The hotel was clean and modern. The breakfast was hot and kid friendly. The pool was warm, and had an arcade/game room in it too which was super neat. Would definitely recommend the hotel and we will stay there again.

Pool and hot tub was closed. That was the only reason we booked this property. We couldn't cancel our reservation since it wasnt 24 hours notice.

Arrived to check in at 3:15 pm checkin is 3pm. We were told our room was not ready as sheets were still needing to be changed and would have to wait 45 min. Checked back at the desk af 4:00pm and was again told another 45 min wait!? We weren't able to get in our room until 5pm. No offer of a discount on our stay for the inconvenience. So I literally paid money for a full stay but was shorted 2 hours of my stay. If you don't have the staff to operate your hotel then you need to not operate at capacity. Very poor experience!

Hotel was super clean, check In went smoothly. Room was nice and clean, plenty of places to eat around the hotel and the hotel was in a quiet and safe are.

We booked this stay to have a little family celebration. We do this every year (at a different location). We choose this location as it was closer to everyone BIG mistake. We had 4 rooms booked (that would be 16 guest) we had an addition 8 people in the lobby with us having some food, when all of a sudden the GM came over & kicked everyone out that did not have a room. She was very rude & impolite. Needless to say we will be going back to our original hotel that we have been going to for the last 20+ years. Grandville is a bit too stuffy for us!!!

Great, but note that all units called out as Poolside in Expedia are actually poolview with a balcony as they are on the second floor. No rooms on pool level.

Hotel rooms are clean, continental breakfast was great, pool room is very nice, pool could have been a little cleaner but overall a good stay.

My biggest complaint was the lukewarm showers never got hot the sink the toilet and the bathtub had drain issues

Came here for a Spartan race weekend with the family. It met our needs perfectly. I would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! Our only comment would be the lack of a sign at your driveway entrance. We were out every evening with family and found it difficult to see the entrance in the dark.

We stayed one night and I thought it was super clean and comfy. The front desk women on Sunday am was so very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Big room, good beds, clean bath. Self dispensing soaps which I prefer. Keurig coffee which I love. Refrigerator. Breakfast. Everything I need in a hotel. Prices have sky rocketed. But $250 is the new $100 for me. Not going to use hotels.com anymore since they ditched their 10 nights get a reward policy. Loved that. Now I spent $500 and I get $5 credit. Big wup.

The suit we stayed in was perfect for this business'/family trip. Spacious and allowed me some privacy. enjoyed the pool and staff was very friendly.

The rooms were great, great service, breakfast and accessibility to various places were great too. What we did not like was that the bathroom was clogged and it was a huge irritant.

Came to Michigan to visit the Tulip Festival and it was cheaper to stay in this nearby Grandville Holiday Inn. Within 30 min drive. Clean hotel, great breakfast and very comfy beds and pillows.

The overall experience was great. The hotel was good and very clean. The only negative experience i had was the front desk person. She was very rude to us when we we’re checking in. She didn’t even greet us and seems too busy listening to the music on her phone coz she had her earphones on.
