I love this property.. everyone here is so hard working, professional and super sweet and personable. It’s quite safe and convenient… But the staff and management here are excellent… thank you for all you do and all your hard work SHOWS!

Check in was great! The staff seemed nice and got everything done right away. That's all that I can say that was good about this place. The room was dated and had the same stale smell the rest of the building has through the halls. It was dark and gloomy and we had a hole in our ceiling. The heater did not work most of the time and even when it would turn on, it would not heat to the set temperature and then would turn back off. I don't think it ever got above 65 degrees, even when set up to 80. The bath faucet dripped and the tub was full of random hair and scum stains. The bath towels looked old and dirty so we did not even try to shower there since we were just driving home a couple hours away the next morning. The breakfast looked old and stale. The eggs were frozen and thawed rubber textured eggs that are not even edible. We ended up going out to eat for breakfast before heading home. My daughter was super disappointed when we went to use the pool, our main reason for staying in a hotel for the night, and it felt like it was outside. The air temp and the water temp of the pool was frigid. We did not even bother getting in, just went back to our room and got ready for bed... The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were even worse. The sheets were old and stained and had hair in them as well. I even found long black curly hairs in the towels. I wasted $85 and as of now, it doesn't look like they released the $50 hold they placed on my card. STAY AWAY!

Though this property is under new management. It has potential. The heat in our room did not work so we had to be switched to another room. And even then the bed linens were stained. I would’ve felt better if the room was comped at this point.

The pool was ice cold dont bother booking if you want to swim my child was so disappointed. Other wise nice hotel! Amazing staff nice and clean and they fixed everything there was a tick in our room we got a new one like that! Made it so much easier to sleep!

I just needed time to myself. I thank you for the beautiful space, excellent customer service, and the cost efficiency. This place was the epitome of my Self-Care. Thank you, and Happy Holidays.

Nice room with lots of space, but thin walls where noise traveld

The first morning I woke up there were ants all over the floor. I went to the front desk and they moved me immediately. The second room was totally fine.

Staff was very nice. Breakfast was great. Big crack in sink in room. Room nice and clean

The king sized bed needs replaced. It sinks down in the center real bad.

Was very nice breakfast was good except coffee is very weak

Open your pool! Covid is OVER and this room was booked because it had a pool. So I will be calling to check in the future and if the pool stays closed I will take my business down the road. There are plenty of hotels with a pool and hot tub off sprinkle rd. Get it together!

Pillows smelled musty

A lot of the reviews had me worried but the room were nice and clean - breakfast was breakfast but they kept if full and hot! Will definitely stay here again!

Walked in after our 4 hour drive and was greeted with great hospitality and attitudes from front desk staff memebers we associated with throughout our 2 day stay. Excellent service and thorough explained information upon arrival. Very happy with our stay at Country Inn & Suites.

Front desk staff was amazing

It was a nice stay I was controble I slept most time there real quiet hotel. You have to resister guests which I like. I would come back to stay again.very clean and nice.

Price was reasonable for the property. Easy access from Interstate. HVAC worked well. Maid service skipped our room one day. Desk lamp didn't work and was not replaced when it was reported. Toilet seat was loose to the point of discomfort.

My girlfriend and I were waken up at 2am from a couple yelling at the top of their lungs and slamming doors. She was really shaken up and couldn't sleep the rest of the night. Really ruined our stay

This hotel is overpriced and dilapidated. The carpet has all kinds of stains on it, the chair in the room was worn, and the toilet was installed improperly and rocked an inch back and forth when you sat on it. There were holes in the bathroom walls that needed patching. The breakfast was terrible with no healthy options. It's under new management and I guess they are just trying to squeeze every cent out of the property without investing in basic maintenance. Really bad choice to stay there.

Very friendly workers and staff

We had a decent stay. The room was not great. There was water damage on the wall next to the bed and floor had a hump in it. There was a hair in the shower upon arrival and the shower did not drain very well. Breakfast was decent and customer service was good.

Renee was wonderful at check in. We got lost and she guided us to the hotel.

The motel is under renovation. There were items like faucets the leaked when turned on full, bathroom door that did not latch. Understanding it is under renovation the furniture needs to be replaced. Fan between rooms needs to be replaced. The breakfast was adequate, and good. The room was straightened every day.

This hotel should not put people in rooms that are not renovated so wait for them to finish their renovation.

There was a small spot on the left side of the sheet covering the mattress.

The inside of the hotel smells like mildew , the room itself smelled like mildew the carpet In the room was terrible . The bathroom smelled horrible .

The faucet in the bath tub was loose. When I switched to shower mode, the water came out of the shower head and faucet at the same time. Consequently, the bath tub was filling up with water.
