We were first put in a room unfit for travelers No seating, inadequate storage. Building under some renovation and no parking near building due to contractors. We were next to an elevator, and it was noisy. We requested a move which was granted and we moved to main building. Our room was spacious, lots of seating, very clean but extremely small bathroom. Beds and furniture were clean and comfortable. So, only one day of our 5 day visit was very substandard. Reservations should explain to folks that some areas are under construction.

Small bathroom and adjoining rooms are very noisy. I could hear the people in the next room very clearly through the afjoing door. Hotelbis currently under renovation.

I would stay here again! Parking was a little difficult in late evening but still able to find parking towards the back. My favorite part was their daily breakfast, delicious! Eggs, sausages, biscuits and gravy, lots of options! Staff was always very nice, we did ask the front desk to take our garbage out, as we were staying for 5 days, never took garbage out but not a big deal. Place was very clean and had a board with the local attractions!

The facility was overall decent. Staff was friendly and overall a clean, safe facility. We had a suite for the fold out bed, but it was unusable as a bed as the mattress was horrible. The extended space wasn’t very functional as the two televisions were unusable at the same time since the rooms weren’t separated. The bathtub was very spacious but would’ve taken two hours to fill (hah) with the low water pressure. Breakfast was okay- a decent variety, but just meh. We would stay here again for convenience but maybe just book an adjoining room for the kids.

Beautiful hotel, and friendly staff. The couch and chair weren’t comfortable for lounging. Yet everything else was great. Breakfast was typical and the eating area was clean.

Hotel thought it would be a good idea to allow for a party within 20 feet of where the hotel rooms were, with music, playing loudly, and a whole group of people, talking loudly, yelling at times, and hanging out in the later hours of the night, smoking and drinking outside of the hotel rooms just outside where they had their party in a hotel conference room. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, and I have to say this is a first for me, and that I had no idea hotels would rent out party and drink in space in one of the conference rooms for a Saturday night. Must be a Fairhope AL thing.

The breakfast was pretty good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking lot was very dark, was afraid to park in the parking lot due to that. The only real problem I found was the bathroom was so small. I have never seen such a small bathroom. We could barely get in and out of the bathroom because the door opened right against the toilet, not much room between the toilet and sink either to squeeze inside.

Very well maintained and excellent staff. Like many southern properties it was kept very cold in common areas. The breakfast was not great and left me unwell. It is not convenient to downtown areas but they helped me get a taxi. We will call it my second favorite hotel in Fairhope.

This hotel is fine but in my opinion, my room needed to be renovated. The door jams were all scratched up, edges of the dressers damaged and the chair was stained. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good pressure. The breakfast was okay. The mats outside the front door had not been cleaned because flies were all over something that had been spilled on one of them. There are very few chain hotels here so you have few choices.
