Was definitely not worth $155. During the night the fire alarm was pulled twice by kids staying at the hotel. We didn’t even have 2 hours of sleep, figured we would be offered some money off of our stay when we checked out but nothing. Our stay was not worth the money at all and food was not the best

The sink wouldn’t drain, staff verified it was plugged but not plumbers they said so not fixed. I went and bought draino and poured it down the sink and solved the issue. The outside door would not unlock despite my card indicating it was unlocked. Reported it twice and still not fixed. The pool water was green. The gym equipment had 2 broken machines. There was hair in my shower when arrived. There were 2 little bottles of shampoo and no conditioner. The fan on the heater would not shut off, and stay off… kept turning back on every 15 seconds. The fan blew the curtain so could see in the window. The arm Chairs were dirty and stained. The pillows were the worst pillows I have ever slept on.

I cannot call this place a hotel, it's a motel. The only good thing about this motel is its location. The rooms are average with old furniture and old TV and the heater barely works. Beds are comfortable. Corridors have lots of mold and it smells like bleach, maybe the motel bleached the walls to get rid of mold. When we checked it we found used condoms on the floor, on the edge of the beds. This is unacceptable.

I gave a 4 star rating only for condition because I feel it's a little out dated in decor but a 5 star overall rating because the staff is AMAZING. Front desk staff could not be more awesome and friendly.

We often stay at Fredericton Inn when we come for soccer. While the eggs benny at the restaurant continue to be the best ever, this stay on both nights, we had extremely loud music, and floor stomping well past start of quiet time. In addition, due to a full house both nights the Wifi was awful, and we ended up having to use our personal data instead. When we checked out, desk agent didn’t even ask us how our stay was. Original plan was to book for our next soccer event, however, I think we will instead stay elsewhere.

The check in was excellent, staff was very courteous and helpful. The only negative was that there was someone else’s hair on the floor around the toilet. Long black curly hairs, I have blond hair, impossible to be mine. A bit gross yucky but nothing to call the reception about. The beds were clean and most of the room was clean. Loved the theme of the room with the seascape feel.

This hotel was conveniently located around the venue we were going to all weekend. The pool area was enjoyed by my family. Had to have room changed 3 times: once due to very moldy smell, the next room had a big water leak and the last room just had a lot of random things wrong with it. The curtains were almost falling off the wall, one of the beds was collapsed on one side, and the sink in the bathroom was leaking.

Chips on the floor, empty can of Pepsi under night stand and lots of hair around the tub. Good thing is that it is close to everywhere. We got there late and left early, so didnt feel to ask for another room.

Unfriendly staff, room is very old and ceiling needs repaired, and made me pay 25$ plus tax everyday for my pet, but didn’t tell me till I checked out. Never staying there again, very disappointed, used to be managed way better.

Room smelled like wet dog and I asked for new room but they said nothing else was available. They sent house keeping and she said there was nothing she could do. House keeping said it’s too bad they allowed dogs. Gross. Room was bad. Shower curtain was hanging by threads and ripped. Tiny black hair in shower and sink. Gross. And don’t get me going on the under the nastiness. Opened window to try to air it and put heat on high. The heater had black mold in the vents. Yip, probably not safe to breathe that in. 2 am the fire alarm went off due to a homeless person getting caught in the staff lounge stealing. Not even kidding. Had to go front desk to get coffee as the room only stocked tea. Ugh. The halls were full of drunks and the parties didn’t stop till 3 am. Absolutely crap show. Do not waste your money here. No sleep. The bed was not even comfortable. The pillows were so hard our necks hurt.
