We stayed for a youth bowling tourney. In a good neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shopping. Courteous staff, clean room, comfy bed. You can tell things are beginning to wear, but the hotel is still in great shape. Will stay again.

Staff was exceptional! From the front desk to housekeeping I accidentally left my clothing bag with a few shirts in it. After contacting them and making payment arrangements, my items were sent FedEx to my home! Thank you so much! Area was safe and room was very comfortable.

Girls cheer leading competition was going on and still hallways quiet, lobby clean and no problems.

My first time staying at the hotel and i really enjoyed myself and would love to return to this property. My room was very nice;elevator being down big inconvenience and loudnessssss of housekeepers outside in hallways 8am louddddd speaking in their language was annoying 😑 my first 3 days!

We were there on a family trip for Christmas. The location was great. The staff was very nice and accommodating. However, I'd suggest a some better heavy duty vacuums because there was pet hair over every piece of carpet in the room. That was my only complaint.

Hotel was nice and clean. Most remarkable, though, was the workers. They were BY FAR the nicest people we encountered in New Orleans this weekend, especially Alicia!

Great place! Very convenient! I love how the manager checks in on you during your entire stay to make sure everything is going good. Breakfast was okay. My only problem was the shower. I didn’t like how it was set up and it didn’t have good water pressure, but other than that everything else was great.

Our stay was nice, I would’ve liked for housekeeping to come in every other day but I understand everyone is short staffed these days. Otherwise, it was a good place to stay.

The price of the room was totally disconnected from the type of place the hotel is. Not a family-friendly hotel. People live at this hotel long-term. Food odors in the hallways as guests seem to cook their own food in the hotel rooms.
We could not sleep all night because one of the hotel guests partied in his car for hours under our bedroom window and no one did anything about it until midnight. Sewer smells and creaky beds.
