I was unable to get to the hotel for the reservation. They were not full based on my pre checkin travel by the lot on my way to my next destination, far distant Was charged full price although I was pay on check in. I have been a regular customer since January. If they treat their frequent customers in this manner, how would a casual visitor be treated!

After arriving later in the evening, it took a minute for the hotels.com booking to process. The key given went to a room that was not clean. The bed was messed up and there was trash in the cans. The soaps were all opened. After going back to the front desk, the attendant apologized and went to check the next room before giving me the key. It was properly cleaned and available. Apparently, the cleaning staff was off for the day because of low occupancy which is why the first room had not been cleaned. The attendant was very helpful, which was appreciated. The room was comfortable enough - but a bit loud. That could be because of the side of the road the room was on.

As a last minute decision to go to Conway to see the total solar eclipse, we were pleasantly surprised with Motel 6 and its accommodations. First, the front desk staff was friendly and professional. Second, the king bed room was more roomy than expected. The carpet, furniture, and paint could be upgraded, but all I really need is a clean bed and bathroom. Finally, the bathtub was cool - I’d never seen one with such big shelves! And the counter around the sink had plenty of space. FINALLY, a tub and counter that can hold my toiletries! Location was near the Waffle House, Subway, Panda Express, etc. Very convenient.

There was no TV remote in the room. Although I reported it the next morning so I wouldn't be charged for it there was no contact from a manager or offer if a partial refund. There was no answer the night of stay when I tried to call the front desk.

Well it was all good until I checked out and looked at bank and they tried to charge for damaged towels.. what damage the towels were dirty looking already and how do you damage towels when you just dry with them...also was watch out I guess they can charge and say whatever they want and keep your money . Sounds like scam to me.. they have not showed me visiual proof and it's all here say cause I didn't damage nothing.. man if they charge for something Everytime someone stays they are making twice a killing than everybody else . Damaged towels give me a break .. what the heck.....

I got the last room on the ground floor maybe that’s why it didn’t have any art on the wall but you could see where the screws were for art and they were out of shampoo whether that had to do with supply chain or what I’m not aware but otherwise it was a quiet stay the heater worked well.

Jay was fantastic! I came in flustered from traveling all day in the pouring rain and was not happy about the extra $100 deposit fee for pets or service dogs. I've been using Motel 6 across the country for 16 years and never had this "deposit fee" before. Jay (hope spelling is correct) was very calming and explained that it would be refunded and gave me some info on a great burger place! This Motel 6 must have been a hotel before because the rooms are inside and it's not like the ones where you can park right in front of your room. Anyone traveling with animals can only stay on the 3rd floor, which was a little bit of a pain because I have a paralyzed dog and a lot of stuff to bring up, but the rooms are nice, quiet, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The area has plenty of restaurants you can walk to and there is a Starbucks basically in the same parking lot. I was annoyed at first due to the deposit & the only 3rd floor rooms, but Jay was so wonderful that I stayed and I'm glad I did. Great customer service!

You may wanna look elsewhere first…. Lots of hail damage outside and in the outdoor structure. Very ran down. Even signs are broken and or missing. Isn’t too shabby in the lobby. Receptionist was respectful and quick. No issues at sign in. Walk into the room… there’s a smell. The walls have been torn down and shabby put back together. You can tell to fix water damage and put in bigger fiberglass tubs. Blankets are worthless. Cardboard box is more comfortable. Water for a shower is okay. I’ve had hotter showers at truck stops. Plug ins all need replaced and changed out. They apparently have to spray often for bugs. They provide you with one little bar of soap to wash your hands. Towels are small. 2 large towels, 2 rags and 1 hand towel are provided for one king bed room. Tv is basic.

We loved the showers/bathroom. I for one didn't have to stoop or bend over just to wash my hair. The view was exceptional, and the Internet worked very well

This is the 2nd time I spend a night in motel 6 and was not impressed, no breakfast and the room furniture is less than what you expect for the money. I spent the night before in cheaper motel where they have breakfast and the room was much better. The microwave has wrong tray which not rotating when I tried to use it. However I would like to give Kellie the receptionist five stars, she was nice, polite and very helpful, so thank you Kellie.

I wasnt even able to stay. I misplaced my drivers license on the way there and they wouldnt accept my picture ID or the paper one from the DMV. Dhara wasn't professional at all and the Manager Michelle would not offer any solution either. They stated there arebother hotels I can stay at even though I had already paid for my room. I made this trip for my son so he can visit Hendrix college. We ended up staying at the Comfort Suites across the street whom were more than excited to accommodate us given the circumstances

Upon arrival I was told that my card was run in advance and was declined. I call BS. I was never contacted and was left without accommodations after a very long travel day. Funny thing, I went right across the street to another property and checked in using the very card that Motel 6 said was declined. Not a nice thing to do to someone. I will never book with this site again.

I did not like the employees drinking beer and smoking dope at the entrance by the pool. I did not like having to call the police 3 times because of very brutal domestic violence situation. I did not like the extremely rude woman who checked us in. I did not like management denying all of the above. Call Conway Police l to check the activity

Didn’t seem like it was kept up very well. Wallpaper peeling, baseboard in bathroom looked like it was rotting off the wall. No hairdryer, no soaps. Bed was uncomfortable.

It was an average low-cost motel with no extras (not even Kleenex in the room). The room was clean. The staff was okay ( not particularly friendly). I got what I paid for.

After an all day drive, me and my bf walked into the room, went straight to the bathroom to find urine all over the seat, on some of our towels, and the floor. I was extremely grossed out and will never stay here again. Worst part is, they’ll probably think the overall review is because all the construction but trying to walk through the lobby was just the icing on the cake of a horrible stay
