Breakfast was really awful. Someone needs to purchase better items. Bacon tasting paper, pancakes under cooked. Coffee disappointing.

The info on internet and info at hotel re check-in not the same. No info in rooms on anything. Noisy hallway at 2 am from people coming in late. Didn’t see directions to 1st floor bathrooms, had to search. Food and a beer tab under beds. Had to get up and down to run refrigeration unit

Bar was closed so coworkers and I bought drinks from convenience store. We were told we could not utilize the lobby because of the liquor license. So, we had to sit outside in the cold.
The light switch in the room worked but was broken. The privacy curtains looked like they had blood stains on them.
After checkout, I realized I had forgotten an item in the room. I called and asked about it and was told it hadn’t been turned in. I asked that they check the room and was informed nothing had been found. I know that it was left in the room.
I’ve stayed at other Green Tree locations but wouldn’t return to this one.

Fantastic! Staff was very accommodating! Quite an improvement from when it was a Holiday Inn. Will stay there again when in the area. Very close to some excellent restaurants.

What's not amazing is the resort fee of $12 that's too pay the water for the pool and the sewer bill. Never staying here again

GreenTree is always very clean an and friendly. Rooms are spacious enough. I just wish ivdid feel so closed in. I just feel there should be stairs to esscape a fire from th the second floor.

We stayed 3 days. Beds are very comfy. TV programs ok.
Service was super. Friendly room service with a smile.
Breakfast was sausage and eggs, pancakes, cereal, juice.
Coffee and tea was good.
This is the only place we stay in Showlow Lakeside area/

Property was clean and quiet. Found a great price on Expedia for a quick 2 night trip. Property is right next to a Circle K and a couple fast food restaurants.

Everything was really nice! Cleanliness, upkeep, pool/ hot tub and pool area are great. The staff were friendly day and evening. Fireplace, Great 👍

The room was in disrepair so they gave me a different room. The second room was worse.
I left after the first night.
The wall heater was so load and kept waking me!

We've stayed at a couple hotels in Pinetop-Lakeside, and this place, by far, is the best. It's extremely clean and inviting. They have a small bar with great beer on tap. Breakfast was great. We'll be staying here every time from now on.

Staff is amazing, breakfast was good and super convenient to everything we needed.
Only bummer is the spa and pool were shut down by the fire department for safety issues. Hope they fix it soon as we will be back.

Early morning we requested an upper story room due to having a newborn traveling with us and we’re told it wasn’t promised. We checked in and they gave us bottom floor next to the “new years party area” COMPLETE OPPOSITE of our asking. I wasn’t allowed to check in until after 4. I was told 3pm and tried to check in and instead got sent away due to rooms “not being done” so we had to find something to do with our newborn and anxious toddler. 1130pm there was so much noise and my wife called check in asking for any possible way to change rooms due to our newborn being unable to sleep. My wife said we requested this morning an upstairs due to our kids and being new years we knew it would be too loud downstairs. The lady said “you talked to me this morning about a room I’m the general manager” well why couldn’t you accommodate? Luckily someone didn’t show up so we got a suite but we should’ve been accommodated from the beginning.

Breakfast service has been very bad, everything else is execellent, the breakfast has disapoonted me as there were no options during my stay even asking the personnel to refill as the breakfast options were over 1 hour before the breakfast time ends - Lori has been an excellent host at the front desk but Melissa has been bad at serving the breakfast options

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room outdated and not very clean, but quiet. Heater kept room comfortable on a cold night. No ice machine, but ice available at bar. Hotel bar and lobby charming and cozy, very enjoyable to just sit and enjoy the fireplace and Xmas decor. Breakfast was good, and attendant was friendly. Close to shopping and restaurants. Budget friendly lodging among overpriced options.

Reserved this property because of inside pool. It was closed when we arived. Also tub did not drain well so when you done showering you was standing in 3 tob4 inches of water

We've stayed more than a few times over the last year. It was our go to for a weekend getaway while staying close to home, but thanks to the lady at the front desk (Lori), we'll probably never come back.
Phone started ringing at 959 the morning of check out to remind us that checkout was at 11, pounding on the door at 1030 threatening to call the police if we didnt open up (were showering at the time), had to open the door still covered in soap with just a towel on to tell her i was in the shower. Then, in a stern manner, she tells me to stop by the front desk so she could talk to me, all while im still covered in soap.
Upon leaving, she asks for my credit card again because there "wasnt one on file." Yet, the evening clerk took my card when we checked in. After all that, she tries to get us to sign up for the rewards program.
Nope, thanks to Lori, we will be taking our business elsewhere from now on.

Everything was perfect until 10 am thebday of checkout. Our phone started ringing over and over, staff began knocking our door, and we were repeatedly harrassed that checkout was at 11. We were told that if we stayed past 11 we would be charged an extra $25.
We got up, got ready, and were out of the room at 11:05 and the lady at the front desk had already looked up our booking history, then began to act nice. Before all of this, we had planned to stay an extra night but started to have 2nd thoughts after this interaction.
Ended up booking an extra night anyway and the 2nd morning was even worse. Phone calls at 959, banging on the door at 1030 and being threatened with calling the police because i was in the shower and didnt answer the first 3 knocks. Then being told "stop by the front desk on your way out, i need to talk to you."
Never again!!!

In need of major renovations. Paint chipping. While sleeping the headboard fell off the wall. This place was an absolute dive

Nice & clean place; huge room. The evening desk clerk seemed bothered to have to check me in, although she was cordial at least. The pillows are horrible & didn't offer decent rest. Otherwise, the stay was ok.

Pool, jacuzzi & ice machine was down due to some kind of power outage bur overall stay was good and the breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. Would stay there again!
