The lobby looked nice except for the desk clerk being behind a full, solid clear piece of plexiglass (?). The AC in the room was not very cool. The back of the remote control was missing (so batteries fell out). The biggest light in the bathroom didn’t work and the shower head could turn, but the water flow could not be adjusted. The hall carpeting needed a good vacuuming and cleaning. All in all, I didn’t feel safe there - even just walking across the little parking lot or getting in the elevator. I stayed there one night and checked out the next morning (was supposed to stay 3 nights). Would NEVER stay there … at that No tell Motel again!

The check in was smooth. The room was okay. We got a business jacuzzi suite. The lights in the shower area were very dim. No air conditioner in living room. NO TOWELS.
The towel situation is ridiculous. We were given two sets of towels for 4 people. I went the next morning, front desk told me get towels from maid, the maid said 30 minutes. Then I came back in 45-50 minutes, she said no towels. I said you told me 30 mins. She then got an attitude and told me talk to front desk. I went back to the front desk and she gave them to him. Just unprofessional and attitude for no reason.
Breakfast was a joke
Eggs were nasty and hardly any. Barely any cereal, milk, juice. No meat. Disorganized and messy. No bread, muffins, fresh fruit, yogurt, or breakfast bars.
The pool was great. Jacuzzi in the room was great! Front desk was decent. The proximate of hotel to restaurants and store and Taste of Addison festival was awesome.

As soon as we walked in the lobby smelled like weed. The room was dark and it smelled. The place was not clean. The pool had broken steps. The breakfast consisted of waffles, eggs, toast, and cereal.

The staff was super friendly.The hotel needs a lot of updates.2 out of our rooms leaked one bed was so wobbly.It could barely be slept on.
the couch as we were tore up the sofa Beds were just two inch mattress toppers. The breakfast was basically just eggs and waffles that you had to make one of the kids with me. Burnt herself on the waffle Maker and didnt even have a first aid kit available.

For the price this is a great place to stay for one night. The room itself is outdated and needs some upkeeping. The mold in the shower cracks, the bad patchy paint job, lack of decoration, hole in the ceiling and view of cardboard boxes and old mattresses outside my window were definitely not quality point worthy. However, the stafc was friendly, the bed was comfy as was couch and chair. Definitely not worth the 100$ deposit ( which was way more than the cost of the room for one evening.)

First of all half the lights in my room didn’t even have bulbs in them. The AC didn’t work and all the front desk would tell me and my family was that they were sorry about our luck but they can’t do anything about it.
When I got out of bed there was a sticky spot on the carpet about 2 foot long. The pool was freezing cold and the whole facility smelt like weed. I will not be recommending anyone to this hotel and me not my family will ever be going back

Walking in the smell was awful. Then getting to the elevator I was waiting for it to fall to the ground. But wait it gets better, laying down for bed I turn on the bedside light a there’s roaches! Look behind the table there’s powder all over the floor. The wall had something red an dried to it. 10 out 10 don’t recommend

Easy to get to, close enough to all the places we were visiting. Could have used more bath towels, but all in all it was great! Having a breakfast was also convenient.

It was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Hallways, stairs, elevator not vacuumed. Trash in piles in hallways. Not well maintained-patches of missing paint, heavily knicked wood, walls patched or with holes and not painted, broken dirty toilet, poorly maintained gym, lots of dust and not vacuumed. Dirty parking lot. The indoor pool was the reason we chose the hotel and it was cloudy. The worker around the pool area told us not to swim in it. Gobs of hair on the pool deck. Could feel the springs thru the mattress, small pillows. Did not feel safe. Would not recommend for any family. Breakfast was good. Employees were nice. Rooms were big.

Arrived to our room it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month of use. There was dirt and trash in the corners the walls had food of some kind on them. The window leaked from the roof and left water all over the floor. With my 2 toddlers it was a bad experience. The couch bed looked like it got picked up from a homeless camp.

Room was very dirty , big yellow stain on bed cover , super dirty sofa , dirty walls . Room was very uncomfortable to stay in . Then had 2 prostitutes hanging out smoking weed at the hotel entrance. Just overall bad experience when traveling with family.

We had the Jacuzi room. Nice tub the hotel is very clean just a little outdated. There are some restaurants you can walk to nearby

On my first night there my husband and I went to bed at around 12 and around 2am someone banged on our door and then went outside to bang on the windows the superaste times. We thought it was over just to have them do it again at the door. I called the hotel staff just to be told “oh I’m sorry let me talk to him and I’ll deal with it” as if it was some normal occurrence someone outside did.
The second and last night there I had to call because of noise from the upstairs room. They were banging on the floors and moving furniture all night. Yelling and screaming and just nosy all the way till 5 am. I had called the front desk twice and they said they would tell them to keep it down. Nothing changed. I lost two nights out sleep. The breakfast was not the best. The eggs were a okay. Had a sad blueish coke to them and so I didn’t eat them. The only thing I could eat were some waffles and a yogurt.

Great neighborhood but this hotel is gross and dirty. They dont srem to clean the rooms or the anything ariund the building. The back windows overlook a dump it looks like because they throw all their old furniture there. The mattress was really gross and the carpet turned our socks black. There were roaches surrounding the pool area and the breakfast only had 1 or 2 items left an hour after opening. The whole place smelled like pot which shoukd have made our stay seem better! But it didnt.

They're due for upgrades could be better cleaning. The main problem I had was the $100 deposit and I never had to have that unless my dog was with me

There was a homeless man living in the lobby. There was a woman being arrested when we checked in. Our entire floor was overpowered with the smell of weed as soon as we walked off the elevator. Our floor was sticky. There was a roach crawling behind the microwave. The weed smell slowly crept into our room while we slept

Me and my family were there for about an hour and had to leave. The hotel was dirty, but the main reason was the smell. It had a strong smell of marijuana all over. Even people in the parking lot were smoking. The man did give us our money back so that was a positive. I would not recommend at all though!

The place was nice but staff would not let us check in even after we paid for the room and I had booked the room through Expedia.The room was nonrefundable but, did to change location due to staff being rude. We will never refer anyone to that Quality Suites in Addison, TX.again.

The furniture furnishings are older and slightly damaged, but my room was huge and very clean. All the promised amenities were there and it was a good value for the price.

Dirty rooms ,smells bad,found dirty condom on floor by the bed ,went to check breakfast walk by dead step on roaches on first and third floor, smelly elevators burning grease , broken doors by elevators , bad repairs in room not done by experts,beds looked unclean, patch up sofa bed with boards, the whole place inside sticks bad

Staff was not professional. When I checked in the guy sitting there was eating chips while telling me my room wasn’t ready.
Breakfast was waffles. There is no shuttle transportation at as listed! My shower had no pressure at all and seemed broken. The sink was broken and squirted out water. You can hear Everything in the halls! The food in the snack area was empty!!! Literally bought the last little 3 bags of chips they had at the time.

Great value for the price. Also a ten minute walk to the Addison Bus Station, so it’s fairly easy to get anywhere in Dallas through transit that’s walking distance from the hotel.

I stayed here with my kids. The hotel was so bad that we did not stay the remaining two nights we paid for, even though it meant losing money because the rooms were non-refundable. The hotel was run down and dirty and on the way to our room, we could smell marijuana in the hall coming. It also smelled of cigarette smoke, there was no remote control in our room, and the telephone in the room did not work. I did not feel safe staying there.

I stayed at this property a couple of years ago and it has gone through some renovations and upgrades. I would like to see what it looks like when finished. Sofa's need to be replaced

When we got to the 2nd floor to get to our room, me and my family noticed a strong smell of marijuana and tabaco throughout the whole hallway. The smell was overwhelming. When we first got into our room it seemed ok. After we began to settle in for showers and bed, at first we noticed mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. The bottom of the shower was filthy. The pull out couch still had a blanket on it with food crumbs, hair and idk what else. I saw a roach crawling on the tv and another coming out from behind a mirror that was hanging on the wall behind the tv. We packed back up and left to Houston the same night.

Online this hotel looked better than when I got to this property. Things were broken in the suite, not clean, did not smell good. I had to change rooms due to a leak in the room. The bathroom had mold. I was very disappointed in my stay. The pictures online do not match what is at the property. I will not stay here again

Room smelled moldy, filthy, and uncleaned. Furniture is very old. Breakfast has limited food, and kids are NOT allowed without a parent, since cook will yell at them.
