Really enjoyed staying here. The room needed a quick sweep and vacuum but other than that the room looked great and staff were so quick to help and answer questions. Will stay again!

The service of the staff here is super. Very friendly and very accommodating especially in the breakfast room. Our bathroom was very outdated but clean. The room was comfortable and clean.

I felt it was just what i needed. Nice and quiet. Got the rest i needed and loved the breakfast. Only thing that bothered me was about 10 something a big truck parked right in front of my room with bright headlights and started honking their horn. So i got out of bed and looked and it was just a couple gentlmen.

Room is old and the dark paint is dreary. Room needs a good scrub down. It's grimy.

The room had a very strong cleaning smell to the point of irritation. A guest banged on our door twice after we gone to sleep looking for someone. There was a school group staying all around and above us so it was very noisy. The mattress was uncomfortable and I felt like I was sleeping in a trough. I managed to sleep 3 hours. The breakfast was good probably the only good thing about our stay, however, we won’t stay there again.

Well the refrigerator had defrosted and flooded the room slightly, maintenance had soaked it up with towels but not cleaned up the mess. The WIFI is absolutely terrible and the Roku tv programming didn’t even work. My amazon firestick couldn’t pick up the crappy WIFI to work properly and I was stuck trying to watch tv programming that wouldn’t work properly at all.

This was our first time staying at a Green Tree Inn. We originally picked this location because it was also the only motel in the area that allowed pets. A plus was that it also has the best price in the area. We were trying to decide if we were going to take advantage of the included hot breakfast or try one of the local restaurants recommended to us by our relatives. We were glad we stayed at the motel. Their hot breakfast was a good as other chains we have stayed at and better than many others. We will stay here again if going to Prescott Valley to visit relatives again.

I’ve stayed in a few hotels in the area and this one is by far the best, comfortable beds and a great breakfast in the morning. I will be returning.

The staff is super friendly and the office has a little store full of goodies. Most of all I loved the nice hot cup of Lipton tea that comes in our room. This is the best hotel in Prescott valley super pet friendly we're very blessed and thankful for that. And there's many services offered around close by even Safeways across the street

Checked out early and lost our money. Room was dirty, bathroom was small (you had to stand in the shower to close the door) and the beds were hard. Would not recommend staying here.

Nice little hotel and very convenient to Whiskey Row about a $20 dollar Lyft ride. Overslept but they were cool about it so really nice folks there running the show.

Nice, quiet, clean, good customer service Nice part of town, convenient location Hot shower. Comfortable bed. The room could have used a lounge chair if some sorts. And there was a dog barking all morning next door. Other then that I’d definitely go back

They texted me the morning that I was to arrive to ask if there was anything I needed. When I checked in, they sent me another text to make sure I didn’t need anything. There is on site laundry. They have a little marketplace in the lobby that has snacks and microwavable meals and refrigerated items and beer and seltzer and ice cream and little toiletries. And that’s open 24 hours a day. I will definitely stay there again The next time I go to Prescott Valley.

Right off the highway so kinda noisy at times. Only have directv with no guide to pick a channel. Have roku tv set but they dont connect to the wifi.

Floors were filthy hadn't been mopped for awhile. Bed covering had spots. Obviously management needs to do a better job training their employees. I use to clean rooms and I know what the white glove test is.

The attendant at breakfast was outstanding. Hotel Was much improved From Previous visit 2 years ago, better mattress. The sink area in bathroom needs work, I kept stunning my toes, not set up properly

Very friendly and professional front desk staff. Very helpful and accomodating. Highly recommend to any future travelr(s) passing through or visiting Prescot Valley. Wonderful breakfast menu.

Bathroom had hair all over the floor and a cockroach. Shower rod was falling off the wall. Carpet need shampooing bad. Chairs where very uncomfortable

Nice place. Due to lack of elevator and unable to be on 1st floor (I gave to friend ) when they could not accommodate me, i struggled with stairs.
