Hole in wall, stained shower curtain, tacks in the wall, and significant smell of weed.

I have stayed in this hotel before. It has never been a high end place, but it was nicer. The hallway smelt like smoke and weed. The room smelt like sulfur. The room door was very hard to open and there wasn’t much in the way of toiletries in the bathroom. Overall I do not think I would stay in this hotel again.

Extended Stay Hotel in Monrovia Ca needs some attending to. Hallways are smelly and dirty carpets need some attention.

The room is clean but you can hear people slamming doors in the middle of the night . Restless night .

Room was clean. Bed was cozy. Pet friendly and the staff were super nice. Check in was easy. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Plenty of parking

The room we booked was not cleaned at all. The pull out bed was dirty and full of crumbs, there was now bed protector on it and there were dark stains all over the mattress. We tried talking to the front desk but didn't go anywhere with them. We ended us all having to sleep on the bed and the following morning we were able to switch to a different room.

It was perfect for what we needed. No frills, but clean, spacious, great shower pressure. Easy on and off freeway.

I ended up not staying at this hotel. I was very disappointed in the amenities of this hotel. I would have thought an extended stay unit would come equipped with amenities such as a coffee maker, utensils, dishes. There was nothing in this unit. It was dirty and old and right under the freeway overpass. I was in the room long enough to make a reservation at the Hilton property down the street.

My last night in the hotel was a horrible experience. It was around 11:00pm Just as I was falling asleep a noise in the hallway of the hotel I heard people fighting and screaming.
Lot of slamming doors. It scared me! The worst night ever! Can’t go back to sleep.
I don’t think of staying in that property next time.
Will not recommend that hotel to any of my family & friends.

The check-in fellow was very friendly and knowledgeable about the property, explaining everything we needed to know about our stay here.

I chose this location because I wanted to be in Pasadena close to visited friend. However, the floor of the hotel ranked of animal pee scent and pet hair throughout that throw the odor off for the floor of the hotel.
Customer service was not spectacular, but ok. The price was acceptable though.

The staff members at this property were very helpful and kind. But, the overall hotel room was bad. Our first room had a tub that was extremely filthy so we switched to a new room. In our second room, the bath tub still had many dirt marks and stains but since we drove a long distance we decided to stay. The previous guests who were there left behind food which led me to believe the room was never thoroughly cleaned. Also, our TV was broken and our window did not open or close. So, this is the perfect stay if you have low standards and just need a room for a couple of nights to sleep and leave your items, nothing else.

Floors smells terrible. Poor building ventilation, smells like grease from occupants cooking elevators are filthy.

Advertises a breakfast, nothing more than a coffee and granola bar. Lots of dogs
Others reported smell and musty rooms, I agree.....
Had to go to front desk 3 times on check in, just to get key cards to work. Go somewhere else

It was dirty. We didn’t get shampoo or conditioner. Breakfast was only coffee as granola bar and it’s ridiculously expensive just to get bad service??? Very disappointed

I always booked a room for my son. He loves everything. Comfort, quiet, and specially the staff and customer service.

Easy access to hwy 210 and restaurants nearby. Internet connection is unstable upon devices, hallway is dark and carpets are old.. Towels renew and room cleaning each two weeks or $10 per day.

Check in was easy and the guy at the counter was nice enough. Upon arrival we were hit with the stink of the place. Then we headed up to our floor and the smell intensified. The whole hotel smells so gross. We get to our room and are getting ready to crash after a 7 hour road trip when low and behold the fold out sleeper sofa is not a double. Not even close. The description for the room we chose stated it slept 4 with a king bed and a sleeper sofa. We have 2 girls 7 and 10 of average size that were going to share the sofa. No way they were going to fit. So I make my way downstairs to speak with front desk staff to explain the situation. He said those are the biggest sized sofas they have. So I ask for alternative accommodations. Possibly 2 queens or a cot at the least but again these are not an options. We figured we could make it work so we asked for linens. The straw that broke the camels back was he didn’t have pillows. How the hell do you not have pillows for your guests?! So at 10:30pm with exhausted kids we attempt to make other arrangements. We asked for a refund and luckily found a Best Western that had an actual double sleeper sofa. I’m hoping this one hotel isn’t a reflection on the brand as a whole but it’s a terrible representation. Do yourself a fave and just don’t stay here.

We got there a bit early and they did let us check in early which I thought was the only good thing at first. The hallways were scary, rooms were really outdated. Sofa bed was bad. Elevator and reception are was just very weird. No blankets. Overall not a good experience very sketchy.

The worst experience ever.
No matress on the sofa bed. The staff was unable to help us. They wanted me to wait till next morning to get a matress. Finally they changed our room at midnight to one with an old dirty matress on the sofa bed. The bath tub paint was peeling off when my son took a shower. And there was mold all over the bathroom. The staff was rude and not helpful at all. Maria, the front desk lady shouldn’t even be working as a customer service person. I wish I would have taken more pictures. But i was so frustrated and tired.
