and balcony were very nice we may return.

We have a place at Lake Arrowhead but needed an extra bedroom. North Bay worked out perfectly. It was clean, comfortable and the bed was great. It even had a nice deck with a lovely view of the forest. Will definitely use them again when we need extra room for guests.

Thos is my 2nd time visiting this property. This timw around it was ok. Its a great away spot however if i can add, the patio door didnt lock and the couch might be on its last leg as it looks didnt and makes a sound when you sit and get up from it.
Other than that its a good spot to go and get away.

I had difficulty finding the location. Active snow/rain in the middle of the night did not help.
But we called the location and got through to someone who helped us.
She definitely pulled through and helped us find the location. A on communication and assistance helping me and my family avoid the storm so we can have a warm and safe place to stay.

We didn’t realize that this is actually a time share. Everything was very nice, spacious, with great views and convenient. We will definitely be back.

The property needs a little maintenance. Our balcony was a bit dilapidated. The shower head fell off while I was taking a shower when trying to move it. The toilet water would run every hour or so. Apart from that the accommodations were good.

Pool and spa area closed at 5 pm. It was an un unpleasant surprise.

The space is very clean and wide, perfect for a family vacation. The kitchen allowed us to make a very good meal and had a lot of accomodations. The living room, tv, and beds make the space very comfortable and perfect for group games! Wonderful view from the balcony and close to snow valley! Highly recommend!
