Rooms were run down looking

The hotel room was so dirty! The floor was sticky. I wore shoes in the shower it was so gross. The towels were dirty (stained with black, make up, etc.) The bathroom ceiling was cracked. There was no Kleenex in the room. The night staff was more interested in smoke breaks then helping the consumer. The pool was so dirty. There was hair all over the pool area and in the drains. There were no towels available to swimmers. When I asked the front desk person for a fork they said they didn't have any, yet they serve complementary free breakfast. They had forks....the worker didnt want to deal with getting one. I highly reccomend NOT staying here!!!!

I was not able to check in at 3:30 even though my room confirmation said 530 am so we had to pay 100 cash for a different room

My husband and i were in town to go to an appointment at the VA the following day. We arrived to a very unprofessional front desk associate wearing a tshirt and sweatpants. She couldn't find my reservation and claimed i never paid even though i showed her receipts. She said just because i paid the site doesnt mean she has the money and its not her problem i had to call hotels.com and figure it out. I used rewards so i was not going to pay full price anyway. I tried to explain that the card she said she had on file wasn't even my card number i used and she wasnt in the right place on her computer because the only info she had right about my reservation was my name. I finally left to call hotels.com when a guy came rushing out after me and told me to come back and thats when the woman said she suddenly "found me in a different screen" and this wasnt her work shift she doesnt normally check folks in. if i wasnt already upset the lobby was very dirty and strongly smelled of marijuana. I don't mind those who smoke but this was worse than a 70s hippie festival! When she was checking me in she then proceeded to tell me that the elevator was broken & our room was on the 3rd floor. I said my husband has mobility issues can you give us a lower floor and she said no they were full. The parking lot stayed empty all night!! Our room was dirty, our shower head was broken and there was no water pressure to the jetted tub. Frosted over minifridge and plastic in the sheets. Nope. Never again!

Wasn’t the best experience after being to this hotel before. Had to wait to get into room. Keys didn’t work multiple times and we were on 3rd floor and the elevator was not working. Our room had a jacuzzi tub and it took over an hour to fill high enough to use. Vending machines expensive, only take singles and the front desk had no change to give.

Booked online about 4 hours prior to arrival and was told the hot water was not working on arrival. While standing at customer service was notified by another guest that the hot water had been out since early morning. Not sure why you would still take reservations knowing there was no hot water. Had no other option for a different room due to time of night and all hotels were booked. Got in our room floors in room were dirty, gum stuck on the floor. Bathroom floor filthy. Towel rack broken fell off the wall. Tv broken. Went to customer service desk to ask about tv and front desk attendant was out in his car smoking weed.

Good price the room and location

state bowling tournament,5 rooms rooms fairly clean ,was a few things that could have been better.faucet leaked water when turned on,under bed was dirty, bathroom floor was dirty ,ran out,of food for breakfast,couldnt get change at front desk for vending machine, blanket on one bed was a old mattress pad ,got locked out of our room ,card wouldn't,work other than that things were ok

Horrible customer service no hot water

Our first room we were given the door was off the hinges and couldn’t close or lock. They were very accommodating and changed our room to a room a few doors down. When we got into the room the window was completely open while it was snowing outside and and freezing. It was already 11 at night and we had to have the kids up by 7 for wrestling. Tried to turn on the heat and it kept blowing a fuse. Finally got the room warm around 2am. Then the hot water was out and nobody could shower. Needless to say a very disappointing trip.

The building needs some improvement. The windows were drafty and there were some broken tiles in our bathroom. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Cleaning crew could have done a better job as we had wadded up paper towel left on the bathroom floor and the floor around the bed was a bit dusty.

They had no towels so my family had to use the same 2 towels. The pool was horrible there was an out of control teenage group cussing in front of.my 9 and 12 year old and there was a bunch of luttle kids there. Managment was no help. The toilet barely flushed the bathtub barely drained i cut my finger on something moving the curtains. Next time i will pay the extra for a better hotel. I wish i would have taken pictures and videos and i wish to God i could get a refund but ill just mark it as a lesson learned

This hotel was more like a motel. Not the best of hotel. I’ll give it 3 stars if you just need a quick stay

All ice machines was broken no pool towels..pool was very cold..we asked for that to change but the heating bulbs was broken laying in pool... breakfast was horrible and not enough food bc all the employees was eating it

Hotel back door keypad didn't work. Had to go through main doors every time. Random alarms went off in the middle of the night.

None of the ice machines worked and there were towels for the pool and hot tub. Other wise the stay was enjoyable

Very dirty, run down. Front desk was great but the hotel itself is not worth what we paid.

Booked this property only because they advertised a hot tub and pool. On arrival, both were CLOSED. Very noisy area, clientele was very 'low life' and noisy all night. There was no breakfast to speak of, toast, bagels and coffee, that was it! No kleenex in room, had to ask for TP and coffee. Room kind of dirty, bathroom had streaks of soil running down the walls and mirror at sink was cracked.

Great night stay

I got a king suite with a jet tub and it took 4 hours to semi fill the tub, and the water was luke warm.

Employees were rude and never received any housekeeping my whole stay. Worst hotel experience ever

Toilet never stopped running. And the breakfast for the morning had buffet stuff set out but not one thing in them instead just cereal, waffles, and toast

This place has become completely overwhelmed with locals just looking to party and get high. I even saw a desk agent get into a car that had been pulled around to the front door and get high. I was there 3 nights and not once did housekeeping come in to take out the trash or give fresh towels. The noises from the party's going on in the middle of the night could become quite loud. The heat would shut off in the room if it ran for long, causing the room to become cold quickly. The unit would have to be reset by me in order for it to come on again. I'm not sure why I wasn't moved to a different room or why this issue wasn't fixed during my stay.

Very old. Need updates. Not in a good area. The word I would use is sketchy. Won’t stay there again.

We stayed in #334. The king bedroom with Jacuzzi. The room was very clean and spacious. However, the lamp that sat atop the desk had a broken switch and didn't turn on. The desk itself had very wobbly desk table legs. The Jacuzzi took 4 hours to fill not sure if it was the water pressure but my partner fell asleep before we could enjoy its benefits. The wood casing around the elevator was very unique. The continental breakfast was enjoyable with enough variety of food to feed the finicky. Our phone alarm didn't sound off before check out yet the staff over looked out 1/2 hour check out. Thank you and hats off to all the employees who show up everyday that made our stay comfortable.

The evening Lights that are on in the ground shine directly into the rooms... Making it really hard to sleep. Windows are old and barely shut and latch. Was very loud, dogs were barking in the hallway, paper thin walls, really old and outdated. Definitely needs a good overhaul.

This hotel was overall pretty gross. Room we stayed in was not really cleaned, the floor was gross. We checked mattresses and under the mattress was crumbs and dirt that looked like had been there for several rounds of guests. The tv remote has to be programmed for use and even then doesn’t operate the volume or turn it on or off. The light fixtures were all broken and/or faulty and the heat/air in our room didn’t work. Although check in/out was easy, that was just about the only thing that was. The breakfast was also subpar with food that was sitting out, dirty crock pots that were used and food was just not very good. I would not recommend staying even if it was just to sleep like it was for us. It was pretty gross.
