Well, when we first pulled up I was impressed that it was so well taken care of. Staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. I will most definitely use them again as I learned that they have several locations in places where I frequent.

Fairly clean, but very worn and poor condition.
On day 3 of our one week stay we placed the “please clean room” sign in our key slot. They did not service the room so upon my inquiry at the front desk was told guests must request maid service at the front desk. That’s a first for me.
They did not fulfill their promises, including no breakfast on one day. Other promises were unfulfilled on 4 days.
If you choose to book this hotel, you should do so with low expectations.

Check-In was slow. The employee was to engaged in general talk to accommodate. An expedited check in. When I finally was noticed check in was prompt.

The facility was nice but somewhat dated. It was clean and our room was huge. Actually, it was 3 rooms; separate kitchen & living room from the bedroom plus the bathroom. We would stay there again.

The first night of our stay, there was a very foul odor in our room. It seemed a skunk was inside the room. After the third day, it started to diminish.

I was very impressed with the staff! They were so wonderful. Spacious and clean rooms, convenient airport shuttle and great price. We will definitely return!

The bathroom was not very clean and needs to be updated and repairs need to be made. There was a dripping sink faucet, tiles on the floor were loose, base of the toilet was not clean, and the lighting was poor. It was adequate but not super comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was a shuttle to take us to the airport which was very helpful and the driver was very friendly. We chose the hotel based on the price and the rating. The price was great, but the rating was inaccurate in my opinion.

It was a great trip, staff was friendly and accommodating. We got a room with a non-working tv and they moved us to a better room. Can not complain 10 outta 10 would recommend and come back

Overall I was happy with the hotel and the experience. Two things to be aware of:
1. Their “queen” beds are the size of full size beds. When I asked the lady at the front desk about it, she very immediately replied (as if she’s gotten this question a lot), “There are no full size beds in this hotel. We only have queen or king.”
I’ve slept on a lot of beds in my days and I know for a fact the beds in our hotel room were not queen sized beds. It would be appreciated if the hotel accurately stated the correct size of beds on their website.
2. The breakfast is more of a grab and go type breakfast. Not a sit down breakfast. No waffles, no eggs, no sausage and no bacon.

This property is older, but that aside, it was a great stay. Excellent customer service and it had everything you needed. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, great water pressure and a full kitchen with a few basics. They also provide a decent breakfast daily and cofee/tea all the time. Would definitely stay again.

The staff at Larkspur Landing went out of their way to make my visit comfortable and welcoming while I was out of my house waiting for a furnace installation at the coldest part of the year. I was already exhausted and cold, but Malachi at the desk was so kind and courteous that it cheered me up immediately. The room was warm and cozy—and, best of all, quiet. I couldn’t hear any of the other guests. Continental breakfast was included and snacks and coffee were available in the lobby. And the room itself had enough floor space for yoga.

This hotel is conveniently located close to Seattle’s airport. The staff members are friendly. The facility is in need of renovation and could use a deep cleaning. It isn’t necessarily dirty. It just isn’t as well kept as it once was.

Perfect for the person who want to have a relaxing visit and not having to drive everywhere. Shuttle service was amazing and was able to get everywhere I needed to. Room was cozy and comfortable and had everything I needed. Fully stocked kitchen! Thank you Larkspur Landing for an excellent experience

It was pretty good, quitest place i had ever slept too, but i recived a call in the early moring hours, saying a noise complaint. Earlier that night only thing I heard was maybe a baby cry for a moment. I had just nearly opened my eyes, made a cup of coffee and was alone. I told them this and figured they called the wrong room. Glad i wasnt not sleeping when they called 430am. Wow.

We had two rooms and both smelled bad. It's likely just the stench from the last guest's dinner heated up in the kitchen but it was hard to sleep because of the smell.

I liked the staff they're were very inviting and helpful . I would recommend that for a good holiday spot for family to enjoy a hotel with your own kitchen is a plus. My wife and me will be coming back

It was excellent! Staff friendly and helpful. Place very clean. Water hot, bed comfortable. They gave me extra pillows when i asked. They have a van service that will take you to a close restaurant and pick you up when you're done. Rates reasonable.

Nice front staff and van shuttle driver was great. Unfortunately room felt a bit “crack denny “, hot water in shower only got luke warm, couch pullout was the wrong size and very used and rough. We could not turn the heater off after various attempts, room phone was broken.
