Walls are paper thin, could hear everything in the halls! The water pressure was something to be desired for. Literally like a trickle coming out of the shower. Staff was friendly and it was clean. Just not a great experience.

Great choice for a one-night stay with an early morning flight out of ATL. My flight was too early for me to get the included breakfast. Shuttle was quick and driver was friendly. Hotel is next to a gas station with multiple food options and a McDonald's, Ruby Tuesday and other eateries nearby. Friendly staff, easy check in.

1st off, when i tried to check in the receptionist gave me another persons reservation with the same name as mine. My reservation was given to the other person with my name that checked in early that day. I ended up being charged for his reservation and mine before they even figured out what happened. Now im waiting on over $600 to be released back into my account. If i give you my ID and the address dont match on the reservation its not me. Now i gotta wait to make sure i get my money back

The shower had some mold in it. The pool was empty. I like to swim for exercise so I was really disappointed that the pool (advertised on hotels.com) was empty.

It would've felt a whole lot better if they didnt have security walking around in a mask looking at people all funny that is what messed up my whole comfort zone. Giving I'm from here that made me feel uncomfortable to even say I'm from Atlanta i couldn't even imagine what the people from out of town thought....

From my personal experience it wasn’t that good as I experienced in others La Quinta, sink was clogged, old and not modern at all, elevator has an safety issue when it goes up and down, the room card get disabled every day for some reason, pretty much they had to fix it before I go to the room, the area is not that cool and I never felt safe, is it not a 8 score hotel by far. I recommend stay no more than 2 days if you decide to come, but your experience could be better than mine.

When I made this reservation, it did not indicate there would be $100 hold. When i got tonthe hotel, they said i had to have a $100 hold on my credit card. This is such a racket since it takes 3-5 business days for the credit, after I check out without any issues with my room.

My overall experience with this hotel has always been great! The rooms were clean and spacious. The front desk staff was great. The only thing that I would say is a negative is the fact that it wasn't advertised or told that the incidentals for one night went up to $100 and $200 for 2 nights or more. I was surprised by that when we came to check in.

The hotel and staff were great! It was friendly and comfortable. I was able to get a good little work out in too! I will def be back. The only drawback was that they did not honor or recognize my gold status with one key even though they are listed as a VIP property. So I was unable to get the free parking and upgrade. But the customer service agent with Hotels.com provided great service and made it worth my while!

I love it !
Room was super clean , good size and comfortable. Dove mini soap , shampoo and conditioner at my bathroom was a great surprise.
Breakfast it was good . They offer fresh waffles , scrambled eggs , orange juice , yogurt, cereal ,bagels , French toast , fresh apples and bananas. Nothing to complain . Parking lot was ok and free , each was great!
Hotel is located in a nice neighborhood… couple restaurants in walking distance . For the kids , McDonald is across the street .
Nothing to complain . Honestly , for the price I was really not expecting all this .

Was a little bit busy because a shuttle dropped a bunch of us off but the gal at the front desk 9pm 3/5/24 was efficient and friendly and it took about 10 minutes to get our key. It didn’t open our door but she was attentive and quick to respond. The sheets and towels were clean, bed comfortable however there was a small piece of paper and some dirt on the floor in front of the door probably wasn’t swept or vacuumed. And the small cloth seat next to the bed had dark stain and some white crumbs on it that would have easily been vacuumed or wiped off.

The staff was extremely nice! The room was decent. The sheets smelled so fresh & clean. The air conditioning did not work entirely. It was not hot but not as cool as I wanted it to be. The plug outlet next to the bathroom did not work.

Nice hotel. Very friendly Staff and very clean. Good location. Walking distance to restaurants. Next door to a Gas station/convenience store so it tends to be very busy and a little loud. Especially at 4:30 am when the truck comes by to empty the dumpsters. Would stay there again.

The staff was incredibly nice. They give continental breakfast with hot items. They also provide ice lemon and cucumber water which I love. The nearby gas station had cheaper snack and drink options. Will definitely go again and it’s so close to the airport.

The gate to the parking g area was difficult to operate & there were no instructions to explain how to use it. A bit confusing for me, otherwise ok.
One of our key cards wouldn’t work, but wasn’t a major issue.

“You get what you pay for!” describes this stay perfectly! We needed overnight accommodations while in town for a cheer competition. The location was close to the convention center and was reasonably priced for such a quick trip. We checked in late and checked out early the next morning. The gentleman at the front desk during check in was comical which eased late night travel exhaustion. The young lady working with him was professional. The security guard was also helpful. He had to accompany us to our room after we couldn’t figure out the “trick” to opening the door after the card reader flashed green. The lady who assisted me with check out and took my complaint was apologetic and nice. The A/C unit started making a loud noise once we were settled into a bed dressed in dingy, worn bedding. I adjusted the setting to “fan” hoping it would help. It did for a bit but the silence was short lived due to the loud conversation sprinkled with cursing from the men in the room next door. We eventually turned the unit off so we could get some sleep before our early alarm went off. The next morning I discovered a false eye lash extension which my husband discovered during the night but had no idea what he was feeling. Note, I do not nor was I wearing lash extensions. I showed the video of the noise and the photo of the eye lash to the front desk at checkout. She said she’d pass the information on to the general manager.

Hotel was exactly as advertised. I'm so glad I chose to book here! Room as spacious and bed was comfortable. Room has complimentary Dove bar soap and shampoo and conditioner, towels, wash cloths, microwave mini fridge, coffee pot and grounds. Breakfast was excellent. Waffle maker, potatoes, eggs, salsa, breakfast meat, hot sauce, muffins, danishes, toast, bagels, coffee, and more! Dining room is amazing! Staff were very pleasant. And at a great rate! Can't beat this place! Will stay here again in the future.
