It felt like I traveled back in time to 1980 with how outdated this hotel is. When I pulled up I could of sworn it was an abandoned property by how sketchy it looked. The lobby as dirty and as soon as I walked into my room I wanted to walk right back out, there was a pillow that was dirty and bugs on the floor. Not to mention that the toilet didn’t flush and the bathroom was very dirty. Wouldn’t stay here in the future. Owners need to either renovate the property or demolish.

It was cheap but def a lil sketch. Rooms weren’t kept up, lots of damage on the walls/paint. There was stains on some of the linens. I guess you get what ya pay for

Convenient stop off the highway and well cared for. The outside appears like they’re closed, but it’s clean and friendly. We got a restful night’s sleep, twice while moving locally between rentals.

Place is very dirty and unsafe wires and reseceptical and bed are not comfortable whats so ever looks very dirty

This place was SO rundown and needed serious help. Very outdated, our room had a stain in the carpet, the toilet paper holder was loose in the wall, the sink had cracks and stains in it, the refrigerator had numerous dents and a broken handle, etc. Had we known ahead of time that it was going to be this crappy, we NEVER would’ve stayed there. Won’t make that mistake again. A terrible waste of money!

Nice staff but the building is completely run down is not handicap accessible and is just in need of a deep clean and updates on their plumbing and room finishings. The couch in my room was absolutely filthy I wouldn't even sit on it

No water pressure for a shower, phone and alarm clock in room didn’t work, bedding blanket was super worn out and cigarette or some type of burns on the bed covers and the room was just dirty - I mean even the light switch plates were gross - however the staff was really nice.

The breakfast was very misrepresented in the photos on Expedia. There was only 3-4 muffins and cold cereal. Juice was out of order, muffins were stale. Photos show waffels and more.
Staff was not welcoming and rude. Place needs serious renovations. Drug addicts smoking their marijuana in front of the door all night being loud. Broken down cars in the parking lots on jacks and stands.

The lady when we checked in was helpful but the rest of the staff, not so much. The pillows on the bed were throw pillows only. I requested pillows and they said thats all they had. The room smelt old, funky, and the air felt humid and gross inside the room. There were cigarette burns in the comforter even though itbwas supposed to be a non smoking room and breakfast was cereal and coffee only. I wasnt expecting anything spectacular but wasnt expecting what we got wither. When booking through expedia, you cant get your money back and change hotels so we felt stuck.

When we got here they had given our accessible king room away. Then they trying to give me a room on the 2nd floor. There was no elevator. So I had to fight for room on the first floor. They only had one left with two queens so we had to take it. The woman at the desk actually said well they didn't charge you more for 2 beds. That's usually extra. When I asked where we should park to be near our room, she said just out front. It right around the corner. Well as it turned out it was at the very end of the long hall and there were 3 other doors that would have been closer. My husband just had knee replacement surgery. The longer walk and a non handicap accessible bathroom was terrible and could have easily been avoid. We have stayed in our last Super 8. Never, never, NEVER stay in Super 8 West Ridge/Denver!!!

The receptionist was super rude to me and and older couple. She was being very rude to checkin and check out. Will never stay in a super8 ever I don’t recommend staying here unless you want to be yelled at and have the bathroom be dirty.

Service was quick and easy. The room was clean. It said it was smoke free. But someone had been smoking in it. There were also burns in n the sheets.

They were friendly enough and the room was OK, however the facility is in need of a general update. There was no in-room coffee provided contrary to listing.

My family and I were in the area for a family funeral and this was a hotel about 10 min from where we needed to be in Wheat Ridge. There were homeless people and vagrants near the road in front of the hotel, we pulled to the parking lot along the side and it seemed to be a highway for seedy people walking through the property. It was not a place I felt comfortable with my family or my vehicle. We immediately left and found other accommodations elsewhere.

I didn’t realize that this property was open I thought it was closed for years. I booked at super 8 and I’m glad I did because it was very clean and nice and quiet. This is now my favorite place to stay I’m glad Your open

It was the worst night's sleep I've ever had. Hotel was dirty, pictures of hotel are not accurate. Other tenants were swearing and keeping us awake, along with a barking dog at 4am. Couch looked like it was pulled out a dumpster. My wife was afraid to walk on the floor in the room without her shoes. Hallway was dirty. No elevator and we had a second floor room. 1 shower we had was warm, the second less than lukewarm. Overall extremely disappointed with this hotel. Messaged hotel about concerns and they refused to issue a refund. Breakfast was pretty pathetic, dry muffins and cereal, nothing remotely healthy!

My room was not ready when I arrived. I tried to call and ask for early check in and I was denied. I was told to wait until 3pm and when we arrived, our room was not ready. we waited an hour and a half for the room and management did not care to compensate or help us. The room was completely outdated. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The toilet in the room didn't work and neither did the phone to call the reception desk. Called reception desk with my cell phone, somebody told me they could come over and take a look, but nobody showed up. Were flashing the toilet with the water from the bathroom sink. For the handicapped person not a good endeavor.
