Everything was good. We had a room next to the elevator and the buzzing noise from the elevator was terrible. Had to leave the TV and air conditioner on to drown out the sound

This location is very convenient for my work travel so I stay here often, but the hotel could use a refresh. Shower is a little dingy, and the rooms/breakfast are basic.

Room was very nice, spacious and clean. Convenient location. Only issue was that wireless internet was very weak.

Check in was ok. She was nice enough but not overly welcoming. The commons area was dirty with food and dirty tables at 3:30 pm. It wasn’t a good first impression.

Stayed with family overnight. Staff were as very friendly and check in went quickly. Room was adequate for family of five. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was standard continental. Hotel is beginning to show age and wear. Could use some updating and our room could have been cleaner. Overall stay was fine.

Our stay was unplanned, and we booked at the last minute via the Expedia app. We stayed in double bed suite- it was very clean and well kept. It was an updated room and anything we had forgotten was covered by the front desk. We were able to order pizza delivery from a local place and have it delivered to the hotel. The front desk staff was professional and kind. We did have the breakfast buffet on Sunday morning and it was hot and fresh.

We liked that we had a hot breakfast with other choices and that we could bring our dogs. The room was nice too, with a couch to sit on and watch tv instead of sitting on the bed. Nice little fridge and sink by the fridge. We have stayed here before and have returned. Will come back next year too. There was a pool and hot tub, but we forgot to bring swim trunks to enjoy them.

There was vomit in front of the front door when we arrived, and the man that checked us in gave me a werid look when he asked if we needed two keys and I said just one. The pool seriously needs to be cleaned, you can smell the chlorine way far away from the pool. The room was clean, no bed bugs, just some dust. The housekeeper lady was so nice, and the guy that checked us out. Breakfast was good, I asked the cook if the bacon was turkey and she said yes, something like that. It could have been a language barrier. At check in, he said they will charge your card 100 for incidentals, I was charged 92.49 for it.

Our stay was horrible from poop on the walls of pool area to fights in the breakfast area to staff entering my room without permission. I hope the general manager reaches out before I contact corporate.

Breakfast area is very small. Food items on top of each other and the line for waffles made it hard to get to food.

It was a nice friendly place with good breakfast and accommodations. I was just surprised by the price for a dog - it is very high, as far as I'm concerned. I was going because of a family emergency, so I missed this: "For guests staying 1-6 nights, a $75 non-refundable pet fee will be administered. Guests staying 7-30 nights, a $75 non-refundable pet fee plus an additional $100 cleaning fee will be administered."
I realize that this is my mistake, but still, it's pretty steep.

It was a get away for a concert. The room was very clean and comfortable bathe hotel was busy but no no outside noise to bother us in any way. Staff very friendly. Libby was very nice. Christmas decorations were tasteful. Very nice visit. Would definitely stay again

The suite was large and very comfortable. The bathroom, living area, sleeping area were very clean.. The TV is set up such that both living area and sleeping area can view at the same time.

We walked in and greeted , staff were nice . But the sheets on our bed had a black crusty stain . We called and asked for new sheets. And we didn’t get them until we saw a cleaning lady and asked ourselves. Usually this our hotel we stay at when we visit family- haven disappointed until now x
