Clean and convenient to airport.

The first room that was given to us was dirty, the toilet didn't flush properly, and the pull out couch was broken. They changed us to another room, however knowing that we made a reservation for three people, they did not have bedding available. We were told that it would be ready around 11pm. Around 11pm, we called down to the reception three different times and no one answered. My daughter went down to say that we were informed that the bedding would be ready at 11pm. The response she got from the receptionist was "I don't know who would be stupid enough to tell you that it would be ready by 11pm." Very rude! It makes me upset that we made the reservation for three people and they didn't have the bedding ready for a third person. What are we paying for??? Complete lack of customer service!

The lady that helped me with the check in really prepotent and moody I was a little scared to ask her questions because it looked like she wasn’t feeling like answering but otherwise everything was good.

Rooms are nice. In a decent neighborhood and quiet. The property itself is in good condition. Room has a kitchenette but no water kettle or utensils.
Biggest complaint is there is no wifi. They give you "free wifi", which never connects and if it does, can't even load their own website or any webpage. You have to purchase high speed internet, this was not advertised. And I felt misled in that aspect.
Staff needs better training. Receptionist struggled with technology and took too long to go through the new tablets they have installed for checkins. Other Extended Saty locations are better.

The staff is amazing! So grateful I found this place to stay at when I’m in the area. Honestly my favorite extended stay I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve stayed in over 50 of them. Thank you for everything!!-olive

Great deal for a last minute hotel! Close to food and stores. Staff was nice when checking out! Overall great stay and would stay there again

Horrible place to stay at! When u first walk in u get this horrible scent. The room we got was on the second floor and it stink like god pee so so bad! We had to leave the window open and leave for an hour or so while it air out but that barely helped. Horrible customer service from receptionist there… avoid staying here at all cost!!

good stay.. great price.. room clean, staff nice .. better than expected.. and i already knew that they really dont have breakfast, more like a barely a snack.. even though says breakfast included so no surprises there and not an issue with Mcds and Starbucks across parking lot…. absolutely great location :)

didn’t have any supplies in kitchen, had to ask for sheets and blankets for pull out couch, staff wouldn’t be at desk, but outside smoking. grab and go breakfast was stale.

Cannot fault the service from the staff at all. However the rooms are dated and really need refurbished our room had stains on the carpet and a stale smell, we were there for 2 weeks and our room wasn’t cleaned once. We ended up buying our own bleach etc to clean toilet sink and bath. No brush or vacuum in room to clean floor carpet etc. carpet was very badly stained room 120 was our room. We were visiting from Scotland to see our son. Like I say cannot fault the staff but the rooms definitely need refurbished bed was very comfortable though.

I found a pizza crust when I was cleaning & the bathroom had lint and hair in the tub. The staff was a little strange but overall nice. The room itself was cozy, honestly the set up of the room gave me “Jeffrey Dahmer” vibes so I moved the couch around and some tables i of course moved it back the exact way (I took pics of when I got their to make sure) the kitchenette and optional kitchenette cooking stuff was cool asf

My room wasn’t ready when we arrived at check in time. No breakfast, just granola bars, oatmeal and coffee.

The first night when we check-in, the associate was friendly, courteous and professional. Guest need to request all kitchen supplies and appliance. No breakfast in this hotel. Hotel only provided coffee and granola bars. Our room was spacious but the bathroom door was broken. I have to request a maintenance to repair it and was not repaired during our stay. Check out was a not convenient. We wanted a receipt but the associate was not helpful because she said it was the morning staff that printed receipt.

No front desk help. You would stand around and wait to get help to check in. No maintenance personal on duty. Checked into my room and the toilet didn’t flush.
Coffee never filled ran out of a so called breakfast. Terrible property.👎

I liked my room, and the staff.
I wish there had been a coffee maker in the room.
The fitness area had no towels or hand sanitizer but a sign that says to use these things. There was no remote control for the television in the fitness center, and comically, there is a sign that says only one person is allowed in the fitness center at one time even though there is both a treadmill and an elliptical. Speaking of, that is the sum total of what is actually in the fitness center.
The breakfast options were very minimal. It would be great if they could add something with protein such as hard-boiled eggs or yogurt.
There were people smoking outside quite often. It will be nice to provide a designated smoking area for people wanting to do that for both of them and for non-smokers alike.
The front door is just a single door instead of double doors and doesn't automatically open so you have to push a button if you are unable to open the door fyi.
The area itself is very nic. I enjoyed my stay here and will probably return at some point and plan for the above-mentioned items.

I came here because it seemed like a good option at the time. The pull out bed was the worst the bed is just springs! The king bed was ok. Comfort is absolutely important and I didn’t feel comfortable here whatsoever! I was going to complain about the pull out bed but I only stayed one night.

Checking in was not a nice experience. The front desk person was not hospitable and was unfriendly. We took forever to check in - it took a while to do so because she was “running corporate reports” and when we we’re finally getting checked in she was huffing and puffing and took forever to get our key cards. Sigh……

Wasn’t happy when we got in the room. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Let front desk know and Teona said she would take a look at it when we were gone and get it fixed,for we had an appointment to go to. When we arrived around 6ish she didn’t even go up and look, she said we needed to fill out a work order, what! We are only staying one night, we asked if we could get another room and she said nothing and so I called Expedia and they called her and we had to go down to her and she gave us another room which was even worse, the hideaway couch was broken and the faucet in the tub/shower was broken, we stayed because it was getting late we got up early and left. Will not stay there again

Disgustingly dirty room. Smelled so bad like wet dog and dirt.
We asked for a room change and given a new room. The second room was a little better, but not by much. We were afraid to say anything in fear we wouldn’t have anywhere else to stay. Will never book the hotel again

I was greeted by Dawn at the front desk. She was helpful snd friendly and set the tone for a positive experience. When I departed she anticipated me and has me checked out by the time I got to the front desk after having coffee. You are lucky to have such an outstanding teammate

At this location this is the second time that I've stayed here not disappointed either time rooms are clean the amenities are nice the staff was friendly very helpful and courteous also like the fact that there's shops and restaurants close by well worth the trip would recommend to anyone that wanted to get away and relax
