I’ve stayed many times and have never been disappointed. The only disappointment this time was that the restaurant is only open a few nights a week now. I counted on being able to eat after arrival but couldn’t this time . I also wish breakfast lasted later than 9am.

We spent 3-4 days a week for 2 months while my brother received treatment at mskcc. We couldn’t have ask for better accommodations (full kitchen and private bedroom) Staff is efficient and friendly, great breakfast.
Only - no smart tv and not the greatest hot water/water pressure.

Bar and food service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. It wasn’t just bad due to service knowledge but an active disdain for customers and the job. Ignored customers and had to search out our own drinks, refills. Even then we had to ask him multiple times for drinks or refills before he would respond. He just stood there on his phone ignoring everyone. All the customers just kept looking at each other trying to get his attention.

Room was very small for an extended stay hotel bed linens were too thin mattress was uncomfortable no natural light, and no ability to run Netflix or YouTube.

Not safe to stay. My female employee had to check out early due to not feeling safe after the front desk didn't check her in properly 2 days prior, so they claimed housekeeping and security went to check on a "dirty" room to be able to sell only to open the door overnight while she was sleeping, "good thing the deadbolt was latched" and when they were unable to get it, left the door cracked. The front desk manager gave her an attitude about it the next morning and when I called to follow up once alerted was given the same attitude. Do not stay here. Stay far away.

This property is outdated and very dirty. There were multiple yellow stains on the sheets. After I asked for new sheets, they brought another set with yellow stains! The kitchen in the room is useless as the top cabinets are close to the stove and the sink,impossible to use them. There is not any place to get coffee or lunch during the day. Breakfast was ok. Parking was ok but not safe as it was not gated. The rooms are dark and depressing. The carpet is dirty and stinky.

The room was really small, plus they don't seem to pay much attention to upkeep or cleanliness. I've stayed at youth hostels cleaner than this place.

The room was cold because the hotel had not switched from A/C to Heat. I had to turn the stove on and use an extra blanket to warm the room at night. Also, no omelets on Monday even though omelets are supposed to be offered at breakfast Monday-Friday.

A very badly laid out hotel, a real trek to the elevators and there is no bell service. We had to lug our luggage useing a cart with flat tires. The staff. was clearly overworked and non-responsive. The room rate maybe equal to a good hotel in Westerchester, but this is not a good hotel. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Nothing positive to say, so I’ll run down the worst of it. Weed smoke poured into my room all night from the hallway until I stuffed a towel under the door, AC couldn’t cool the room to a comfortable temperature, rattled constantly and condensation from the intake in the ceiling flooded, including personal items, until I placed several waste baskets underneath each stream. Absolutely no hot water, closet was locked with no place to hang clothes, the room phone to address these issues with staff, although plugged in and connected was not operational. I can’t speak to the breakfast quality as I counted down the hours until I could leave and didn’t even see it. Unless you have absolutely no other option, don’t stay here.

Request to have allergens removed from room was not accommodated but was "confirmed" twice - once was 5 days prior to the stay via email. Not sure if this was someone not directly from the hotel perhaps someone who is at hotels.com. and second time was at check-in, the front desk said they did not receive this message and phoned housekeeping at check in to accommodate the request. We waited for a little while, was told the room was taken care of (no down) . A few hours into the night, realized feathers were everywhere when waking up with wheezing chest and throat tightness. Checked underneath the blanket cover to confirm.
Studio was Tiny, had a small refrigerator and a microwave. King bed just as paid for, cleanliness was meh. Lighting in room a 6/10. Might stay here again because parking is convenient compared to nearby hotels, but would hope that they get it right next time. Informed front desk at checkout of the issues in hopes that they will improve as well as ascertain where the miscommunication was and their partnership with hotels.com.
Would recommend that if you have a feather allergy or a requesting accommodations, call to confirm and then check your room after checking in. they have someone on 24 hours so that you can call if there is an issue discovered in the middle of the night.
