The check-in clerk and the check-out clerk had no customer service characteristics. We couldn't tell if they heard us when we talked to them. Neither of them responded to us when we checked in nor when we left the next morning. The night check-in clerk read off what sounded like required information. But again, no actual interactions. Otherwise, the hotel experience (the room and the breakfast and the price) was great.

The room was small with minimal amenities.

Hot tub and area needed more attention

Solid choice for a Frisco hotel. I've stayed here the past three trips to Frisco.

Price was fair but the hotel is a little run down. Small room, small TV, hot tubs were old

Positives: good location, knowledgeable staff, free breakfast.
Negatives: bathroom floor had the prior occupants dental floss, room was very drafty, was next to the stair well where guest and staff stepped out to smoke (noisy and second hand smoke), two of the electrical plugs didn't work.

Rooms were small

-One of the cheaper places to stay in Frisco that allows pets.
-Very old looking but it was still clean at least
- Front desk employees could probably go and learn some basic customer service skills.
“ Hi - welcome to the ….. how are you this evening”.
Other than that, It was as I expected it to be.

Staff was not friendly and there was a musty smell throughout the building. Overall a fine place to crash but not quite as nice as pictured, especially for the price.

Like all hotels in the mountains near ski areas, this hotel was overpriced. The room was basic and clean. The evening front desk clerk was inattentive while the morning clerk was friendly.
If you have the option, wait until day before to book your reservation and save $100 per night.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Ramada by Wyndham Frisco, Colorado. The staff's behavior was unsettling, with what seemed like judgmental looks and unhelpful attitudes. The room was dirty, had a persistent unpleasant smell, and the carpet appeared neglected. When we checked out, communication with the housekeeping staff was challenging, as they had limited English proficiency. This language barrier was a recurring issue with several staff members.
To add to the frustration, our self-checkout from Walmart led to a bizarre situation. After leaving the hotel, we were approached by the police, who mentioned that the hotel had reported something suspicious in our room. It turned out to be a misunderstanding related to a Walmart tag, which the hotel staff apparently couldn't identify. The lack of communication and cultural sensitivity from the hotel manager and front desk was disappointing, and their response to the incident left much to be desired.
As someone who has traveled extensively, this was by far the worst experience, likely exacerbated by our different nationality. Despite being a family with children, the hotel's reported concerns lacked any basis, and the subsequent lack of apology or explanation was disheartening. This experience has left me questioning the professionalism and cultural awareness of the hotel staff.

Decent hotel - clean. Breakfast was meh - run of the mill continental breakfast with powdered eggs, etc.. the room was comfortable, if small, but it was fine with 2 adults and 2 small children. Thin walls, sound travels.

the place was clean, very nice central location for all skiing resorts. staff was very helpful and nice to talk with about town and places for food and other things. Great experience!

good size room for two queens.
Property is convenient and located in a good area.

The bed, breakfast, and service were excellent! The only thing we would improve is the walls allow EVERY noise through. We were in room 110 and it is right by an exit. There is a heater there that hums nonstop. We could hear every neighbor up and beside. The door closer to the exterior is shot and the felt seal is damaged which results in a slam every operation. The pillows were almost hard! The bed is good though. This resulted in it being quite difficult to sleep. In summary, if you bring your own pillow and can find a quiet room I highly recommend!

Older hotel. Beds are very comfortable. Close to food and gas. No frills hotel. Pricy due to time of year around the skiing areas but expected. Would probably pay a little extra next time for a little better hotel.

clean room, friendly staff.. rooms fairly small and could hear neighbors through walls.

great hotel, especially for the price. comfy beds, nice built in seat above the ac/ heater to look out the window, direct tv, heater in the bathroom ceiling and an excellent breakfast!!
the only things that impacted our comfort was the general temp in the room while sleeping (too hot, even with the heat off... next visit we will crack the window), the wild kids clearly bouncing of the walls above us (no fault of the hotel) and the shower head is a bit low. fine for me, but my husband is 6'.
we are staying 2 more weekends so will update, if needed!

I was surprised at the small size of the room. I had a single queen size room and there just enouvh room for the bed.
There was no microwave or Frig which would have been helpful.
I could here everyone walking down the hallway and if they talked i could.hear them. Not well insulated.

You can tell theyre doing their best to keep the hotel updated. Friendly staff let us check in 30 minutes early. Comfortable room. Easy access to I70. Decent breakfast options as well. Great rate for a holiday weekend

The rooms were nice and the staff was generally nice. The check in experience was not so nice. I still don’t understand what the issue was and why they couldn’t find all our room reservations but it all worked out in the end.

Overpriced and outdated room, and very small too. The bathroom smelled terrible and when we reported this to the front desk gentleman (who was not so friendly), he gave us a spray, but it still smelled terrible. It was so strong that we couldn’t sleep because of it. All the carpets looked extremely dirty. The room was hot and the A/C didn’t work properly till the morning…would never go back to this hotel again, even though the location is very nice.
The staff working in the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful. The lady who was at the front desk during the checkout was nice too.
The lights and decors at the entrance were nice and grand but very disappointed with the room ..please renovate the rooms and bathrooms as well .

Very basic hotel. We had zero room service during our 5 night stay. The room was tiny as was the TV. The breakfast is matching the rest. Not worth the over $300 per night I paid, even considering the time of year it was.

Rooms real small: not sound proof and all the pillows are like bricks the staff was friendly and breakfast was good , would stay again but will bring a different pillow ,

Stayed Thanksgiving night after a family holiday. Was very easy room clean but small. We missed having Kleenex in room but it was CLEAN and comfy. The breakfast was great. Was so nice not to have to drive back to Colorado Springs that night. Was also nice our doggie was welcome. We all had a good night's sleep.

Was pleasent. Stayed in Leadville 2 weeks ago at another franchise. Horrible, filthy and I think we had rodents. The Ramada was soooo much nicer and cost us less. Will be staying at the Ramada again in the future

Easy early check in, clean quiet room. The man on duty at night is very grouchy and rude. He puts a poor face on representing this hotel chain.

Last minute booking online, too tired to drive so got there after 8pm. Very friendly & precise with instructions, emphasized happy to help if questions. Room was clean, pretty small yet adequate space for luggage etc. I was by myself & felt very safe but I don't consider the area unsafe in any way. KFC next door- haven't had that in decades! Slept like a baby.

Friendly and professional check in staff. Good room location , travelling with pet. Would have liked ciffee in lobby.

Had a small issue with the toilet. Front desk night staff was able to lend me a plunger. I've stayed at this Ramada before and it's quiet and comfortable. This time however my room was just across from the elevator and janitor's closet - do not choose those rooms, there was some noise in the evening and early morning - from staff and guests coming/going.

Ok for a nights stay.
