I had to change rooms because the first one had a small trickle of water coming out of the bathroom sink. The bedside lamp was also not working. The staff was very nice about changing rooms. The hotel is not well maintained but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. So it’s fair for the price.

Horrible stay sheet were burn did not even sleep on the bed we just wanted it for the shower and I ended up having to shower with bucket style seem front desk would not attend to us when we ask maintenance to come fix the shower. Horrible service and smell in the room and halls ways smell like mold

I have stsyed at rodeway over 100 times since our house burnt to the ground a few moths ago. I left the room cleaner then when i arived. The front desk git new msnagers and staff. They eere all nice except for a woman msnsger. I was asked to vacate and i asked her about late check out for established choice members. She didnt aknowledge and kept her poor attitude even when i xame bsck a few days lster. Very unfriendly. Spoke in a harsh tone. I will never go bsck

I was checked into a vacant dirty room , easy fix they switched our room . The next room was clean but had stained comforter stained bed sheet for unappealing. It was late didn’t want to deal with looking for another hotel . So we grabbed a fresh set of linens from the front desk and called it a night

All the towels are not white and very thin turning dark and looking dirty; no facial tissues, no lotion, no conditioner, only one small paper cup with broken plastic bag in the room, just super cheap; the pillows are so bad no support at all; no continental breakfast; the hotel laundry is located close to the front desk, strong chemical smell and looks so dirty; the staff gave me wrong key ( that room was not checked out yet ) when I checked in and all the staffs are not smiling at all, you don’t feel welcomed here. This is the worst hotel experience I have had!

When we first went into the room we were given, the smell was so bad with mold and no telling what else. We turned the air conditioning unit on and the smell got even worse. The HVAC/unit needed a new filter and major servicing!! Where the carpet met the bathroom tile there was an open gap. Not only a trip hazard but debris and other gross objects collected in that area! Then the toilet seat was broken. Closer looking at the shower and the door mold was just painted over. The painting was like some body just slopped the paint on. And the walls were painted, but the trim and doors were sadly neglected. The TV remote would sometimes work and then not. We replaced the batteries and it still didn't work. We tried going to the front desk, but there was a sign that said "Be back in Five minutes." I went back several times in the next hour, but no one showed up. The whole time we stayed there it was disgusting !!!!!!

Terrible place to stay. Dirty towels, dirty bathroom. Everything looks old and destroyed. Mattress was shot, laying down I sank in a few inches. Smoke detector in the room had a plastic bag warped around it, I’m assuming because the last people who stayed in that room wanted to smoke. Fridge had a carton of milk and half can of salsa left over. Would highly encourage any human being not to stay at this property. I would rather sleep in a tent under a bridge than go back to this place.

There were constantly small flies coming out of nowhere, also stain on bedsheet, spider on floor, lots of flies outside the side entrance. Visually in very old conditions.

A bed in a room in the middle of nowhere!! No amenities at all - with the exception of a television (that sort of worked) in the room! Facilities were antiquated at best! The hallway light could be seen shining into room around door jamb while door is closed - says something for the soundproofing!!! Most all "residents" are seasonal farm workers! $400 a night with a two-night minimum?!?! There is a Hampton one mile away!!!!

Less than basic stay. Dirty crumbs in certain areas, we left our clothes in our luggage. No water at all for the first hour of our stay, when asked about any compensation, the manager stated “I had to pay an emergency bill to the plumber” no apologies at all for having a hotel with NO WATER! Will never stay here again and will recommend others to not stay here if I hear this motel name again. Oh and you could hear everything through walls and doors.

Very friendly, courteous, honest, and amazing staff. Great prepackaged food. My daughter left her bracelet in the room after we had checked out. We called the hotel and let them know our situation. They found the bracket and held it for us in the office for us to go back and pick it up. We will definitely be going back. Thank you very much.

Very bad hotel, bad attention, the smell is disgusting and the person who attends to the guests is a child who doesn't even know how to speak. I do not recommend it to anyone and they should close it!!!!

The stay at this property was a bit anxious. The property hosts government assisted tenants. The tenants next to my room had loud fights 2 of the 5 nights I stayed, and the neighbors were up until 4 a.m. each night. I tried to call the office the first night I was there, the phone didnt work. The fight next door was outta control, so I just turned Seinfeld up to 100!! 30 min. later she must of left. My room had a damaged lamp shade, an outlet with no cover plate, damaged bathtub. The towels were stained but bleach clean, and thin. A half used tube of body wash, probably left from the previous guest. The bed was clean and comfortable, I did a thorough inspection!! The previous guests were not very appreciative of the Hotel I guess. I came in early for a work project, I booked our company at a different hotel, I needed my team to rest when not on the job sight.

This hotel was in dyer need of repair and remodel. There was a plastic cover under the sheet and it felt like we were sleeping on a raft. Tv was very old and small. Everything needed a do over.

Extremely dirty. Not even worth the amount I paid. Had to go out and buy cleaning stuff to clean the room myself. I windows had sticky stuff dripping down them. The pillowcases covered up nasty stains on the pillow itself. The bedspread had a stain on it as well.

Our reservation was not honored. The only explanation given was that the state had taken over the facility....no reason given. Also no prior notice given that our reservation was voided! Even Expedia had no knowledge of the cancellation. We had to spend almost an hour on the phone (after driving for 5 hours!) to find another facility in which to stay. All around no communication.

Rodeway called me when I was literally less than ten minutes from the hotel, after I had driven hundreds of miles, to inform me that they were cancelling my prepaid reservation. Kudos to Hotels.com for offering to cover the difference between the hotels. My new accommodations were both more expensive, I was booking standing in their lobby and a downgrade, but it was a bed, a roof and a shower.

No front desk person to greet us. Had to wait quite awhile to get checked in. Looked like a food pantry in the front lobby, rooms decor is old, outdated and just does not reflect the price point for what it is. I would say it is the worst room I ever rented through Expedia!
