Don’t let the new exterior fool you! This hotel is absolutely terrible. Looks new on the outside, but the interior hasn’t been updated in 20 years. To start the front desk tried to charge me $50 over what I had already pre-booked the room for. The room smelled so heavily of cheap cleaner that it gave me a headache and I was tasting it even after leaving. Even tho the cleaner smell was overwhelming, you could tell that it was in an effort to turn a once smoking room into a non-smoking room. It appeared that they had poured some type of cleaner on the floor because it was damp and made my socks wet. Overall this has been the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I guess you get what you pay for.

We were there for a dedication of the grandbaby. The weather was not great, raining, and tornadic storms, but room was comfortable and clean. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Room was a little small and needed a bigger mirror in room for two people to get ready. But overall great will stay again.

This was a one night stay traveling through the Midwest. Place was crazy busy with guests staying for baseball and wrestling travel leagues. So many teens. The rooms and overall hotel was kinda meh. The only pleasant surprise was the breakfast was actually pretty decent. I mean, it's still free hotel breakfast (microwave eggs), but better than some I've had.

Stayed one night on a long trip. Check-in was super easy. The Receptionist was friendly, efficient and helpful. The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a little more than a Continental one - included eggs and sausage. Would definitely stay there again.

The people who clean put a fragrance that when you go into the room, smells nice but when you are there for a while, it intoxicates you. The smell is too strong and it cannot be good to inhale that chemical. We had to sleep with the window open to neutralized the chemical’s odor. Everything else was great. The smell of heavy cleaner or febreeze gave us asthma. There wasnt a bathtub stopper. No reason to spray ferbreeze that heavy. Unless trying to hide another smell. Loud music played at night from another room.

Upon arrival, the front desk worker was being brought food and he ignored the fact that i was at the desk. He wasn't pleasant or friendly. Put the paper down to sign it when i asked a question he was rude. Told me whete the elevator was, which i didn't see him piint to. I asked "where?" And he was snarky. I inquired about places to eat in the area and he was dismissive. I get that we all have lives outside of work etc. But the hotel chain isn't giving away a room for free - even if it was, the purpose of a front desk person goes beyond handing out a room key. Their job is to liaise with guests and be a welcome to visitors. I drove 10 hours and would have appreciated a cordial welcome and a polite interaction. He didn't share the breakfast thats supposed to be offered in the morning... Overall bad experience. The room hasn't been vacuumed for sure since at least the last guest. There was a bobbypin on the floor beside the bed, dust bunnies along the floor where thefan is, the bathroom doorframe has 'red stuff' smeared along the door. They need proper cleaners and someone to check it over.

Very good breakfast, clean room, comfortable beds, easily accessible, very small elevator, but it was in good working condition. Staff were very polite and helpful, especially the lady preparing breakfast when I asked about tree nut allergens! Great Hotel and great experience staying there!

Clean & quiet rooms. Right off the highway but didn't hear the traffic, which is a plus. Good breakfast - eggs, sausage, waffles plus the usual pastries, cereal & juice. Parking lot was lit up brightly at night. We would stay here again.

The hotel was centrally located for the friends and family that we visited. The room was small but had everything we needed, refrigerator, micro, comfortable bed, good shower, hot breakfast and friendly staff. We would stay here again.

Smelly "smoke free" yet clearly "heavily" smoked in rooms, poor cable service, broken and poorly maintained toilets, mold in tubs, no bathroom counter space, missing hair dryer, odd layout in the "suite" making no sense. Nothing here says "quality". Bed was comfy.
