The hotel is near the mall and other shopping areas. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The water pressure was great. The staff was friendly. The only complaint is that the AC/Heating unit was loud. The room and bathroom was clean.

Overall, I had a great stay. The weather caused a pipe Break and we were without water for a half the day. My key card had to be replaced several times as it would not work when I returned in the evening. The biggest thing I see as a problem is the doors entering to the rooms. They are beaten and there are gaps around the casing and lock area. Stay there by myself made Me fearful that someone could break into the room. It appeared as though this may have beeen tempted by the condition of the doors.

Normally stay here for business and its usually nice and quite but many guest had dogs and instead of putting them on one floor they were every where barking all day and night. Then also water turned off due to a pipe issue.

Great location. Dog friendly. Hallway on our floor was dirt y from peeling ceiling . Older remodeled hotel and the tub was peeling and moldy. The rest of the room was nice.

Found a few grits of sand in my bed from somewhere. Sheets didn’t smell dirty though. Found some old Skittles on the floor. Needed a vacuum.

I had terrible experience at this property. Staff was never available at reception. For any request, there was not much supportive response. Condition of the deluxe king suit was terrible and stained. Room was full of bugs on ceiling and other places. I barely was able to sleep a night and changed hotel for better trip and vacation. Got peace of my mind after checking out early and moving to different hotel. Only upside was variety of breakfast.

Hotel itself needed some more cleaning, elevator was very sussy.

The room had dirty towels in it. There were bugs all over the floor in the bathroom. In the bedroom area there was a huge dead waterbug. Complained to the front desk 3 times before getting a new room. (Have pictures, but couldn't upload)

I didn’t like that I barely saw staff

The place needs pest control very badly. There are openings behind the refrigerators for access/service space that are roach dens. Trash, towels, and bedding left in the hallways after room service was done and gone. The smells were rough in common areas. I sense they need higher paid staff, and more of them, in order to improve the quality of the environment. Building needs maintenance done, beyond the landlord special, in order to preserve what could be a decent hotel.

At 1st glance the hotel looks fine it’s not 5 star so I wasn’t expecting exceptional. Upon check in we had to wait for someone to come from the back we could hear them all having a good time back there while we waited. Once we got our room and did a check there was no lining for the pull out sleeper and they had very limited supplies overall as the man at the front desk went in another room and gave me two pillows with dirty pillow cases still had hairs on them! When I woke in the night to use the bathroom there were roaches in the bathroom we complained about it they tried to put us in a room that absolutely stunk and the carpets were dirty, so I asked them to spray and sanitize the room we already had to get rid of the roaches; the front desk seem exceptionally annoyed as if sleeping with insects and rodent is normal !!! They provide breakfast which included waffles when I was about to make a waffle there were roaches crawling on the skillet that’s used to make them, there’s no way they are not aware that they have an issue here. We checked out that was all that could be tolerated , the front desk staff is rude besides my interaction with them I also observed them in a full blown arguments with other guests also. Since it was never the same person I’m assuming unprofessionalism and pure disregard is taught to the entire staff.

No one at the desk to check us in or out. After waiting for 25 mins, I called the front desk repeatedly to get someone to come check us in. The free breakfast was the worst. Very little to choose from and they were out of basics like butter and cream cheese. No hand towels or wash cloths were provided, only 1 towel per person for 2 nights. Thankfully we only had to stay there 2 nights. There was mold in the shower and found a bug on the bathroom counter.

Our mom had to move trims twice before they found her a room that had been cleaned. There was a dog barking for three days straight. We had to get new keys every day because they stopped working. We had no climate control on day 1

Nice hotel, good price, acceptable breakfast, good location

The room was not clean. The bed was not made from the prior guest.

Stay was good, convenient to mall, restaurants. Only thing I’m not quite happy about is the cleaning service, room was not cleaned at all during the entire stay which was a bummer.

Roach infested

This was a wonderful stay and the breakfast was delicious. 👌

The room smelt like it hasn’t been ventilated for months or maybe the ac filter needs replacement. Everything by else was good. The front desk staff was kind enough to offer me new room. But I decided to open the windows and keep ac running for an hour and the smell subsided.

Head board feel on my son head. We found dirty women under wear under my covers n some old shoes

They are not fixing the pool and I have to go to the front desk multiple times to fix my keys as the door won’t open promptly…clear door closure signs at night was Removed and we get stranded at the door as no one advised you have to take keys along with you every time you step out ..and many more!
