Every day I stayed at La Quinta I had to go to the front desk to reactivate my key. The shower took at least 5 minutes to get hot. The tv channel reset every half hour. I won't be rushing back to La Quinta.

The hotel was dirty, and the staff appeared to be under the influence. Initially, our keys didn't work. After being condescendingly instructed on how to use a key card, they finally checked and realized the keys hadn't been programmed. After about an hour of settling into our room, another guest suddenly entered; the hotel had double-booked our room and issued keys to another group. The next morning, I spoke with the hotel manager about the incident, and his response was, "Yeah, that happens sometimes." It seemed like a normal occurrence to him.

Walls were super thin I had to listen to people in other rooms and the hall all night. It was just like they were in the room with me

They make you pay for parking. Stayed one night to drop friend at airport the following morning. Never had this at a hotel airport before.

I was disappointed when i checked in. The cost of the room was deducted from my card in febreary, but the check in clerk made me pay again

Hotel was, staff helpful. LaQuinta charges $10 a night to park at hotel you are staying at!! No free parking for hotel guests. I will neer stay at a Wyndham hotel again. I will also tell as many people as I can about how Wyndham is gauging people .

Room was standard. Some of the staff was great, others unfriendly. Bed was ok but pillows were terrible. Shower barely produced hot water so showers were cold and the ac struggled to maintain temp, was loud and kept me from sleeping due to kicking on and off constantly. Hotel says parking available which apparently means you have to pay for parking. I do not recommend staying here.

When we walked into our room an extremely potent smell of cigarette smoke hit us in the face. Went down to get our room switched. Then went to the new room and the keys didn’t work to enter the door. It took a couple time to go back and forth to the desk to get this fixed. Then maintenance came and was able to get the door to open, however you had to kind of hip check the door to get it all the way open. Then there was a stain on one of the sheets on one of the beds.

BOOKED TO HAVE A WEEKEND AWAY WITH AMENITIES OF A HOT TUB AND POOL.
Very disappointed that the hot tub jets were not working and the hot tub temperature was like bath water and not clean.
The elevator wasnt working and had to really work at the card unlock with our room.
WE PICKED THIS HOTEL BECAUSE OF THE AMENITIES WAS DISAPPOINTED.

Shower was cold, the noise level is high. I heard everything my connected room said and did, all of it. Pillows were crappy, but the cold showers and did I mention leaky toilet were the worst of it.

It was a pretty nice hotel but the elevator was not working so we had to use one at the end of the hall and there were other slight problems but otherwise not bad

It was ok. But there were little things like the key cards not working consistently to get into the building or our room. The hot tub knob was broken and there were no towels in the pool area. Running out of coffee, creamer, and butter and had to ask for them to refill those things. Just overall a blah experience.

The reviews on this place seem to have gone down since the last time I stayed there a couple of years ago but I decided to give it another shot. I stayed the night before and the night after my flight. Overall, I had a very positive experience. It was kind of loud in the hallways the first night with a baby crying and other people making noise, also some pot smell despite being a non smoking hotel. But it had all the amenities I needed for a decent price. My room was clean and comfortable both nights. Will probably stay again!

Hotel is not very well maintained. Elevator’s not working, parking lot entrance card access not working and not very clean throughout hotel.
Breakfast was not good and not much of a selection. My last time I stayed at a LaQuita was similar to this experience therefore this chain is now off my list for future travels.

The room was very clean,and orderly.I had everything I needed.I had just gotten out of hospital and was flying home not very strong.I couldn’t make it to restaurant so the desk clerk told me to order my food he would go pick it up.it was very much appreciated.would not take a tip.

Lamp was missing a shade, no conditioner or lotion, only two cups, one bed had the frame extending several inches beyond the mattress, needed painting in the bathroom, and elevator did not work. Took over an hour for shuttle from the airport.

The shuttle service from airport is ONLY on the WEST SIDE of DIA . I wasn't aware of this so I stood out on the wrong side for a bit before another shuttle driver informed me .This was a little aggravating to say the least , but once I arrived at the hotel it was smooth.

When checking in you have to sing off that’s it’s 100% smoke free facility. Well…in the middle of the night our room was flooded with cigarette smoke smell. When checking out the hotel staff was not very concerned about it and they said they don’t check. Ruined night sleep!

It was nothing more than ok. The room was not vacuumed well. The sheets were like sleeping on stiff paper. Every time my daughter would move in her bed you could hear the sheets. She was up by 2 am because she said the bed was uncomfortable and the sheets/blanket felt awful.

Nice place to stay near the airport with shuttle service. However, the morning breakfast ended at 8:00. By 7:45 almost all the food was gone from the buffet and was not refilled. The waffle makers were a mess and couldn't be used. My daughter had nothing but cold cereal to feed her children.

This hotel was not worth the money. Pool and hottub was out of order after I confirmed twice with them it was open and working. House keepers tried to rush us out of our room twice before it was time to check out. You have to pay to park in the parking lot.

During check-in, they asked for my credit card and told me the charge. I told them I already paid online. They confirmed I had previously paid. We were given a ground floor room. However, the room was unsatisfactory, as the AC/Heating did not work; they had the window open about 5 inches. A fan circulated the air, but did not keep the room cool. At 1230am, we contacted the desk about noisy neighbors; requested contacting them to be quiet. We were hung up on. Went to front desk and were told we should have requested a quiet room. After the fan stopped working. Requested another room, which was better than the first. A comment made to us upon check-in and during complaints was they could not tell us anything as we used a 3rd-party to book the room. We feel they gave us the less desired room since we booked through Hotels.com versus their own website. We do not recommend this hotel.

The checkin and room was nice and as expected. We had preorder a crib for our room, and it wasn't in the room. That's fairly typical. I gave a lower review because of the less than friendly staff. We had multiple interactions with the front desk that left us wanting to stay elsewhere next time.
