Can’t fault the stay at all. Staff were very accommodating, impressive sized room, selection of complimentary items, great swimming pool facility and was great I could take my dogs too. I love the VIK bands for children to choose a snack and drink with, made them feel very important so a nice touch.

Booked impromptu Saturday night stay with girlfriend for the breakfast dinner package. Pool, sauna etc all experienced and enjoyed. No issue with changing rooms. Dinner was superb. Paid supplement to have steak which was fantastic. Slept well, no outside noise. Breakfast great too. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Mention to Hope on reception who quickly and efficiently dealt with soap dispenser issue in room.

Room was clean, well presented and was larger than average. Hotel overall was reasonable and was undergoing some decorating/renovation when we stayed. Didn't use the restaurant but it looked welcoming nonetheless.The spa was a pleasant bonus, slightly inconvenient the male changing facilities were closed but there were alternatives provided or our own room.

We travelled by car and our drive was just over 6 hours. I especially booked a King premium room as my husband and I like to still snuggle after 15 years haha and my daughter gets a proper single bed rather than fold out sofa bed. Anyhow, we get to the hotel, the check in lady tells me : " so that's two single beds and a sofa bed". I advised that this is not what I booked and paid for. The reception told me there was some glitch and this is all they have. They just have us a 30% discount which they quickly recouped with their expensive food. Automatically add almost £7 service tip without warning even for breakfast which is self service the shock!!!

Simply amazing! Such a spacious and beautiful room Booked a family room which had a lovely big king bed and a sofa bed and bathroom with a shower-over-bath and separate shower cubicle. There were even snacks in the room when I arrived. Lovely pool and hot tub beside it. Nice big studio which I was able to use in the morning before the classes started. Food was great (plenty of choice at breakfast) though a little bit more expensive than I normally pay. Room was initially warmer than I was used to but very easy to turn heating down and put fan on. Very quiet at night with windows closed. You would know there is a traffic-heavy road nearby! Definitely considering when to book my next stay here. Was able to get a parking space relatively easily.

Lovely hotel, really nice decor downstairs. We stayed in a junior suite, unfortunately between our room and the suite next door there is an door so you can hear every single thing from next door. And we were unlucky enough to have a very noisy family late at night and early in the morning. I would return however wouldn’t waste my money with the suite.

Room fairly clean but not comfortable at all. Horrendous squeaking floorboards-in bedroom (ground floor) but even worse hearing every move on floor above! Ordered room service for a snack as planned to chill out. See picture below-would recommend to avoid the Asian Tapas-nothing like the picture displayed on menu. Contacted reception who advised they would amend the error-on 2nd attempt food inedible, awful. Hadn’t included breakfast on our stay so went to the bar for Starbucks coffees in the morning-staff very cold and unwelcoming as if a problem to make the coffee. Not a chilled out overnight at all. Very, very disappointing.

Clean, comfortable room with plenty of fresh clean towels available. Could do with a little more selection when it comes to tea,coffee and complimentary biscuits though.

Perfect pkace to stay when i come up to Glasgow. Lovely pool which is perfect for me and the kids and rooms all seem nice and cosy. Great breakfast so a lovely start to the day too! Will be up next year!

Terrible stay!! Do not go here. First we arrived and told pool last entry is at 8. We dress up and go pool , we get turned away as pool was already closed. We pay extra for room service. We get the dinner at evening but in the morning the sheet for ordering breakfast wasn’t available. We rang the restaurant and was told they can’t do it as they are short staffed. At 12:30 we get a call being told to leave the room, we had to remind them we paid for late check out. 1pm we get a knock on the door from the cleaners asking us to clean. I tell them we are leaving in a hour. 1:30 pm same thing happens with the cleaner. Oh AC doesn’t work! Room is stuffy. And after all this the dinner, bed and breakfast we get told doesn’t include drinks and we had to pay this on our final bill!

I booked the Premium room with King Size bed and Sofa bed, the room was absolutely huge and so clean. They even left us some fizzy juice and crisps! I love the fact that the pool and spa facilities are included in the hotel to use as you please, and the restaurant for both breakfast buffet and dinner was lovely. Only thing was the bar was a bit expensive for drinks, £16 for a double pink gin and a pint of corona.

I have stayed at a few holiday inns and this was by far the best. My only complaint is one day i decided to have breakfast and was charged £16! Thought that was very steep considering it was not that great

Staff were really friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, we were travelling with our young children and were fab with them, the breakfast was great, lots of choice, would definitely stay again

Quick friendly check in nice clean and quiet room

room was clean warm but window / outside door would not close so room was was moved to next door room. All fine in working condition. More usb or electric sockets would have been useful

Overnight stay with family- 2 kids under the age of 10. Room and beds were brilliant, breakfast lovely and kids loved the pool

Lovely staff-reception and restaurant staff couldn’t be more helpful.Always a smile and a a quick chat. House keeping kept my room clean, tidy and well stocked. Would stay again when next in East Kilbride.

The beds were very comfortable and room was spacious. Breakfast was so lovely but too early for me as i thought it was finishing at . Staff members were very polite and friendly especially the restaurant staff, helped us to find art gallery in Glasgow. Skirting boards need a bot of wiping or cleaning at least once a month. Towels nice and fluffy.

Staff lovely. Genuinely dog friendly. Room we had a bit tired and externally seen better days. Food in lobby restaurant perfect for what we needed.

It was terrible lady on reception to check in first she cant find booking then she said u don't have breakfast included into your stay when we show her some screen shot she said its might be other hotel and she want to see original mail finally when show her original mail she did not check any thing on computer just said okay and give room in last corner of the hotel never see that kind of rude person in my life doing this kind of job in Holiday in Reception
