We checked in and the clerk was very friendly. Due to a medical condition, we had reserved an accessible room. When we entered the room, we found that it was infested with ants. They were everywhere, furniture, walls, and floor. When we returned to the desk to ask for another room, the clerk just came to the accessible room and sprayed insecticide everywhere. We were told that this was the only room available with accessible features. We had no choice but to locate to a regular room. This made it very uncomfortable for us. We were not given any other options. We were not offered a refund so we could find another hotel. We were not offered a discount. Overall, the clerks were friendly, but lacked empathy and did not have our best interests at heart. They should have offered better options than just "this is all we have, take it or leave it". On our next trip, we will be staying elsewhere.

This hotel needs to be upgraded and I feel bad for the employees because they are limited on what they can do. The place was dirty and had some major issues.

Originally we had reserved a room at Motel 6, but our room was disgusting and the door to our room would not close. So we immediately checked back out and made a very last minute reservation for The Best Western. The young man at the reception desk already had our reservation! Everything was clean, beautiful and safe. We immediately felt 100% better staying here!

Hotel is easily accessible, close to shops and restaurants, clean, staff is friendly. Room was spacious and airy, bed and pillows were comfy. I had a good nights sleep. Pool and gym areas were clean and kept up. Breakfast area was well atended to and kept clean. Staff was prompt in taking care of our tub drainkng slowly. We will stay again. Thank you

We always stay here on our way down from Calgary, Alberta to Palm Desert, California. It's right off the I-15 with easy access to shopping and dining. The staff is always super friendly, efficient, and helpful. The rooms are cleans and comfortable.

Overall a nice stay. The beds themselves seemed a little older (lumpy?). Staff were very nice and the place was clean. We would stay again.

The stay was quite to be expected. The breakfast was fresh and there was plenty to be had. The room was nicely furnished.
The room was cold originally, and the wall mounted heating unit failed to warm the room. When I tried to use the room phone to call the front desk it didn't work. Fortunately, the phone number was readily available so I could call from my personal phone. The front desk clerk offered to come to my room and look at the issues. After unplugging and re-plugging in the heating unit into the power outlet, it then began to work. No luck on the phone.
The toilet was very close to the shower/tub and the privacy door. It was a little awkward. There were also a few mold spots on the shower shelf.
There were plenty of towels, and pillows. I could use an in-room iron and ironing board if needed. The room also had a safe for my personal affects (I didn't use it), and a decent sized tv (I didn't use it).
I am easy going so nothing here put me off staying. I would stay here again should I visit the area again.
(I did not use the pool or exercise room, so I have no comments here.)

The pool was ICE COLD. We went on a little staycation for the swimming pool and couldn't stay in it longer than a minute because it was so cold. Someone kept slamming the doors next to us, so hard a couple times that it shook our room. This was happening all hours of the night and into the early morning.

The room was clean and spacious, could use some updating but overall very decent accommodations. Bed was comfortable!

When we showed up we ordered a family suite. When we go into the room we saw wood chips in front of the sink drawers when we opened them there was a mouse. We instantly called the front desk and they moved us to another room. In the other room there was food/finger smears all over the microwave. Normally we dont express our concerns with hotels, but then the next morning at breakfast one of the staff members was mean to me and my family. Very disappointed. Even after the mouse incident i am supprised no one reached out to see if they could at least remidie the situation.

There was literally blood or something like it splattered on the ceiling in three different places. I took pictures. Gross.

I didn’t like the $100 deposit that I had to pay and then if everything is okay it will be returned in 5 days. This seems a little excessive!

The room was spacious, but had older furniture which was a bit beat-up. The bathroom was also spacious and comfortable. The electrical outlet at the desk did not work, which ruled out lighting and device charging at the desk. The location of the hotel is very convenient.

We had an auto accident and needed to stay the night and the staff here were great about it. Pool open til 10 hot tub was great and a fantastic free breakfast in the morning

After you pay they inform you the t v's aren't working on entire property. They offer no compensation whatsoever.

This did not happen to me, but I overheard one person complain that she left her room and returned to find her door open and no sign of cleaning personnel.

This is a great Best Western hotel. Breakfast buffet good as always. Clean pool, close to Timpanogos cave and other great hikes. Clean facilities and awesome helpful staff. Will come back to this hotel next time.

Floor in thr room had not been vacuumed. Hair on the floor in the bathroom. Bed was one of the most uncomfortable I have slept on. 100 credit card fee for an unclean room is ridiculous. Folded down the bedding, hair in it. Tried to relax in the hot tub...luke warm. Lady yelling the f word at her toddler at 6 am. Overall terrible. Will never stay again.

Great hotel in good location. Had a nice pool and hot tub and a good breakfast. My only complaint was the mattress was pretty worn out and needed replaced.

The room and everything in it was wet from humidity. The air-condition was weak and it didn't take moisture out of the room so everything felt damp. Location was good but other than that I don't know why the ratings are as high as they are.

Elevator wasn't working well. Husband is handicapped and while being assured the room was just off the elevator it was a long long walk down the hall. Staff was not interested in the customer and wanted to get back to whatever he was doing in the back room..So Sorry I disturbed you!
