Place has a great entrance and foyer that makes you feel lile you're in the wrong place because this couldn't possibly be $100 a night hotel yet it is! Then you get to the front desk where the staff are impeccable I had several requests that I needed assistance with and different staff members guides me im the right direction every time.Phenomenal! Bravo

This is one of the worst experiences. I’ve stayed many times in São Paulo. Gustavo was rude and disrespectful. He looks angry and talks like an angry person. Another receptionist Tabitha was bad as well. I arrived early from NYC after a long flight. I asked for early check in and was willing to pay. But she insisted that I upgrade for all days and pay a large amount. Then she did not even offer a chair or lounge to wait. All day pounding and drilling above my floor. Then road construction all night with power drills. Mini bar is a joke and tiny little things are expensive. The rooms are dated with old furniture and old hanging TV from the 70s. Do not stay here especially if you are an American. This is definitely not a Raddison standard. It’s more like a 2 star service and hotel. Bathroom is very tiny. Even hostels have better bathrooms. You will not get sleep or rest! Stay away! Restaurant workers were nice and the cook who makes omlettes was actually. The reception staff need extensive training in customer service and etiquette. This hotel should’ve mentioned about construction going on the hotel in the description.

I do not recommend staying on the first three floors. as it leaks the noise from the lobby. it bothered me too much to sleep.

The location of the property was great. We were close to the Brigadeiro subway station as well as the shopping patio paulista mall. The room we got however, was very much below our expectations as it did not look like what was shown in the pictures when we booked. Additionally, the bathroom was subpar. The faucet was leaking water, the bathtub had many stains, and the toilet or the drain was emitting sewage smell. Surprisingly there was a kitchenette (just sink and a bar style shelf) which was not shown in the pictures, but the sink itself was a bit rusty on the inside and the faucet would splash water everywhere when turned on. The room looked dated along with the furnitures. For the price, I would rather pay an extra 10-15 bucks a night to upgrade to a Premier level. Or check out other hotels if you want to stay within that budget (check out local hotels- they may be cheaper and nicer). One last thing to note, this property is no longer part of the Radisson rewards program - they have switched to Choice Rewards. Staff said Radisson is leaving South America.

Met my expectations considering the reviews from others that I read before booking. It got to be pretty warm in the room but I read other reviews which mentioned that.

The internet connection & housekeeping are very questionable!

For the price, any other hotel would offer better courtesy service. The bread came in a paper bag at room sevice breakfast. If you for an extra glass in the room is charged. Hotel food is less then average. Hotel no more than 2 stars.

The hotel un general is really good. My only complaint will be that we travel from Mexico and we didn’t get a room with view to the street to appreciate the city. Our room was on the first floor so no much to see from the window.

Overall, I had a comfortable stay, but I was a little worried about the smell in the room. If this is improved, everything will be excellent.

Check-in/out process is quick and efficient.
Room is comfortable, though closet space is limited.
Breakfast buffet is poorly organized. Getting a good cup of coffee is complicated. Sugars, cream/milk and stirrers are not logically located. Plates are not logically located in the buffet area. It is typical to wander around the buffet looking for what you want, and this is my second time at this hotel.

Good value for money. Good location for my purposes. Staff is helpful. Gabriel at the reception was the star this time. Tends to be busy with business travelers. Breakfast buffet is pretty good. Would stay there again.

Location is good, and break fast was good, but the power outlets are outdated, and you cannot use common plugs in Japan or the United States. Converters are always on loan and out of stock, so please increase the rental inventory or make them universal.

The staff was very helpful which made the stay good but there were definitely problems. The refrigerator wasn't cool enough (Frigobar with glass for so you can see inside). I had a medicine that needed to be kept cool and for the first 3-4 days we had to rely on an ice bucket being brought to the room. Maintenance came in twice without resolution, it wasn't until Tuesday (Monday was Brazil's game in the world cup so it's essentially a holiday) that the general manager called and the Maintenance manager came along with folks to change the Frigobar fire the old small refrigerator that was capable of making even ice. The TV on the other hand remained unresolved. The image was horribly out of focus despite a relatively new HD TV. They blamed it on the signal and said they had a project to change it within a month. Looked like 1990s TV when watching a World Cup game the image was always distorted unless it was a close up. This was definitely not 4 star. Some 2 star hotels probably had better image. Also reaching room service proved to be difficult many times calling front desk to then be redirected to restaurant. Even with direct restaurant number was difficult at times.

Very noisy construction work right in front of hotel, last to 2 AM every night, no response from the hotel

Very average. I picked it just for location, otherwise nothing special. They missed some basic things such as replacing shampoo bottle and soap when they clean the room. The room and food are very basic .

Nice room forniture and good breakfast, but terrible acoustic...you can hear everything from the rooms next door like if you are there with them. Stayed in a king size bed and noticed the linen was smaller than the size...so it wasn`t covering the feet part. Sleeping on a uncovered mattress was a disgusting feeling to my feet. At the gym everything was old or broke...no higienic towels to use the equipments others sweaty just used. Definitely there are better options for that price point!

I have chosen Radisson relying on my previous experience in Radisson hotels other cities allover the world: this is nice only outside, for the rest...
No flexibility at all in check-in and check-out (looking only for money asking to pay one more night...)
The rooms need a strong renovation (see pictures).
Never again Radisson in Sao Paulo!
Safety box not working...

the room condition and facilities are poor and not working
tv no picture even after calling thechnition
aircondition cant be operated with remote control
toilet flash poor need few times to clean
no coffe set for early wake up

Amazing property and staff, the only thing they need to do to be perfect, is upgrade the gym. I love the area around. Great Location with Restaurants and entertainment right in the heart of São Paulo. highly recommend!
