This was a clean hotel. Good breakfast was served too.

It was better and the staff for the most part was friendly, I enjoyed my short stay there

No EV charging available. Noise from road was very loud.

It was in a convenient location. Staff was accomodating.

Parking up front and around the property. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was very nice and courteous. The room had coffee, fridge, microwave, iron/board and hairdryer. The breakfast was adequate but lacking, but this is my personal taste maybe not someone elses. Overall, I’d stay again.

I was in town for business and I would probably stay again everything was fine. The staff were friendly but the area was a little sketch. I am not familiar with Tulare. The breakfast was average. The hotel was near an outlet mall and movie theater which was convenient to kill some time. Overall for the money its an okay spot.

Pictures are deceiving, doesn’t look at all as advertised. Average 4.3 stars is not even close. Room was just dirty looking masked by some wood fixtures where tv are hung. Living room tv didn’t work at all. Kitchen area looked dirty with old and chipped cabinets. Caulking all over the room that is very visible. There was no bedding for the disgusting pull out bed/couch. Bathroom had a really bad odor. Overall stay was not as expected and not worth the extra money. Lots of hotels around the area***don’t choose this one****

Just stayed one night but it was comfortable. I’d stay again!

Typical Holiday Inn Express experience: comfortable bed, decent soundproofing, clean, good breakfast, all at a reasonable price. What sets this one apart is that it's a bit away from the freeway, so every room should be more quiet. We stayed on the street side and didn't hear much street noise until around 6.

We’ve traveled all over from Tulsa, Oklahoma and this was the dirtiest hotel we’ve stayed at so far. Everything is in need of being updated. Hair was all over the bathroom floor and the room itself smelt awful. Check some of the other hotels before staying here.

Hello, I booked this hotel as it was close to the Sequoia National Forest and that was our trip for Saturday, July 15th. Well that first night when we were in bed the fire alarm went off! I got up and went to the lobby to see if we were in any danger. I was told that there was no fire and someone had set it off and everything was fine. Well after that it kept going on and off like every 10 minutes! It was super loud and the flashing light was very bright in our room. I went to the front desk and the girl said she didn’t know what was going on but it will stop. But it didn’t, we tried sleeping through it but me and my family had a hard time sleeping as it kept going on every 10-20 minutes. It was about midnight when I went out again and there was water everywhere coming down from the ceiling luckily not in our room and this time it was a manager at the front desk and there was police and firemen working on the system trying to shut it off. The manager told me I can get refunded for this stay and that is the reason for this review hoping I can get a refund or credit somehow. The alarm must finally stopped going off around 2am. We were planning to get up bright and walk to our trip but didn’t work out as planned. My family and myself did not enjoy the stat at this hotel. It definitely affected our day at the forest.

Large room for the family

Ok hotel. Convenient for us. Room was spacious and AC worked great. Elevator was sketchy. Our smoke detector was chirping at 2am and no one would answer the phone at front desk. Decent breakfast. Parking was dark and homeless people were hanging out.

The whole hotel was dirty. The hide a bed had a brown slimy substance on the ripped up dirty Saran Wrap that was covering it and when we told the front desk they brought us 5 fitted sheets to put over it. The last morning there was a homeless lady camping out in the 3rd floor hallway and when my husband called the front desk the person managing it was asleep.

We had problems with almost everything: - We had to change rooms 2 times as there were problems with TV and air conditioning. - Breakfast was missing many items and were not replenished - They could not even serve tea for breakfast and the servers did not take any efforts to replenish!!

From the front it looks fine but when u park behind the building its full of trash and homeless. Only so many cars fit in the front so everyone was parking in any spot they could fit in front which made the drive access very difficult.

Wait for the service counter lady for 30 minutes to check in, duty floors all over hotel poor breakfast better of not offering nothing

I'm not sure if there is towel security issue. When we arrived at the room, there were no bath towels. There were no towels in the gym either. Staff coverage is lacking. The front desk does everything and no back up so we had to wait until they return from break if we need anything. The service was good when they were available otherwise.

Nice hotel to stop by. Everybody both in the hotel and the near by IHOP were very serviceable and nice.

The swimming pool was filthy. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. The whole place needs new carpet. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Everything was clean at checkin. We stayed for 4 nights and our room was only cleaned 1 time during our stay. We had to ask for clean towels, new trash bags and take out our own trash a couple times which was very inconvenient given the price.

Overall very good. Tv cable not working even though stafff reset it and it seemed like it would work.

all the above, The receptionist accomodated me with a phone call to assure to the best of his ability, my earlier arrival than schedule time I had traveled a long ways, and needed to rest, so I was very appreciative for him doing all he could to accomodate me.

We loved how roomy our room was, and comfortable the beds and sheets were! However, we wanted to have the fan on "constant" for the noise and to circulate the air. It would not stay on and it kept getting too warm. We had to keep turning the temperature down just to have the fan on and to stay cool, which meant not the greatest night's sleep. Other than that, it was great. 😁
