Everything is clean and staff friendly

The staff was most courteous and the accommodations were not bad. However, the facility is much in need of renovation. carpeting was torn on interior stair steps posing a tripping hazard. We probably will not stay again.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. My wife and I enjoyed our 2 night stay much.

I've stayed in worse conditions, but certainly not for the price I paid for this room. WAY overpriced for the quality and cleanliness. This is what I would expect for $50, not the $150 a night I paid. I stayed here about 20 years ago and it doesn't appear anything has been maintained, updated, or deep-cleaned since then. Every hard surface in the building looked and felt dirty and grubby. Room smelled like an ashtray. Carpets and upholstery are worn and threadbare. Walls have been repainted without masking of any kind; paint splashes everywhere. Half of the electrical outlets and/or devices didn't work. Exterior security/fire doors propped open. Trash, broken furniture, and broken down vehicles scattered around the outside of the building and parking lot. On the up side, the restaurant/bar had excellent food and drinks and Garry provided outstanding service every time I was in there.

The hotel needs to improve on cleanliness… in the morning we could hear mice in the vents. It also needs more lighting in the rooms.

Hotel was very dirty, in the room and all hallways and lobby too. The staff was unconcerned with service and almost seemed mad at having to check in guests. The hotel agreed to a late check out, but then cleaned the room and threw out my food before the checkout time. I was left scrambling to find my belongings and try to be reimbursed for my lunch, which they reluctantly did. Seriously, avoid this mess of an establishment.

Hotel was dated bad … internet was terrible and I was needing to do reports so that was a problem..

The place was dark and the place was dirty. The towels have never seen any bleach! They were grubby looking although did smell ok. The bathtub had big dirty hand prints and the tub never drained until after we were out of the showers.

The hotel could use some work. Shower had zero water pressure. Minimal breakfast with cold eggs and sausage both days.

Staff was very nice

The room was very dirty with stains on walls and carpet. The hallway smelled horrendous! The the breakfast was very pitiful!

I requested a refund immediately after entering the room, it was denied. I turned the keys back in to the front desk and left. I went to stay somewhere else. This is a terrible, filthy place with rude staff.

Dirty and unkempt. Rain leaked into my room from ceiling. Pool is dirty. Hotel dirty, mud on stairs. Cheap toiletries of cheap toilet paper and tissues. Television was a hassle to figure out. pretty much a pig sty.

Nice pool and game area. Rest of motel needs work - outdated and not very clean. Perhaps it’s a work in progress?

So dirty, not vacuumed, comforters aren’t washed, beds were sloppy. The walls have cords hanging out of them for the tv and lamps. Wallpaper is falling off in both the bathroom and room. The walls have splattered mess on them. The entire second floor smells like marijuana and is smokey. The carpet in the halls are ripped and gross… do not stay here. Do not make the reservation. Gross. The staff seems nice and the pool area was clean.

Seem to be doing some remodeling. Rooms were basic. Basics for breakfast cereal coffee juice eggs sausage toast. Had a pool we didnt visit though. Little pricy for the place in my opinion but was a weekend and limited options. Wouod stay again if traveling through.

Hospitality of staff was exceptional. An old facility that needs some updating but very clean.

Comfortable room.

Checked in mid-afternoon. Had to ask about on site eating/restaurant, Was told they had a cafe but no restaurant, and the service person pointed behind us somewhere , showed us on a beaten worn plasticized map where our room was, but not the exterior door to get there or where to park. We dined elsewhere.

Very unprofessional staff and unsecured building/rooms. When we arrived, the employee manning the front desk made all three members of my party uncomfortable by asking if I was single. It’s not the best look for the front desk receptionist to be hitting on guests late at night. After this, we discovered that the doors leading from the parking lot into the hotel were not locking correctly and could be opened without a room key. Our room wasn’t clean and looked to be under repair, so we returned to the desk to request a new room. The same man who harassed us earlier then proceeded to rush ahead of us to our new room, where he opened the door and messed with something inside before asking me if I was sure I am not single while very obviously staring at my body. He showed no guilt/remorse or change in behavior after we expressed our discomfort regarding this behavior. To top it all off, the windows to our ground floor room could be opened with minimal force even when locked. Do yourself a favor and skip over this one, there is clearly some shady stuff going on here.

We got into our room, ceiling was nasty, they had a bottle between the bed and night stand. There was stains on the sheets and pillow cases. We walked in and walked right back out. Will never come back and will never recommend them to anyone. Staff was no where to be found. So paid for a room and did not even stay.

I would have really appreciated having the hot water in the shower working. Otherwise our stay was wonderful

It is ridiculously overpriced. It's so dirty and run down and staff is rude and unhelpful.

Very run down for the price of the room! Not clean hallway not clean. Pool was empty.

The hotel advertised for queen beds and the beds were full size beds, we couldn’t adjust the thermostat in the room, we called and was told they will be right down but no one showed up. We ended up unplugging the heater to cool off.

The check-in staff needed to communicate more info. The water was not on when I got to the room and when I went to the desk to tell them they said they would turn it on shortly. I get that in cold weather they may keep it off until needed but they could have said that when I checked in. Also there was about 3” of snow on the walkways where they suggested I enter. They could have said that it was the most convenient entrance for my room but it wasn’t shoveled yet. I would have come in the entrance where I didn’t have to slog through snow. My room was pet friendly so it was a room designated as such, but frankly it wasn’t clean. There were stains on the furniture and bed spread and the bathroom was not clean. It looked like someone with dirty hands moved the shower curtain. It was not stained because I was able to wipe the dirt away. The toilet was very low and was missing the covers for the screws at the base and the covers for the lid hinges. The fiberglass tub may have been wiped out but it was very grungy looking (something a Magic Eraser might fix). I wasn’t sure if it was just my room or all rooms. I felt like just because I had a pet that I was given a dirty room even with a pet deposit. The breakfast was marginal and the area was not clean as well. The handle on one of the warming ovens was grimy. Maybe a patron soiled it, but the staff should stay on top of cleanliness in an area where food is served. Not a great experience at this hotel in many ways.

The pool was the only great thing! Breakfast was disgusting but the coffee and orange juice was good. The bathroom in our room was horrible! The bathtub was stained black! The toilet rocked and the worst was mold all over everything the ceiling was the worst!

It’s all about the inside pool. Everything else is terrible. Needs a renovation. The restaurant was out of half the menu. Rooms were dirty and busted up.
