We have stayed at this hotel a few times. Always is clean and staff is always helpful and friendly. Location is perfect, off the highway but back just enough that it is very quiet.

We enjoyed staying in such a fresh looking, clean facility. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. We would choose this hotel again when traveling through Virginia. The only complaint we had was the noise the air conditioner made when turning on and off throughout the night. Otherwise we were very satisfied.

This is a very clean beautiful hotel, the room was awesome with a comfortable king bed, and the staff was very friendly and helpful,it was quiet and is pet friendly. What more could you ask for?

Fantastic and modern hotel. It also has a great location, close to many parks and the downtown area. Most importantly, the hotel is extremely clean.

Right off the highway it is very conveniently located for us to allow us to get around easily and shop or go for dinner.

Do not stay in room 126 it’s next to doors to go in and out so people are slamming the doors all night long and you won’t sleep well.

The young man that checked us in upon our arrival was very friendly and helpful... Chit-chatting, a little bit about where we were traveling to or from. After we were settled in he called a room personally and asked us if we were comfortable there, or there was anything we needed, and he brought it up immediately! So, hospitable*****

Early in the evening there was some noise from upstairs (we were on the 1st floor). But later it was quiet.
Breakfast was OK. Waffles were good. Did not care for the sausage.
Staff very nice and helpful. They recommended Mad and Bob's for dining - great suggestion!

The area was safe and quiet. The staff was super friendly. The room was very clean and looked newly decorated. The breakfast was basic but good, with eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal and yogurt. We would definitely stay here again on our way through.

I was exhausted from having had a difficult few days, plus a long and exhausting drive, and the gentleman at the front desk was extremely kind and courteous, and went out of his way to help me with a number of issues. I travel quite a bit and this was the best service I’ve experienced in the past several years!

I am grateful that you allow dogs on the property and I would not want that policy changed. We checked in and the room next to us (like a double room with a door between) had a very large dog and the dog sounded very agreesive; it barked very very loud. We could hear the owner tell the dog to stop but it did not. My wife could see the shadow of the dog under the adjoining door. Here's the good part. Your front desk people had no problem moving us to a different area. Please note: As I was asking for a different room I could hear that dog althouhg it was the second to the last room away from the desk. Not a good thing.

Third time we’ve stayed here and it’s very nice. Although they charged us to send a jacket my husband left there. Fed-ex! Afraid to look at the cost.

The only thing I would have to mention is that the fan in the room made a loud rattling noise. Overall, a decent hotel to stay at for an overnight.
