I reserved a room with a king bed and a pullout couch. I was given a room with a king bed and a chair. When I asked to get the room that I reserved I was told I had to pay an extra fee. On the second day of my trip I finally got the room that I reserved but then they booked someone else in the room and we just so happen to be in the elevator and I looked at his key so we had to get him another room. If I had not see his name on the tv and been on the elevator with him, he would have walked in on me and my kids. The hotel was very unreasonable with switching the rooms. Seeing as though I reserved a pullout and they did not want to give me another room. After 20 minutes on the phone with Hotels.com, I was finally given the room with a $20 fee. Upon check out, I noticed they charged me $50 and not the $20 we had agreed upon. The customer service was horrible, but the hotel was very clean.

Check in, took a while because nobody was at the desk. She was busy and very friendly when she arrived. The note on the mirror said the room would be serviced every other day of our day and it was not. We had it down people working in the hallways to get new towelsand remove our trash. Nice facility and the breakfast were good. Very clean And remove our trash. Nice facility and the breakfast we’re good. Very clean facility hotel.

We did a girls night with my daughters and it was great! The pool was warm, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and our room was nice and clean!

I have stayed here many times without incident but on this occasion children and their families were making noise until the early hours of the morning. I called the front desk at 1:30am and the young lady did try to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, it was temporary. I know it's not the fault of the hotel that guests were noisy but the hotel does cater to lots of families with children and the doors and walls are thin.

It was nice but the bed was uncomfortable and there was so much light from the hallway that came intro he room be awe the door didn’t fit the frame.

Double queen suite was phenomenal. Shower was super hot only downfall was I had to prop the door closed. Slept myself, wife, and 4 kids perfectly. Honestly the only complaint was the fact that it was small garbage cans. Ended up not having space to throw our garbage away.

Nice clean place to stay. Breakfast variety good. We arrived late around 8:00 pm. We purchased some food from the freezer because we had not eaten. Would have liked a few more healthier choices. Even a yogurt and banana would have been nice. Also need stronger plastic table wear

I am very happy with my stay in this hotel.
The room was neat and clean, staff were friendly and helpful and my room was quiet and comfortable. The surrounding area also was nice and safe and lots of dining and shopping options near by.
I will definitely be back.

Some minor pumping issues and non functioning lamps, but everything was managed effectively and promptly resolved. 👍. Not a fan of the corner sink though...no counter space in the bathroom. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

This hotel was lovely. The staff were all very professional and helpful. My flight arrived earlier than check in time and the staff diligently made every effort possible to allow me to be able to check into my room sooner. I will definitely stay here again if in the area! The breakfast was also very very fresh and wonderfully prepared with a delectable assortment of meat, fruits, Danishes, drinks, and more!

Best stay, the room was clean and well maintained. Bed was also nice and soft. All the lines on the bed was clean and no stain.

It smelled like it used to be a smoking room. That stale smell never goes away. This is the 4th and last time I book with Expedia. The rooms I have booked with Expedia seem to be sub par, stale, least desirable rooms. Definitely not worth the money. It’s not a discount or bargain if your room is not good!

We’ve stayed there a couple times recently and always are given 1 wash cloth for 2 people. Not acceptable! We should get at least 1 extra towel for a 2 person occupancy. Otherwise, the room was very clean.

We were greeted right away. The room was clean and very comfortable. There is a lovely courtyard next to the lobby were we ate dinner and chatted with colleagues after the day event was over. The breakfast buffet was tasty and well stocked with all the necessities. All staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

I loved staying here! The room was so clean and so were the restrooms! First hotel I’ve ever stayed in that has full size bottles of lotion, shampoo and shower gel, that’s a plus. A clean restroom is a plus for me, I was shook how clean this one was, others I’ve stayed before, are not ever this clean. The smell to the hotel and hotel room was also pleasant, I’ve stayed at others that smelled horribly.
