Cleanest hotel I have stayed in a very long time! Staff is awesome snowed in here while attending a conference. The staff went out of their way to insure everyone had adequate food and drinks as all the local restaurants and store had closed. The pool was a little cold but refreshing. I

Staff at the front desk were rude & more worried about talking/flirting with men than helping visitors. Rooms were dirty & the hotel had inaccurate description of amenities online. They DID NOT offer shuttles to the airport even though it stated online. Heated AND TV did not work in our room. Would not recommend

The hotel was clean and had comfortable beds. The staff was helpful when we needed a ride to the airport and when our tv had some difficulties working. Every day they put fresh towels which was nice. Overall good place to stay.

It took over 20 minutes to check in because they couldn’t find our reservation. There were spiders in the room. We had no Kleenex in the Kleenex container and no body wash in the shower. Unfortunately, I was already in the shower and wet when I learned this. There were no bars of soap for an option. The bed was so hard it felt like concrete and so Hugh off the floor I had to use a step stool. The pillows were either so soft they seemed to disintegrate or hard as a rock. It was a lot of money for a horrible night’s sleep

We stayed here for the Tennessee Family Weekend. Location was convenient, accommodations were comfortable and clean, and there were plenty of restaurants close by. I would stay here again.

Room was not ready at 3:00 checkin. Rug in room was filthy. One bed was so lumpy couldn’t be slept in. A/C either too hot or cold. Room was next to dining area. When asked to change rooms they would not allow. Toilet clogged and overflowed and they handed us the plunger to take care of it. Will never stay in a Holiday Inn again

I've had a number of problems. Should not take 20 minutes to check in, should not take 20 minutes to stare at my licence or debit card. Card key didn't work Everytime I left room. I was double charged and double booked so I had another guest show up in my room when I was in there. Front desk lacks Alot of knowledge and hospitality. However... This hotel was very clean and very convenient to the airport and restaurants.

The toilet is way way too low. We checked in with someone on crutches and it is almost impossible for them to use the bathroom. We are so far from the elevator. The guest next door has left their dog to bark until late at night and then left the dog alone early in the morning!

The hotel was overwhelmed the weekend we stayed. Apparently it was the weekend for UT Graduation and they were not properly staffed. We were the 5 days and our room was tied up only twice. We had to go to desk to get our own towels and our keys locked out every night. They also ran out of things such as coffee cups, so they stopped making morning coffee. The manager should have gone out and purchased what the hotel needed. Most of the staff was accommodating, but clearly overwhelmed.

Check in was interesting. The girl on the front desk barely spoke. It even a hello when we walked in. No smile. There are options if you don’t like your job! Maybe a warehouse would work for her. That way she can get out of the customer service industry. After we left she proceeded to talk on her cell phone.

Check in was at 3 and we didn't get into our room until 4:30. The hostess checked in 5 other families that walked in after we arrived. While we sat in the lobby. Used towle left in our bathroom. Matress had a huge divot in it. Like the size of a beach ball. We didn't lift the sheets to examine. It almost seemed as if someone had cut out a chunk of the matress.
