The hotel is showing its age, but overall we had a good experience. We stayed 3 nights and had only one visit from housekeeping and all they did was change out our towels. I like daily housekeeping. I did not bring this up to management.
Otherwise, we had a good stay.

This is one of the cleanest and most comfortable hotels that I've stayed in. The lady who checked be in was extremely nice. She offered to make me coffee because I had driven several hours to get there. The room was clean, very comfortable and quiet. I was in town for work and I will definitely stay there again on my return trip

Good: The service was great and the staff were so nice and helped us when there was an issue with our room. Everything in the room worked, shower was very nice, and the AC was able to keep up.
Cons: the walls are very thin, and you will hear all conversations, Tvs, and crying babies... in detail without even trying. The rooms are a bit dark.

Inconvenient if you have to haul a inclosed 20’ trailer. Luckily there was not many people staying at the hotel so there was a tight spot we parked with the trailer other than that it is good.

Terrible place!!! The whole room smelled moldy. At 8am housekeeping was going outside with cart through hallway very loud slamming doors, she then knocked at about 9 am and we told her that we were sleeping. She continued back and forth with cart and again at 1@ am began knocking at door and I told her we were still here she then continued to open the the door luckily we had the latch on so door did not completely open!! Check out is 11 am we told her she just closed the door balcony up.

There was water leaking from the sink when we arrived and they tried to cover it up by putting a bucket under the sink and no maintenance looked or fixed it the two days we stayed there. The sofa bed also had mold. Then when we were leaving maintenance was working on the water pipe so we had to wait to shower before checking out. We had no advance warning that the pipes will be off for a little bit.

This property honestly does not deserve any stars. Upon arriving, we quickly realized that the parking was inconvenient and limited as the exit goes straight back onto the busy frontage road. However, the worst came when we opened the door to our room finding a strong marijuana oder. This was unsanitary and posed a health risk. The property is also crawling with insects. We killed multiple bugs while staying there. Outside doors did not feel safe. We had initially reserved the rooms in advance for two nights, but on night one we surveyed the area to find an alternative hotel and could not find anything with availability, so we were forced to stay. We absolutely could not stay there the second night we planned on, due to all of these major issues, so we had to leave. Breakfast was limited with very few options. This is the worst property I’ve ever stayed at, without question.

Do not like outside doors, kinda sketch neighborhood but room was clean and bed comfy. Front desk help was very friendly and cleaning lady was very kind. Parking needs work. Good stay

Overall the hotel was what we needed for our trip. We were disappointed that the hotel pool didnt open at 9am as advertised or as we were told by the front desk attendant. We only had a small window of time to swim and unfortunately the pool didnt open before we had to check out. I know a pool is a luxury, but if advertised it should be open as that's one of the amenities used to draw families with kids as a pass time.

I had a tennis tournament for the weekend. The parking spaces could have been bigger. My sister slipped in the shower. They need to have something so guests don't slip. The staff were very nice. I liked what was offered for the breakfast.

It was a comfortable stay at the Quality In in Round Rock for the Labor Day weekend. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Only the parking was a little bit challenging in front of my room as the road was quite narrow.

Staff were nice and helpful. Overall, the complex was not well-lit at night and felt a little unsafe, but not incidents occurred.
One big thing during my stay is that I set the AC unit to high all night, but it really didn't get remotely cold during my stay. Otherwise, this is pretty much what I expected for what I paid for.

Though this particular Quality Inn is not in the prettiest, swanky location, I am a repeat customer for multiple reasons. 1. The staff and manager have been overwhelmingly kind, helpful, and friendly to me. I’m looking at you Ladonna, Jason, and MJ! (There is another man that also works days that is always very kind and helpful as well, but I’ve forgotten his name. Sorry.) Thank you all for making my trips better. 2. It has been clean and comfortable every time I’ve stayed here. 3. The location is convenient to I-35, several restaurants, and shopping. 4. The rates are very competitive. If you’re looking for a place to lay your head that is reasonable, clean, and where you won’t be treated like a number, this is it.

A very disappointing stay. We stayed at the same hotel in Clarksville, AR last week with exemplary experience. Unfortunately, the experience did not carry over to Round Rock, TX.
Check in was a breeze and the room appeared clean but parking was for compact or mid size cars, not SUVs and Trucks in Texas. That's where the positive ends. You could not get to the front from the backside wothout going on the access road and around the highway to come back into the property. AC only worked on one side and the numbers where not viewable for degrees. The microwave had a glass plate from a different type of unit and did not turn or work consistently. There The cleaning was minimal and inconsistent. The breakfast poor...toast or make your own waffles. Cereal dispensers did not work. Hot water was not hot and water qas empty or missing.
I had thought Choice Hotels would bring consistency across stays but it really does not. Not at all.
