restaurant full of cats !!!!..food menu is far below expectations.

Breakfast:- the worst breakfast ever eaten /experienced in 5 star hotel….just cannot imagine who chose the menu and who do the cooking!!? Next Day we went to Paul.moreover we wake up this morning with no electricity at room😂

Absolutely stunning. A perfect couples luxury stay.

Absolutely beautiful. The architecture and the interior design of the hotel are stunning. The rooms are the best I’ve ever stayed in - luxurious beds and en-suite bathrooms - just perfect!

New hotel, large property, excellent service and location. good pool area, great Spa facilities

location was very good. Breakfast buffet was very varied and you could also order separately for example poached eggs with avocado and toast. The staff where extremely attentive and despite being a buffet would insist on bringing you your coffee and toast etc. Very service minded which adds to the experience. The service was excellent across the property. We ate at the Persian restaurant and drank the local Moroccan wine which was very good. We used the excellent spa facilities, including massage which were relatively good. Cleanliness 10/10.

The taxi we used the first evening to go into Tangier was 150MAD whilst the return trip in a Petit Taxi was 19MAD. We did query this with the hotel and they advised this is who they used but they did on another occasion find us an alternative Uber style taxi for 27MAD. These are not huge amounts (10MAD/1USD). However, we did a day trip to Assilah using hotel taxi and this was excellent value. Very comfortable car, driver spoke good English. Friendly and polite. His name was Abedsalam. Large pool and poolside drinks restaurant.

Was ok. Some words in booking.com. I felt misled by the breakfast included option. This caused some.

There were mosquitoes in the room over night so it was difficult to sleep. I asked for insect spray and they didn’t have but was given the infuser. Still it was shock that a hotel of that repute would have mosquitoes singing in the room. Had poor service during breakfast. Waiter served other guests after I made a request and he continuously ignored me for several minutes. Made eye contact the whole time while I was in the restaurant.Not good service. Manager, Othmane, apologied though and was very pleasant to me at the reception.

Service needs to be better. Fairmont is an international brand and the staff must recognize that.

Beautiful but hugely Expensive.

It has been very tastefully decorated throughout. The rooms & outdoor balcony very spacious.

I didn’t like when my husband got food poisoning from their oysters they refused to give any panadol as you have to see a doctor for that. Plus the staff spoke English but very limited. Misunderstandings a daily occurrence.

Great facilities but too many shortcomings

The hotel is really nice in an ok location.

This is a new hotel and you can tell from the service. Friendly and willing staff, but there are shortcomings, also technically (eg. AC). Our lunch experience was not good, due to extremely slow and unattentive service. Friday night there was a pool party with very loud music until well past midnight!!!

The most beautiful and unique hotel we have stayed in - amazing food, excellent staff.

The most beautiful and unique hotel we have stayed in - the design is spectacular and just walking around in the hallways is an experience! The room was spacious, also well designed and had a beautiful big bathroom and a balcony. All the food was amazing - the absolute best was dinner at Parisa, the Persian restaurant in the hotel (it would be worth a visit just for the design and the big door to get in!), beautiful Caesar’s salad and lobster roll by the pool, and seafood in Crudo restaurant. We were also amazed by the selection available for breakfast - there was really everything and it was all so delicious! The pool area is lovely, the gym is excellent (lots of machines, decent amount of weights, water, towels and even apples) with a beautiful big changing room with saunas and jacuzzi. We didn’t have any spa treatments but I’m sure these would’ve been great too as the staff was always there and very welcoming. Lastly the staff was exceptional - we were really looked after the entire time. We loved the barman in the bar who came up with new cocktails for us, the lady who cleaned our room checked in to see if we needed anything else, and someone even put a bookmark in my book when they realised I only had a receipt to use which was the most beautiful little extra touch. Reception was quick and everyone was so helpful. The most exceptional and unique hotel and definitely worth a visit.

The hotel was very quiet when we were there so there wasn’t enough of an atmosphere, hopefully it’s just because it’s a new hotel because it really was perfect!

Amazing experience

We stayed at the hotel for the New Year's. The hotel was amazing. The decor was impeccable, the rooms were regal and the staff were the most amazing and friendly staff of any hotel we've every stayed with. The restaurants offer an amazing variety of food and the chefs are international class. All in all this was an amazing experience.
