My room smelled like dried water and they didn’t want to give me another room it took them a hour to give me another room …then that room still stink I had a 3 month old with this was just the worst experience I was tired I just wanted another room that didn’t stink and it took a hour just to get that ….then it’s big roaches all in the dinning area ..

Room was outdated and dirty w 2 dead bugs in bathroom. Did NOT have an elevator for my elderly mother so we settled for a main level room. As soon as I walked in there was strong stench of nicotine in a non-smoking room. Immediately went back to front desk for a refund. Clerk was not friendly nor accommodating. I want my refund!

Breakfast was advertised as "full". The choice of instant oatmeal versus instant grits is not a "full" breakfast. Coffee was from an instant machine and tasted like mud. Vent fan in the bathroom was dead and the room AC unit did not bring in any fresh air when on the fan setting.

We had a vehicle failure. The staff was so kind to us in spite of our broken truck. They helped us find a repair shop and were friendly and patient with us until we were able to get our broken truck moved. We had a cool clean beautiful room to rest in while terribly stressed. Thank you .

Couldn’t get on Wi-Fi and asked the desk with not much help. Faucet was not clean and needed dusting around there. Towels were thin and old. No drinking glass.

Room was ok, (as expected) the problems included the shower curtain had mold on the bottom of it where it contacted the tub and the drain had someone else’s hair in it, the sleeper sofa had been broken per the guy who checked us in, so when we entered the room the sofa had been removed and the cushions were laying on the floor

The staff was amazing. However, the bathroom was discussed. The tub had hair in it and soap scum was awful. We went and bought Clorox cleaner and cleaned it ourselves. The comforter had yellow spots Al over them. We had adjoining rooms with our kids. There room was the same. The pool was great! Grands loved it. The maid were very friendly, but not very good at cleaning. One of them had a beer in our fridge when we checked in. She came back for it!

Stayed the night with son & husband during a visit to Lake Martin. Had what we needed except the freezer part of the refrigerator. We always need a freezer for my sons ice pack for his insulin. They said there are rooms with the freezer. We will ask next time.

Absolutely awful. I do not normally leave reviews but this one is here to hopefully save you. Arrived and they would not accept my American Express card even though that’s what I used to book it with Hotels.com. Got to first room which had broken AC, dozens of stains on floor, chair was stained and room had odor. They moved us to room next door. Again stains everywhere and the TV and internet did not work. Asked manager to come by and he did. He did not believe that the TV and internet were not working. We decided to leave and stay somewhere else. He offered to refund me but he only refunded me the other card I had to use to get room. Still got charged through Hotels.com. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE PLEASE!!! Do not get me wrong Hotels.com is usually good but this place should not be allowed on there site at all. And a place that had I should not have to pay for since I did not even stay there.

This room was so disgusting. The chairs were so stained that I would not sit on them. Because of that I cannot attest to their comfort. The carpet was also terribly stained and dirty. I did talk with an employee who was spraying the room next door and looked in asking if the chairs in that room were as dirty and nasty as the ones in our room. It was stated that she had noticed the chairs were looking bad. No other comment. Upon checkout I did tell the woman at the desk my opinion of the room. She told me if I had let them know they would have sent housekeeping. I told her housekeeping could only help by steam cleaning the carpet. There were not any other hotels in the area with availability so no other options. I would not return here again. It was definitely an older motel that was in bad need of deep, deep cleaning. Stay somewhere else!

Room floor was dirty, could not walk on it without our feet turning black. Shower curtain wouldn't stay in place, refrigerator wouldn't get cold, microwave made lots of noise while running and the room air conditioner put out a foul-smelling odor. This hotel caters to work crews more than travelers. I would not recommend this hotel for travelers.

Dont book this hotel througha 3rd party. It will cause you to lose your room twice. The room was clean but because my riim was given away twice my3 girks and I all slept in oneking bed. The staff did accomodate us by giving us extra time to sleep.
