Our stay at Costa del Sol Wyndham outstanding highly recomended

Its a very nice hotel and the staff are awesome

The only complaint we have about the hotel, we got room 229 and at night you can hear loud music from 10pm till 4am, look like they have a night club nearby and was really hard to sleep, after that everything was good.

It's great! I wish there were more amenities like a swimming pool or gym

A very luxurious stay. The hotel is considered to be a well sought out place and I agree. I found it very appealing, elegant and close to the main plaza de armas. Loved the food they served, but my only complaint is they do not have certain items to restock after served once for the breakfast buffet which I find it shocking like strawberries, orange juice and a few others. For such a high end hotel, it is lacking and made breakfast strenuous for us because we went with kids and they wanted specific items that were popular and not available after the first dish was depleted. Everything else… top notch. Wyndam should improve the availability of their food. I have stayed at Fairmont and never had this happen.

Needed help with transport/luggage options going to Machu Picchu and return flight the same day, but the staff at the front desk couldn't offer any help at all.

The hotel is in a good location, close to dining and shopping. There’s a very nice courtyard with comfortable seating and a nice restaurant. Our room had a/c, was quiet and comfortable. Be aware that there is no parking. The closest garage is about half a mile away. We didn’t get to try the breakfast because we had to leave for the airport at 4:30am; however breakfast does start at that time.

Overall, a very pleasant / enjoyable stay! Nice free buffet breakfast every day. Large room but could use a bit of updates - no USB or electric plug on each end of the bed, a simple but important feature today! Curtains old also. Otherwise, place is great.

We are so happy to found this hotel.... All good 100 percent we will be back here and only here from now on....

Good location, and a nice hotel but iur room was tucked away in a corner and very small. As with everywhere in Peru service was great.

It is in a colonial style building with a courtyard in the center. Very safe and close to everything. Melvin was helpful with getting us a city tour. We were also shown a walkable neighborhood tour on a map. We would come again.

The property was very nice. however they did not offer me any upgrades. Air conditioning in the room made a lot of noise

The property is clean, friendly, and very beautiful. I just waited a little longer to check it, but other than that, it was an excellent experience. The hotel is located almost in the central area of Cusco Plaza, which is magical. It's truly an amazing place to stay in. The breakfast course is a buffet style which is outrageous, delicious and very yummy. Everything is fresh made in the morning with different varieties of breakfast choices.

The hotel was fantastic. The service was magnificent and they were extremely helpful whenever we had a question or needed assistance. Very close to all the main attractions in the city.

The hotel staff was charming and delightful. Very attentive and helpful. The hotel was quiet and relaxing with a delicious morning breakfast buffet. It exceeded what I imagined it would be. Once again I can't mention enough how great the staff was. Highly recommend.

The hotel is in a great location and most of the staff were friendly and polite. However The room was tiny, dated, had a window that only opened to another part of the building with no view of the outside, and an uncomfortable bed. All things that I can deal with but my experience one night with the front desk staff was truly terrible. I came back to the hotel with a friend after having dinner with her and was told by the front desk employee that she would need to provide ID to enter. She only had a digital copy with her as many people now do after the pandemic. He refused to even look at the digital ID and subsequently refused her entry into the hotel that I had already paid for. He was certainly not polite and offered no help or solution. We were then forced to walk around for an hour in the rain at 2am looking for another hotel and then had to pay to stay at another hotel when we finally found one with availability. This was an extremely embarrassing, frustrating, and dangerous situation that we were placed in. I am a very frequent traveler and have never experienced this at any hotel anywhere in the world. I was told I could speak with the manager about the issue during the day. Upon checking out I was told by the front desk staff that they would not provide any refund and that no manager was available to speak with. Part of the reason I chose this hotel was because of the great reviews on your site and the VIP access however I was certainly not treated like one.

The service was good. You can hear all the noise from the outside. Woke me up two times. It's ok. 5 1/2 out of 10
