The general hotel is nice for the price. But we booked a 2-bed suite and got one bed with a pullout couch that didn’t have any sheets or bedding on it.

Roaches. No amenities in the kitchen to speak of. Mold in the dishwasher. Cabinets are old, paint chipping. Bed was comfortable, no additional blankets. Good location. Great shower.

PLACE WAS OLD AND DUSTY, NEED MAJOR UPDATING, GROUNDS ARE SHABY, ROOM HAD DIRTY FEELING TO IT, OLD FURNITURE, BATHROOM WAS A DEATH TRAP, SHOWER LIGHT HAD NO COVER AND EXPOSED SOCKET, DISGRACEFUL, SHOWER PRESSURE SUCKED, LIKE THE WORST EVER, CABINETS OLD AND DIRTY, DISHWASHER DIRTY, NO COFFEE POT IN ROOM, BED HARD, PILLOWS TO SOFT, DEAD BUGS IN KITCHEN, HOLES IN WALL OF CLOSET, NEEDS MAJOR UPDATING. STAFF SEEMED TO NOT REALLY CARE, LOBBY WAS MESSY, LAUNDRY ROOM DOOR OPEN, HALLWAYS GRIMY, NEEDS REMODEL....NO BREAKFAST, POOL WAS OUT OF ORDER.....SEEMED LIKE WAS WELFARE MOTEL, POSSIBLE MIGRANTS STAYING THERE.....NOT THE PLACE TO STAY IN BRENTWOOD, TOTALLY OUT OF PLACE FOR UPPER CLASS NEIGHBORHOOD......NEEDS MAJOR UPDATING.....AFRAID TO ASK FOR MUCH THERE, STAFF DIDNT SEEM TO REALLY CARE.......SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE, NOT WORTH THE RISK......WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN

It was close to where we are going but wish the room was a bit cleaner and also no hot breakfast and juice machine was out of order. Coffee was terrible. Overall not what I was excepting

No hot water for a morning shower. The limited breakfast of coffee and juice was expected but neither machine worked.There was a young woman at the front desk who spoke very limited english so i had a hard time checking in. The worst part was that there was a young woman walking the halls back and forth and everytime i left my room she was there

Its not too bad for 1 night or 2. You can hear people from the rooms next door. No breakfast, freek parking, free cofee, restaurants nearby.

The hotel was decent however not for the area. Brentwood is a high class area and this hotel felt like we were staying at a motel six. The tv didn’t work and the hotel worker said well I will just move you instead of trying to fix it. We could also not check in early and was greeted like we were asking for something that was forbidden.

I’m not sure the last time the Expedia team has seen this property, but it horrible for the price they charge. Every thing about the place is dirty. It has an old musty smell to the room. The couch in the room hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The cabinetry and other fixtures are ancient. We called the front desk for fresh towels only to be instructed to bring our old towels down and pick up new towels from the laundry area. The only favorable report is the staff was pretty nice. And thankfully we didn’t see any roaches.

Room Needs a lot of updates. Had no water pressure for about 10 minutes during the stay. Great location. At checkout, the guy at the desk didn’t say hello, ask how the stay went, or have any interaction. Won’t stay there again.

We used to regularly stay at this motel for the Nashville flea markets in the fall. It had been about 5 years since we were able to attend, and the changes were drastic. We will not be back.

Waited for seven minutes at checkin while staff finished a personal phone call without acknowledging me at all. Room and hotel were dingy and run down. Toilet had fecal matter from prior occupant still in water. Neighboring room blared Reggaeton music at 9pm. Bed was comfortable, location was proximate to my work needs.

Overall the property was ok, but the rooms were not cleaned to my standards. I did find a bandaid on the floor upon entering and some change as well, hinting that the room was not vacuumed properly. The last night we stayed the fire alarm started chirping loudly as if it needed a battery change on the middle of the night. Thank goodness I travel with ear plugs. I informed the staff on the way out and they apologized and assured me that it would be taken care of ASAP. Location was great and price was affordable on a budget. Only a 10 minute LYFT ride at 25 dollars to Music Row downtown. There was a great little asian restaurant (Teriyaki Bistro) across the street in a business center FYI.

Friendly staff. Hotel is poorly maintained and needs lots of work. Tv did not work. Thermostat did not work. Whoever owns the hotel is letting run into the ground

Clean but definitely shabby. Bed mattress was not great - one side broken down like someone heavy had slept in it for a long time, and the other side tried to roll your body to the center.

It’s was not that bad just got to get your own towels but they warm. It’s a good stay with no fee to check in which is plus. And some comes with a little kitchen which is good for travelers with food from the many restaurants Nashville 17 minutes away provide.

The non-smoking room reaked of tobacco and other gross smells. The front desk attendee took over 30 minutes to check me in and double charged me. Overall very unpleasant experience.

Stay was ok, well used furniture. Of not staff was excellent and very friendly and accommodating. Would stay again even though furniture was well used and probably should be updated/replaced.
