It was a good experience

Smelled like smoke all throughout hotel. Bed cover was stained with cigarette burns all over it. Electrical outlets on one side of room did not work.

Front office staff was ok but housekeeping was very rude and unfriendly.

floor was sticky, had a bad smell throughout. tv did not work, switched rooms and tv still did not work. besides sticky floor, room was ok.

This place is making me physically ill. It reeks of pot even though all the rooms are "smoke free". The person working the desk had an issue making my key. I will not be staying here again.

Stay was good for the time I spend in. I just need bed , rest of the time I was out for business.

Do NOT recommend stopping here. Not even for just one night. Walked inside to check in and there was a sign that said “be back in 5” I stood there for 15 minutes before just calling and the guy said he’d be inside in a few minutes. Finally got checked in and up to our room and instantly took all of our things back out to the car. There were spiders crawling on the bed, flies all over the walls, food stuck on the table and floor, and so many choking hazards on the floor. The room looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a really long time. We checked right back out and demanded a refund. The place also just smelled like death. It was disgusting. We’ve been back on the road for 5 hours and still have the smell on our clothes just from walking into the room. Didn’t sit on the bed, chairs or anything.

The staff was incredible, shout out to Clay. The room was extremely clean. 10 out of 10 would recommend and will definitely be staying again the next time I’m in the area.

Well first off that was the worst hotel I've ever been to In My Life. When we arrived I had to pay an additional $5 for extra people that was with me which that wasn't stated when I booked the hotel. Then when we got to our room the sink was broken and the TV was broken and the telephone was broken. They told us that we had to turn the water on and off for the sink. They hadn't cleaned up they hadn't swept they had mop that hadn't done anything if I were you guys I would avoid this hotel at all costs and then when I went to ask for my money back they told me that they couldn't refund me because I have been in a room for over 10 minutes. The absolute worst hotel I've been to in my entire life.

Smelled of weed and was humid inside the hotel. Not any counter space in the bathroom so you have to get creative. Staff are nice.

I knew this was gonna be rough when I called a few hours before checking in, was put on hold, then after waiting for 15 minutes was greeted with "hi make it quick". Nothing about the actual property alleviated the rude service. Yelling in the hallways, people randomly knocking on the door at 4am. A mildewy smell that just lingered. The worst experience I've had. I'd recommend sleeping in your car before sleeping here.

The desk clerk was courteous and very accommodating. He made sure that we were taken care of made us feel very secure.

The property was in deplorable condition, trash everywhere entrance side door had NO LOCK, had been jimmied and all kinds of rif raf hanging about on cars and in the parking lot. Felt like I was in the getto. No iron/ironing boards, no shampoo, no coffee pot..........The entire property had a nauseating odor. I felt trapped into the reservation or I would have gone elsewhere.

Older hotel. hallways need updating, rooms could use it too. That being said the staff is Very friendly, the rooms are clean and there is plenty of hot water. If you want amenities this probably isn't the stay for you. In need of a clean comfortable bed? you could do ALOT worse.

The front desk staff was nice. You are definitely getting what you paid for. You can tell the rooms are cleaned just enough to make it look presentable but coming from a housekeeping background cleaning hotels the conditions of the room and the bathroom were terrible. There was hair all over the bathroom. The floor was sticker. The room phone was sticky and smelled like it was cleaned with the same rag they cleaned the toilet with. Luckily the bed looks like it was made right we always pull back sheets and didn’t see any hair but we still didn’t sleep underneath the blankets we brought our own. The elevator button is literally coming off and being held by duck tape. The smell when you walk in and in the hallways is terrible. Other than that the front desk people were nice. Don’t expect rooms being cleaned,trash towels none of that unless you specifically ask for it they literally tell you use the towels as much as possible.

Rarely anyone at front desk. People sitting at front entrance step smoking. No hair dryer. Definitely wont stay again.

The halls were very very nasty. Unacceptable! The room was just ok. There were several people that were very loud in the halls and had me at one point worried that they would come in the room. I wouldn't stay again...

The guys at the counter were very courteous.

If you just need a place to crash, then it's serviceable. I wouldn't bring children here, though and I DEFINITELY wouldn't plan a vacation around a stay here. As soon as you walk in, it just smells foul and that's just the lobby. The room smelled like set-in cigarettes, urine, and mold. I was genuinely afraid to get in the bed because I didn't want my skin touching the sheets. Frankly, I didn't bother taking a shower because the bathroom was questionable, at best. I just waited until I got home (which was the first thing I did when I got back home). It was a mess. Also, they advertise free breakfast, but it was just coffee, not that I was going to eat there after seeing the condition of the building. What I will say is that the front desk staff was nice and courteous. They were the single saving grace for this facility and the only reason I didn't give this a score of zero. But, yeah, do not recommend. It's called a MOTEL for a reason and now I know why.

Dirty, dirty sheets, dirty towel left on bed. I want a refund.

No hot water….turned the heater on for the room smelled like hell…rough crowd occupied the hotel.
