Check-in was quick and easy. My room had a sour smell, the coat rack was on the floor in the closet along with the hangers, the ironing board was so off-balance it couldn't be utilized, and the TV wouldn't turn on. The bed was OK. The air conditioning worked and kept the room cool. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and stocked with sample bath items.

Black mold on the ceiling. Clogged sink. Jacuzzi tub falling apart. Crumbling ceiling above jacuzzi. Light falling off. Floor falling in. Side panelling on jacuzzi coming off. Would like a total refund

Not as friendly at check in. Very loud at 1am due to door slamming and hearing creaky faucet and water run in next room for tub.

We stay here every time we travel. It is so convenient to get the shuttle to the airport. It's always a great start to our vacation!

After reading some reviews we were a little worried but after arriving we were very pleased. The lobby was beautiful, our room was clean, the bed is very comfortable, and the jacuzzi was great! The paint could use a update but it definitely didn't affect the great time we had. Our only complaint would be it was very loud in the hallways at all hours of the night. Breakfast was also great both days.

This was a pretty good hotel. The room was nice, good size. The air worked. Like all hotels though, the bathroom could use some TLC. Nothing major, just cosmetics.
This place is has nice pricing.
If you are going to the air port, they have a shuttle.

Decent place, great service staff but room was so so. I was in a jacuzzi suite and when I got there, there was an old potato chip bag on the floor and a beer cap near the wall. Also there was a large hole in the wall next to the bed and several places where the wall paint is no longer there. The room room was okay but definitely not what I expected for a Wyndham suite room.

The hot tub was not working which was a big disappointment and one of the biggest reasons I booked at this place. There were dirty q-tips left on the floor in the bathroom which was kind of gross. But my biggest complaint was the tub was literally like a sheet of ice. I don't know what they used to clean it but they need bath masks because soon as I stepped into that tub I fell. They really should provide bath mats with the tubs being as slippery as they are.

The lady who checked us in eas without doubt the nicest, most helpful hotel clerk ive ever dealt with, and i e dealt with quite a few now.
I wouls highly recommended this place, and look forwRd to a future stay.

The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. I booked the hotel as a one night stay before flying home with my 5-year old, primarily for the pool, free breakfast and hotel shuttle. The pool was having maintenance done, but was open in the evening. Unfortunately it was really cold due to the heat being off during that time. Luckily the hot tub was too. So she got to swim in the hot tub (which was pool temp) instead and no no else braved it, so she had it to herself. The breakfast was fine. The shuttle was everything we needed it to be. The overall property is dated and needs some love. Our room has a picture that didn’t seem quite secure in the wall, a closet door handle that was not doing much, and the light in that closet kept automatically turning on. We also had no toilet paper upon check in. I had to run downstairs to grab it while my kid was on the toilet. Overall it was ok. Bed linens seemed clean, which is most important. I doubt I’d stay again, but it wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed.

The room wasn’t comfortable it wasn’t all that clean it had a funny smell, there were dead bugs in the window and the window screen frame looks like someone tried to break into the room because it was bent. There weren’t enough outlets, the furniture is old and the night stand was real small and short. The towels were also real small and they only gave one real small piece of soap. The heater was loud. The coat/clothes hanging rod in the closet has been installed up real high than the usual height for a coat/clothes rod. You can hear people walking up stairs like they’re going to come falling through the floor. We didn’t eat breakfast there because it looked old.

Door jamb was damaged exposing the locking mechanism of the door to the hallway, bathroom counter had residual coffee stains from previous guests.
Staff was quite helpful and courteous, room was overall clean and comfortable.

It was quiet. Room was clean. Temperature in room adjustable. Could have provided information on TV Channels. Shower good. Lights being motion sensitive took a bit to get used too.

With weather changing and having a weather related cancel of an international flight last week, I decided to stay close to the Indy airport rather than chance a drive in the early am. After searching possibilities, I selected this facility and was very pleased with the service, the clean/comfortable accommodation, and the efficient shuttle to the airport.

This little hotel is my home away from home. Any time we need a night away or home renovations, it's close to our work, clean, simple, nice staff, and the best huge hot tub to relax in for the night. Rooms are small and simple but we have used this hotel multiple times for convenience and will continue to.

First room sounded like there was a day care center above me. New room was gross, the beds were all made nice but the floor was covered in old food..long black hair in shower and sink.

Pool chlorine was way to high. We stayed just to enjoy the pool and hot tub. We all had severe rash, my daughter has a couple sores and diarrhea, my son had a asthma attack from extreme chlorine levels. Do not recommend

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Kids had fun in the pool. Quick ride to the airport in the morning. There's a brewery next door with great food, too. Would stay here again before flying out from IND!
