The staff was friendly and the room was clean and quiet. After a long week of traveling, it was nice to get a good night's sleep. I can't say that about the other hotels I stayed in this week.

When we got there we were told that Hotels.Com cancelled our reservation. However that was not the case. The hotels.com agent went above and beyond to make sure we were covered. The front desk tried to act like they were doing us a favor and charging us less however we paid more. Bed was awful hard as a rock but room was decent.

The A/C did not work in 104. Moved to handicap room 113 because it was the only one available. we are not handicapped but if you are, do not stay here. The bathroom was not fitted properly, water pooled in one part of the extended shower and no drain in the part, a person could fall. The phone in the room did not work. There were 3 baseball teams staying there for a tournament, they packed the breakfast room and we could not get to breakfast food or sit at a table that ended at 9;00am. We called the front desk and asked if they would extent the breakfast time to accommodate others that were not part of the teams and they said no. The lobby & breakfast area was HOT. We stayed two night and this happened both days.

Let me start with the positive. The man working the night shift at the front desk was the best part of the stay. He was very helpful.
Now the issues. We came with a group of people and their lobby sitting area is only available until 9 am. After that you can’t use it. We wanted to eat as a team and had now where to go. Ended up using but I had to clean the tables on with their cleaning supplies to use the area.
Asked them to check my room for bed bugs as I woke up the first night with multiple bites. Also needed the bedding changed. When I took the sheets off the mattress cover had multiple yellow stains on it and was disgusting. They changed the mattress pad and sheets but never checked the room for bed bugs (or atleast informed me). Woke up second night with two more new bites so pretty sure the room had something. The bites are on my back and torso so not places mosquitos would have bit me.
Upon checking out I asked to have my bill split on two cards as I informed them at check in I would like to do that. I was told they couldn’t split the bill as it was already posted on the card given at check in. Told me the check in person should have taken both cards to bill when I checked in, but again he said I could do it at check out.
For the price of the stay (over $200 a night) this hotel was not worth it. Hopefully they will read this review and improve as it had tons of potential to be a great place to stay.

The hotel is nice and clean…needs a little updating (more lighting in the rooms and few newer furniture pieces. Breakfast is ok: waffles sausage patties, cereal, breads and coffee and juice- egg circles not so much.
You will be charged a $100 security deposit upon check in which will take a week to return to you so that part I was very displeased with but what could I do. They had already charged my card for the stay earlier that day hours before check in time. Although the place is nice and the stay was what we needed I’d probably stick to my usual choices of Marriott or Hilton.

I was in town for my daughter’s college softball tournament. The hotel was very clean & quiet. The rates were very reasonable. I would definitely stay here again.

Cable sucked. Couldn't get local TV. Lobby smelled- open a window. The maids were nice.

We stayed here for 3 nights over the course of our whole trip, and we had a good experience. The bed was firm, which we didn't mind. Our 2nd room smelled faintly of cigarettes, and one of the sprinklers was covered by toilet paper to block it. I was surprised no discount was offered. The staff was very nice. No late check out option, bare-bones amenities, but worth the price. This hotel is right by the US-19, there is a lot of road noise, so bring a sound machine.

The bathtub was clogged, the bath towels had in holes…overall worn out, the lamps is the only lighting in the room the room overall sooo… old fashion, equipments are old.

For a one night stay where you won’t be there for a while it’s a good hotel at a decent price. Nothing special but it’s clean, quiet, and friendly staff.

Very happy with our stay from check in to check out. The gentleman at the front desk at check-in was so nice and welcoming! The room was nice and very clean. Had no complaints about breakfast either! Would definitely stay again if we're in the area!

The refrigerator is not cooling at all, and the bed sheet is old and worn that I felt rough sleeping on it.

Some of the staff were friendly some were not. The room that my daughter and I shared was okay but the beds were hard and mine had a plastic zip up cover on it and hers didn’t, makes me wonder why. There was also hardly any water in the toilet. On the plus side the tv had a LOT of channels and a guide. But the tv’s weren’t smart tv’s.

My husband has Covid. I called Expedia who then phoned the hotel directly and asked them if I would be able to cancel my reservation. The hotel denied the request. A little concerned because We could have shown up and infected a lot of people!!!

The toilet kept running through the night but it wasn’t that loud but you can you hear it, the front door to the room didn’t really close all the shut, it closed and locked behind you but you can pull on it and it’s like a gap to where it seems like it’s still open. We locked both locks from the inside. The sheets on 1 of the beds wasn’t clean all the way, seems like a stain couldn’t come out of it lucky we didn’t use that bed. That sheet should just be thrown away. We where on the second floor and it seem like the floor room on top of us had a dog because you can hear it running and barking.

The property was nice. The hotel itself was very nice. Clean. I typically reserve with Marriottt & Hilton for many reasons. La Quinta is not at the top of my list. First impression is everything, upon check in the person who attended us was not very kind. We inquired about early check in since we were attending a conference nearby. And the response was rude, water was apparently turned off and he said we should have been notified AND WE WERE NOT. However if we wanted early check in there was a fee of $30 but we could not use water. Apparently there was a plumbing issue that was to be resolved by 3pm that day. So again first impression is everything and that experience was not a good one.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good with a nice area. Would have rated higher if not for the poor condition of the bathroom. Shower curtain was installed wrong. Bathtub handle was falling off due to poor install. No hot water at the sink.

Not good experience in this hotel at all
In winter time hotel doesn’t have a heating
but they have nice and warm blankets as a plus what receptionist said
