we were givin a room that smelled like wet dog after the worker said he moved us out of a pet room

Rooms are okay but needs paint & updates. TV’s that you could barely see what was on because of all the snow. Terrible for watching.
Breakfast was okay (4out if 5 rating).
Staff friendly.

Hotel was in good shape. Bathroom receptacle was not working and there were no other mirrors in the room so had to use my cell phone in selfie mode to straighten my hair. Annoying if anything. Disturbed by the fact that 2 separate parking receptacles outside in the parking lot were attached to 2 separate trees instead of posts.

The stay was nice. The only thing wrong was that there was ants all over the Bathroom.

I recently stayed at a Travelodge, and while I hoped for a comfortable and safe environment, my experience raised serious concerns regarding guest safety. Unfortunately, during my stay, I encountered an extremely unsettling situation. There were individuals smoking meth just outside the side entrance of the hotel. This activity not only made me feel unsafe but also cast a shadow over the entirety of my stay.
The presence of such activities on the premises is alarming and suggests a need for enhanced security measures and vigilance to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests. It's crucial for a hotel to provide a secure environment, and I believe that addressing this issue should be a top priority for the management.
Despite this experience, I hope my feedback will be taken constructively. Enhancing security protocols and ensuring that such activities are monitored and addressed promptly can significantly improve the guest experience. I trust that the hotel will take the necessary steps to ensure the safety and security of its guests in the future.

The gentleman when we checked in was nice and friendly, the room is basic and a little outdated, but not dirty. The heat was barely on and the fridge was warm. The outlet on the brick wall was not secure and made it difficult to plug in our chargers. The morning of check out the tv in the front lobby where you have breakfast was off, and there was an uncomfortable silence in the space so we brought our breakfast back to our room, the man at the check out was ok not rude at all but not friendly. The bed was not uncomfortable, it was not noisy, fine for the price we paid.

It was updated which was nice. Breakfast was good. Only thing disappointing for this stay was we found a pair of someones underwear under the bed. Hopefully the cleaning staff will clean under the bed next time.

My stay at the hotel was quite quiet, the room was comfortable and I was able to rest very well even though my stay was short. I hope to visit again in the future. Thank you very much for your warm attention.

There were bed bugs in the room we stayed in. We literally went to our trucks took out cots that we sleep on the ice with and slept on those instead of using the beds

In suite phone non functional. Website has no mention about the contact info ( could not find the phone to contract the property). Below average breakfast. Provided two double beds and described that the room can accommodate five people, we assumed there will be a pull out couch but there was none, so false claim that the suite can accommodate five people.

First they gave us a key that wouldn’t open the room and got it reprogram to find out that room had someone in it, so we got another room and the tv did not work. Good thing we were there for only one night and the room was freezing when we got in. Finally got the room to a normal temperature by midnight

Room was cold… we woke up sick… the tv didn’t work and the he shower was so dirty we didn’t shower and just left early

It’s too bad that so many hockey team stay at the motel, there loud no respect and roudy, can’t have a good rest at this place will definitely go somewhere quiet next time. The worst you can have is hockey teams and parents yelling and partying all night with no respect for others!

The staff at the front desk was great and professional. i had trouble with my visa and they were extremely patient. The lady that was checking in ahead of me was sort of rude with them and they handled it amazingly. i wanted to say something to her.

It was clean and the price was right but the rooms where a little dingy with the grey paint and there was no dressers to put your clothes in while you stayed. the lighting in the rooms was very dim, bathroom was good but the rest of the room was very dim. Could have put more hand towels as only having one it got wet as use as my husband and I used it once. Had to ask for more. It wasn't bad but needs a remake or like I said more lighting and a more brighter paint on the walls.

No pen or paper in room. Inside drawer very dirty. Poor quality food for breakfast, no fruits no bacon. Cold eggs. Very little room to eat. Oh, and the HEATING DIDN'T WORK!
There must be a better place to stay in North Bay.

Upon arrival there was no one at the desk to greet us. I had to call the hotel four times before someone came to the desk. Desk staff not very friendly.
The parking lot spaces were very tight, difficult to park a truck.
The room was very dusty, you could see dust particles floating in the air.
The shower control was very poor. Either scalding or cold, very difficult to find a comfortable temperature. Actually could have been dangerous, scalding hazard.
The breakfast was poor, the scrambled eggs were not edible; were they made from powdered eggs? Ran out of bread, yogurts and waffle batter by 8am.

When we checked into our room there were no towels..no pillow cases on the pillows ..blood on the sheets stains on the duvet cover...all kinds of holes in the carpet and the room smelled gross...not the same place it use to be!!!

Older facility, but clean and well-equipped. My room had a fridge and microwave, full-sized sofa and coffee table. Very comfy. Breakfast was good for a free hotel meal. My only criticism would be the lumpy pillows.

.. flaking paint on bathroom ceiling.... Apples only fruit with breakfast....asked for more towels and did get them
