The hotel overall was not the cleanest. Staff seemed as though they did not want to be there. I even heard one staff member on the phone in a yelling match about needing a day off while I was waiting at the front desk.

Overall stay was good. The shower water pressure was good, they have toiletries available. Bed was comfortable and i slept good since air temp can be controlled. I enjoyed the breakfast very much and the staff kept the area stocked and cleaned. Glad i pick this hotel, staff at check in/out was great.

What l didn't like was there was any Hot Water, so we had to take Cold Showers.

Bedding is down comforters and pillows. Just would have been nice to know that before going to bed with a tired kid who is allergic.

They need to pay more attention to details. Box of food (donuts) was left from previous person open on top of refrigerator with half eaten food in it. I reported it to the front desk and they said it must have been an oversight and brushed it off like it was no big deal....ughhh...sorry wrong answer.

This property needs renovation asap. In its current condition you cannot keep operating this property as it will ruin HYATT’s brand value. Please close this for renovation.

The property is decent but the hotel allowed a party for new years to some guetto people all night long. The load music, drunk people and drug use was all over the hallway. There was garbage, broken glasses all over the front. This is suppose to be a hotel with no noises allowed after certain time but looks like the hotel didn’t follow their own regulations. I had to stay in line with multiple people complaining to changed my room at 2am. However the receptionist was very helpful. Hope they don’t allow this nasty parties in the future. Hyatt suppose to be a decent quiet stay but this was not the ocasión .

This is a hotel with walls that have seen some things in its history, and the upkeep shows it. Large dings & dents on all the walls of our room. Very outdated (did NOT match the example photos). The remote for the bedroom tv didn’t work, couch had hair on it that wasn’t mine… And there was major dents and damage done to the bathroom door at some point in the past, where husband and I played the game “guess what happened in here” while looking at it. However, the bedding was clean, so that was ok. We let front desk know, and response was “Thank you for letting us know.”

We had a great stay at Hyatt House. Decided to bring a couple with us and their kids. We enjoyed the location. Near malls and activities for them. Only problem I has was a few cosmetic issues with the building. Paint peeling in the pool, bathroom shower needs an upgrade. Bed wasn’t as comfortable as I thought. Room was clean except for an old cigar wrapper we found underneath the kids pull-out bed cushion. Room smelled fresh and kitchen area was pristine. All in all a great stay.

Attentive cleaning staff, friendly, great location. Bathroom products should be checked more often, I had no shower gel or shampoo - I didn't check prior to entering shower. Frequent Hyatt house guest use to full stock

Bathroom had a leak so we were moved to another room. Stay was great otherwise. Breakfast was also great!

Some toiletries were missing in the bathroom. Front desk staff seemed to not understand that housekeeping is necessary, regardless of how busy their housekeeping staff is. Construction is currently in progress directly outside the area.

We were there for 4 nights, and our towels and bed were only tended to once. We were at a conference with long days, and returning to our room every night is not we expected from a Hyatt property. Front desk and catering staff were wonderful.

Dre at check in was great! So friendly and sweet!
The room smelled horrible when we opened the door and the phones didn’t work. Dre was awesome though!

The room was had a musty smell, the refrigerator kept buzzing with a loud noise all night, the thermostat was broken so cold air came out all day, there was blood on the sheets underneath all the blankets we slept on, had to be one of the worst stays of my life.

Awesome staff. They were kind, attentive and extremely helpful. Made me want to stay longer. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!!!!

There was a bad smell in my room, like the carpet hadn’t been cleaned in years. Having the window open for the week barely helped. My friends’ rooms also had similar smells, so I didn’t bother asking to switch rooms. The utensils in the kitchen cabinet had crusted food on them. It’s a shame because the staff is super friendly and helpful.

The staff was nice the room was clean but the top blanket was pretty old and it was noticeable. The tub is definitely outdated but everything else was fine. The breakfast was great and it was nice that the room had everything we needed to cook small meals.

This property is dated. 3 room lights didnt work. Knob on bathroom door was just hanging by a thread. The shower doesn't drain, its ankle high after 1 shower. Imagine 2 back to back. The only positive was the made to order omelette.

The hotel was convenient to various attractions. However, the treadmills were not functioning due to broken screen and no power to unit. The pillows in the room were thin and not comfortable. The television remote only changes the channel and did not function to turn tv on/off nor change tv volume.

Loved it! My kids were enjoying the clean pool and their rooms. I only recommend a better cleaning of the floors in rooms and better food.
