Everyone is very kind and patient with My Son and I the rooms were a bit small and the shower a little crowded but everything else was very good. The room was clean. Everybody was very helpful.

Pool & hot tub were nice, but only 1 towel left in pool area. Hot breakfast was ok. Room needed several repairs, some serious! Told front desk, hope they took care of it. Dont expect much of a view, we had none, being behing front facade.

This hotel needs not only updating but renovation as well. Fixtures were broken, surfaces were worn and damaged, water was only warm. There is a strong smell of perfumed fragrance.

I have stayed here before and it was great experience. Last night the rooms were not as clean and didn’t feel safe with the locks loose.

I checked in ~1am and was greeted by a very nice desk clerk. I had 2 rooms, one had absolutely no problems. When I checked into the other room, neither I nor the staff could get the TV to work so we tried another room, same story. Finally got the TV to work in the 3rd room only to have my ears assaulted when I turned on the bathroom light. The exhaust fan automatically comes on with a SUPER loud obnoxious sound. I stayed in the room as it was almost 2am

The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the lady that checked us in. The bed was ok. Our bathroom had some black stains (mold?) on the ceiling above the shower. When you turned on the shower the shower head or something in the shower began to smell like mildew.

Front desk staff were kind and went out of their way to help me with the loan of a personal phone charger. There were even fresh cookies being baked daily! Safe and clean, very enjoyable stay.

Staff was extremely friendly and likeable. Talked with manager at the free breakfast. His attitude and demeanor reflected that of his employees. The only downside was we arrived too late for the home baked cookies. That's okay as we snuck seconds on our previous visit.

Wife and I stayed there for my Birthday staycation. Overall, the place was okay except inside our room. The A/C is sporadically noisy, the towel set was not complete, the pillows were bumpy, super soft and kind of thin. And we were not informed that after midnight, no concierge was available and that you have to go to the side doors when going inside.

The room is nice and well-kept. There’s also a small microwave and a small refrigerator. Staff were nice and helpful. Close to my ultimate vacation spot, spending time with my son. I would say here again.

The staff was amazing. I especially want to compliment Tim who arranged our stay and made it very special and smooth. He was a wonderful employee and we would stay there again, especially because of him! Thank you!
