Building is in terrible condition. Hallways reek of marijuana, animal urine, and garbage. Rooms smell equally terrible. Rooms need renovating. Old, strange marks, paint peeling, cabinets missing doors. Floor was sticky. I made a mistake with our reservation and we had to check-out right away. Staff was very aggressive and rude about us leaving ASAP. Made comments such as "If you're leaving, you need to leave now!" and another knock 5 minutes later "Are you checking out or what?!" while we were desperately trying to gather our belongings to leave.
Overall, would not stay here or recommend anyone to do so either unless you have no other choice. Read too late that they had bedbugs a few years ago and was always on edge, wondering if they might have come back. This place is gross. Came for a family trip to host my daughter's 1st birthday, and this was a rude way to end our trip.

An average stay. Average hotel. No complaints. Check-in was smooth and quick.

I have a great time staying at this hotel. The staff are all polite and make you feel at home. I will definitely recommend staying at this hotel when you want a safe place to stay and feel welcomed.

Nice, though an ice machine for the guests staying only one night would be appropriate.

The hotel is very clean. The staff are very pleasant. You can't forget to grab a cup of coffee or tea in the morning if your on the go.

A nice affordable option. The room was clean and very nice. Breakfast was only coffee and some instant oatmeal and the gym was closed for construction. Especially for a Rutgers visit, a very respectable option.

Free breakfast offering little misleading, more like snacks; eg., instant oatmeal, when available. However, coffee was excellent, & hot chocolate & tea were also provided. All in all, better than many places that don't offer anything.
Also, provisions of toaster, coffee maker, dishware, etc. by staff was excellent.

The initial room I was given wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. There were wet towels in the dresser as well as tucked away in the couch/bed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The second room was cleaner. The walls and ceiling are thin you can hear everyone above you and around you.

the staff was rude, the room smelly, bath tub extremely dirty

Easy to get to from our party.

I liked that it was quiet and conveniently located.
I didn't like that it is a non smoking hotel choice but other guest were secretly smoking. The smell of toxic cigarettes' smell from other guest permeated into my room therefore, making me nauseous which made me sick and unable to sleep. I was forced to sleep with an w open window all night to have fresh air to breathe. Also, the door handle from inside my hotel room fell off.

I travel from the south to NJ at least once a year, and have certain hotels I frequent. I have never stay at an extended stay before, but this was a great place to start. Conveniently located close to shopping and dining, but away from all the noise. Everything you need is there: cooktop, nice size refrigerator with freezer, pots and pans, silverware, dishes. If you are not inclined to make your own meals, a 5 minute drive will get you an array of restaurants.
The front desk was very nice from the moment we arrived. Courteous and responsive. All this and a great price too. I definitely recommend.

Nice and quiet ..plus it’s restaurant all around

My room had a strange smell but other than that it was ok. Nothing spectacular. However, when I arrived at I could not get in the hotel. There was no mention on the site where I booked that this would be an issue.

The fridge didn’t work. And the shower could have been cleaner. The staff we’re incredibly hospitable and kind

It’s an older facility. Our first room smelled terrible but the staff was responsive and moved us to a different room. The beds are not very comfortable and the room just looked worn. It was a quick trip and we just needed a place to sleep. It was fine but we would not go back.

Advertised local transportation.,,there was none…
Advertised breakfast…I don’t call coffee and a granola bar breakfast…the assistant manager was cold and not helpful and rude

My non-smoking room and all common areas of hotel smelled of smoke. The wood floors in my room were sticky. This is a long term stay place with a refrigerator. Stove and microwave but absolutely no cups, spoons, plates or any kind of items you would expect.
I would not recommend this place unless you have no other options.

The room was stinky. In Expedia, they mentioned that the room included with breakfast but they just had coffee and oatmeal. They didn’t even clean the trash in the room after day1 stay. So we had to overflow the trash for the 2nd day. Don’t recommend this for families
1.0
Bad smell in the corridors and room, they offer breakfast and what they put is a table in the lobi with caffe and snat, sofa bed in the room without savannah and dirty and stained mattress and the dirty carpet and they do not even put water very bad experience.
4.0
It’s ok for the price but they should not put garbage containers near the entrance at the back door they are attracting flies all over the door and you are greeted by so many flies,it’s disgusting
3.0
The staff was quite friendly and helpful, but there were two main issues: 1) The sofa bed, which we had to pay extra for, had a mattress that was in terrible condition. My kids said it was the most uncomfortable bed they've ever slept on, with every spring distinctly felt. 2) Expedia listed it as "breakfast included". The actual hotel website I now see says "free grab-and-go breakfast". What that turns out to be is coffee, oatmeal packets, and granola bars.
