found food left over in fridge
no shower curtain
no drinking glasses in room

No Jacuzzi room advertised. I asked to switch rooms upon arrival. I was told that the room was $150. Expedia commission wasn't added to Jacuzzi room price so I was out of pocket around $187 for the switch. I think it would have been well for that to be explained in advanced. Jacuzzi was barely over a one person jet tub and not enjoyable for more than one person at a time.

Had to get someone in to unplug toilet.
Also, Breakfast was limited to 3 cereals or waffle. No juice, just coffee and milk for cereal. they used to have toast and jelly along with muffins or other type buns.

The towels was stained and we saw roaches and spiders.

Reeked like we were in a kitchen. My room had one queen and a pull out that couldn’t extend fully.
2.0
Room smelled of “grass” and Smell increased when we turn the ac unit on. It was pretty bad, had to wash all our clothes after leaving, even things that where in our suitcase.
2.0
We had to pay a ridiculous price bc of it being an Alabama Home game. Not even close to being worth what we paid. Price gouging at its finest.
2.0
Aside from the UA home-game price gouging (a sin of which all Tuscaloosa-area hotels are guilty), the lack of a shower curtain and an inoperable hair dryer, the room was exceptionally clean.

Disgusting! Walked in, towels were super thin and completely STAINED, the package of soap had black dirt or something all over it. So filthy. We left and decided to eat the cost. We wouldn’t have been comfortable enough to sleep there anyway.
Stay FAR AWAY!!!!!
*only booked bc we were there for bama game and options were very limited.

The area was good close to a lot of restaurants. There is a neighborhood Walmart close by. The tub was not cleaned and there was roaches in the bathroom.

No frills hotel. Clean but dated. Reasonable price. Close proximity to University of Alabama. Perfect for U of A Game Day.

The night clerk was nice. The a/c worked. Breakfast was advertised, but there was none, including no coffee. There is no coffee in the room or lobby. The hair dryer did not work. There were not enough towels or soap. The day clerk was asleep and not minding the desk at 6:45am. I will go elsewhere. Even the price doesn’t justify the lack of attention.

The towels were thin and non absorbent. The sheets had hairs and a stain on them. The bathroom door was patched up terribly like it had been kicked down at some point.

Love this hotel! For the price it was very clean and the customer service is great.

We had roaches in the room. Tiny hairs all in the sink. Linens appeared clean however. Overall the hotel was old and in need of updating. The gentleman at the front desk was not very friendly upon our arrival.

Dirty towels in the room when we arrived. The hair dryer did not work. The towels were not replaced - we had to go get them.
The bed was comfortable and the shower worked.
We had to go get more toilet paper. There were no tissues.

Nasty unsafe place. When I checked in, I had to pay because they did not have anything for your company. Ten, I was never able to find anyone at the front desk the entire two days I was there. We left a day early because of concern.

What I would of liked to have the room I reserved. What I not like what I reserved 2 doubles. Management called and cancelled reservation 1 hr before check in. then offered us a king room that the ac stopped working the management said open window would bring us a fan. No fan was ever brought. Next night we were moved to a different room that the ac worked and we had king bed with sleep sofa, nice room. The complimentary breakfast was not available on either day, as the doors were locked and nothing out for breakfast. No money returned for the room with no ac only received I am sorry by management. The reason we picked this hotel was for the complementary breakfast and paid more than other hotels in the area that did not offer breakfast. We had a funeral to attend and this experience was not helpful nor what we expected..

No linens in room,no toilet paper, biological mess on headboards of beds and parking was wretched.

It was the nastiest place I have ever stayed! I stood at the desk waiting for someone to check us in for exactly 15 minutes. I know this for sure because no one was at desk. I had walked in at 2 minutes before checkin time and actually watched time as I had to urinate badly after long drive. I was only person waiting. Then finally, after long trip and long wait to checkin, I needed to use restroom desperately, get to room annnnd...there was NO toilet paper in the bathroom at all. 2nd-The fridge was not cold, only tepid and smelt of sour milk and decaying food. Tray in fridge had nasty, old crap rotting in it (took picture). 3rd-Batteries in tv remote were dead. 4th-Hair on sink(took picture). 5th-Microwave had decaying something? in it and inside door of microwave was splattered with something (took picture). We honestly were afraid to touch anything in that room it was so nasty!! Will NEVER stay at an Econo Lodge EVER again!
