It was ok

The girl at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming which made a fantastic first impression. Room was spotless, great water pressure, perfect location if you’re here for business in the research triangle.

Willie, at the check-in desk, was very friendly and very helpful in pointing out places for dinner. He was very willing to help if any issues arose.

Room was clean and spacious. 2 bedroom suite was perfect for me and my boys!

I stayed at this property with my daughter while visiting Duke University. The hotel itself was convenient to the area of the university. The property itself was great and has a nice breakfast with a large dining area. The hotel room was nice and quiet. Jasmyn was the staff member who checked us in and helped us. She even put in a request for housekeeping for us. Unfortunately, after we came back from a long day outside for college visits and expected to have a clean room to relax in, we found housekeeping did not follow through with the request. Therefore, I had to call the front desk to find out what happened. I could not get an answer and was left to request linens, toilet paper, etc. This is not the expectation I have of a Homewood Suites. I mentioned it again upon checkout, and the front desk staff did not seem to care. She said she would put a message in to the manager, and he would give me a call. Of course, like most places these days, there is no customer service. I still have not received that call, and I was even told by that staff member that I could contact Expedia so they could advocate on my behalf. Seriously??? Why can’t people do their jobs and actually rectify the situation? So, while this Homewood Suites was a decent place to stay, I would think twice because of the lack of customer service especially being a Hilton Honors member.

A quick overnight local to our home and this place was great. We asked for a room away from others as we were traveling with two small kids and our dog and they accommodated so well. We heard— and hopefully disturbed!— no one! The suite was huge and well appointed. Bed comfy. Everything clean!

Breakfast is very poor, there is not even waffers on weekdays.

Guys at the front desk & shuttle were the best - very congenial & accommodating. Room was clean & nice (great for families..lots of space). Breakfast Only complaint- please steam-clean the carpets!

the room was amazing

Rooms are tired. Sofa uncomfortable, carpet worn, peeling paint in bathrooms. We are at this property monthly and it's the same in every room.That said, staff are very nice and accommodating, the common areas are well kept.

Great staff and my room is lovely. I appreciate that they have recycling on every floor and rach of the rooms!

One of the few places that we have ever stayed at that had clean floors. No carpet. Comfortable clean bed.

The front desk guy I talked to on the phone prior to arrival was super friendly and made me excited to stay there. The check-in staff, however, was not friendly. Our room for 6 had two towels and when I asked for more, the request was not well received. I had to explain why we needed more towels. Six people are not sharing bath towels. Rude breakfast staff. Alarms going off in the night (not the hotel’s fault… some kids pulled the alarm and broke it. Just an unfortunate event) Pull out bed wouldn’t come out. Had to request help to bend the bars so it would open (we have a similar pull-out at home and are familiar with what it takes to open one) Swimming pool was disgusting due to soggy exploded diapers. This is not the hotel’s issue, but rather, hotel guests. Large Costco sized bottles of alcohol were being serving from by hotel guests and they were so drunk. Glass shouldn’t be in the pool area. Again, this was a guest problem, not staff. Hotel attracts the riff raff.

Great Staff. Totally available for whatever needs!!!

This hotel needs to be renovated. Doors would not lock and stains are everywhere. Do not book this hotel if you want cleanliness.

Excellent stay. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Breakfast was great. I had two rooms. My daughter traveled with an infant and they provided a crib for baby. I’d stay here again.

Great location. Friendly and informative staff. Quiet. Comfortable bed, roomy, plentiful breakfast foods, many very good restaurants nearby.

Everything was great

Was at the Homewood Suites for a work trip. Didn't spend much time in the hotel, but the accommodations were even better than I was expecting! Not incredibly fancy, but plenty cozy for the price.

The location was great. The neighborhood was safe and lots of restaurants to choose from. The suite was nice and having a full size fridge is bonus. The bathroom is really small and only one person at a time can use the sink/mirror. Breakfast was better than some, but not a lot of choices for healthy eating, especially fruit choices. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were exceptional. The "sofa" in the sitting area was very uncomfortable and we ended up watching all of our tv from bed. I would definitely stay here again. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great value

The concierge Jazmin was wonderful! Genuinely friendly & we felt welcome coming in! The room was very clean and was perfect for a one night stay, although it would’ve been a good spot if traveling for work, with the kitchenette and counter/island. Bathroom products were Nuetragena & Crabtree/Evelyn, which was nice. Hot breakfast or hashbrowns, eggs, sausage, waffles and muffins available and included with the stay. The lobby area and gym were great. The pool was outdoors and not heated, so don’t count on that if traveling in the winter!

My mom and I had a nice room. The kitchen was cute but just right. The bed was comfortable. I did not like the pillars too soft for me. But everything was good including the breakfast.

Overall everything was really nice, we were definitely return. It is a little outdated in the rooms, but the comfort and space at the front desk person we’re very very nice. No complaints, see you again
